I am Porto customer.. I was just browsing through demos, this one for example:

I remember before it had it “setting” type icon, using which I could change color of header and all that … to see what looks more nice

now there is no setting/gear icon …

how can i get it back to change color, header width etc.

You can all set from Theme Options easily. If you want to set the default settings of the Demo Shop 9 then please go to Porto >> Install Demo >> Click the install button on the Shop Demo 9 >> Select only the Theme options and unselect all others and click yes to import theme options.

I am not sure if I explained correctly. What I was asking is, i remember once I saw looking at your theme demo .. and I could change the color in DEMO on YOUR website .. just to see which color is more suitable.

Now I cannot see any such option on demo on your website.

Yes, you are right. We have removed the Switcher panel from our Demo site as it is creating some issues with the latest WP so we have removed it.

Hi, I can’t register my Porto theme. There is an error message: “This code is already used.” I have never registered this Purchase Code… :-( I also can’t register with this code for your support site. I used another Puchase Code for an other project (bought by the client, so not by my envato account) with no problem. Can you help me to find out where is my Purchase Code registered?

Please download the fresh copy of the latest Porto theme 3.6.3 version from ThemeForest then use the same purchase code for registration, your issue will be solved. If your issue will not solve then send us your purchase code through our support system so we will check and reset your purchase code.

Hi, Thanks, the theme registration is sovled. :-) What should I do with the Support (Freshdesk) account. I can enter with my name/e-mail/password, but the Purchase code in my profile is the old one, that is not supported anymore. Do I have to modify the Purchase Code and that’s it, to turn to the supported licence?

Hi,

You can only use the Single license of the theme only on a single live site or domain not more than one. If you import the demos on the same domain then you can import all demos pages on the single domain otherwise not.

All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multisite installation does not matter though).

So regardless of the number of clients, license works with the number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

Something to think about is maybe if you can and want to add a theme swither so that our customers have an opportunity and review of themes (on same site). You can imagine what it would cost if you would buy a license for all themes 25 * $ 61 hmm a lot of money. I also wonder why you have removed the feature in your new version. In the old version you could upload all themes (on different pages) and this was good for everyone.

We have already added the new UNREGISTER feature in our latest theme you can import the Demo in your site then remove it easily unregister again on the same domain and then registered again the new demo on the same domain or site.

How can we display logo in sticky header on mobile? It works on desktop but on mobile it wont show up at all. I see the sticky menu but no logo.

Please download the fresh copy of updated Porto 3.6.3 version from ThemeForest and update on both localhost and live domain then go to Porto >> Registration Tab and you will find the unregister button click it to unregister your site then you will able to register your main domain again.

Please make sure that you are using the latest Porto 3.6.3 version. If yes then please move the site to live server then install the latest theme and try to register the site. I hope your issue will be solved.

I have been using this theme on one of our websites for a while as I like the style however it’s painfully slow, and I’m now contemplating a change as the TTFB on the theme has always been so high (over 4 seconds on some pages, whereas with almost any other theme and the very same content it rarely exceeds 300ms).

The plugins used are all the standard / required provided with your theme (bar WPML recently installed, but the issue was there since outset 9 months prior).Your own demos suffer from the same slow response times (in fact, over 11 seconds wait on some of your own pages)

So I’m just wondering if you had any plans to try find the source and optimize?

we have had our site hack and we refuse to pay the ransom to put the files back. so we took the site down by FTP so was unable to deactivate the licence via admin.

Hello.. Todays update seems to have a conflict with Revolution Slider. The Quick View of products does not load images if RS is enabled. Deactivating RS and everything is ok.

On my site the problem appear only in my frontpage as that is the only page where i load RS plugin.

And also the single product page is fully translated. I did not find any issue on the single product page.

1. Yes it works now perfect with cache switched on. If i deactivate cache plugin, emty all cache, server, site, browser, wordpress etc. then it does not work.

So i guess there is a JS conflict, as i am loading JS some differently when site is cached.

2. Yes, i have already (as mentioned) fixed all textstrings in “single-product-reviews.php” so now it works. In the file there is used strings like “Your Review” and “%s review for %s” and some other strings, while woocommerce use “Your review” and “%1$s review for %2$s”.

Just mentioned it so you can have a fix for the next release.

Translation is not fully working. I tested an older porto version with Swedish Langue and it worked fine. Now i updated to newest version and the translations does not work it just work on a few objects.

What can be the cause of this? Woocommerce have support for my langue and i have set to use Base Place = Sweden and i have Use Shop Base place. So it should translate everything to Swedish.
