Love the theme. Quick question… With the last update, it seems to have deleted the “Left Area Background Menu” on the pages side of life. Am I missing something? I have everything visible for the pages menus. Did this move somewhere?

We didn’t have any update regarding left menu area. Can you try deactivating all 3rd party plugins in case there is some plugin conflict and also open Screen Options when you edit page and make sure that corresponding box is ticked. Each installation requires separate license. For example if you install the theme on another domain or subdomain you create a new instance. An overview about all licenses can be found here https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard and for your case you need to purchase two standard licenses.

You need to set initial header transparency to 0. This can be done global from Qode options > Header, but since only some page will have slider it is better to set transparency only for these pages from per page options https://www.screencast.com/t/opysXD85D64M

Yes theme is compatible with Woo 3.0.9. Changes in latest plugin version are inside following templates:
checkout/form-biling.php checkout/form-shipping.php myaccount/dashboard.php myaccount/form-edit-address.php
and we are not overriding these from the theme, so it is safe to update to latest version.

For some reason when I navigate to qode options > footer … I see no options… just a blank page. Every other qode option tab seems to work just fine. Any idea?
AH I always seem to figure it out after I post… For other readers… it was a conflict with AG custom admin plugin. Great theme guys nice work.

You can create single portfolio content by using Visual Composer elements. First, you have to enable Visual Composer for portfolio post type from Visual Composer settings settings > Role manager, set Post Types to custom and tick box near portfolio_page

Hi,
I’m ‘tweaking’ the bridge38 demo. I can change the header skin to Light or Dark and the base font color and the social media icon colors would change, but the button and social media backgrounds will not.. The background would always be the same so you get white overlapping white,,
The demo comes with code written in the General > Custom code sections that seems to force the backgrounds to stay the same. How do I change this so my Slides that have a certain style defined also change the header button and icon backgrounds ?
Also, I’m sure we can override the colors for the Light and Dark skin using custom CSS code but, but I’m curious why these two are not in the Options panel with a reset button or something.

Light and Dark header skin are using predefined styling so you cannot use custom menu colors when one of header skins are used. For social menu icons, they will be using colors which are configured within shortcode, but colors can be changed with some custom css code only. Hello. Sitespeed 9 on mobile and 11 desktop out of 100! for one of your Bridge templates. I’ve opened a support ticket 21hours ago. How long will it take to get a reply. Speed mainly depend on hosting plan which is used, and hosting service provider and its resources, but also it can be improved with image optimization, using caching plugin, and also enabling leverage browser caching and gzip. As I can see form test your host is slow and its response time is almost 5 seconds. Support team has been informed and they will analyse your website wand will provide you with some tips.

Hello thanks. Hosting is fine. I’ve even ported across to Clook and they are really fast, but again runs very slow. I usually build bespokes sites and dont have these speed issues. I have an email from support now so thanks for that. Regards

Fashion Blog demo is using Blog Compound page template for displaying posts and first post is set to be sticky so if you want to set pages to have same layout, you can only create similar layout by combining Visual Composer page elements. In case that you want to Fashion Blog demo, you can simply import it with once click demo import, and if you want to see how demo is built and which options we used, it is good practice to to install WordPress on your local machine (localhost) and then to try that or some other demo

So you can have same layout with default page template and with Layer or Revolution slider inside content. Hello, I have installed bridge 92, the theme with the pets. And I have a problem at the responsive sites. From default it has a padding from the header to the slider. At the normal site it looks nice, but at the mobiles it has a big white space. Is it possible to remove thexcess padding only to responsive Site? Thank you

1. Filter will work only when placed in sidebar on shop and shop archive pages. It cannot be added on custom pages and this is default plugin functionality.
2. Perfectly normal, WooCommerce plugin is doing checks for its own pages – shop and shop archive pages, and some specific widget like price filter will work only on Woo pages.

For some reason the section below my slider recently started overlapping the slider when I scroll – any ideas?
Also, I have a fixed header and when I change the height in Qode Options>Header, anything past 50px results in losing the Header background. I would like the header a little taller and the logo a little smaller but no matter how much I physically re-size my logo, it stretches to fill the space. Could you please tell me what I’m doing wrong?
