Hello, I have the Pulse theme. I recently tried to update from Pulse 25 to Pulse 32. After updating the theme, my page would load. The site stayed on the juggling circles for over a minute. I then deleted the Pulse 32 and tried to re-install Pulse 25. I’m now getting a fatal error on my site. Can please help me resolve the issue?

I am trying to validate theme in order to enable demo import feature, and get the “Your license was validated! Thanks for purchasing – you will be redirected in a couple of seconds…” – but then it redirects back to the screenshot showing how to get the key. I am not able to load any of the demo content. Hi : We just purchsed this theme again and e need some help.
In the contact page we need to add a phone number filed rather than subject. We would like to juts change the subject field in the form to phone number. We are not sure how to accomplish this.
We tried using gravity forms instead and we have issue with the page loading . seems to have some conflict with the original form you have provided.
Can you help ? All we need is for the subject field to become a phone number field. Thanks

You can prepend or append some text to the counter. So, you can add something like ,00 to the counter. But you can’t have a decimal number animating.

I’m having some issue with the custom fields. When I open the link in the Wordpress Dashboard -> Advanced Custom Fields, I have a blank page with the message: Post type not valid. When I open the link Addons (in ACF) I have a blank page with the message: you don’t have permissions for this page. What could it be? How can I resolve?

Probably your hosting company is blocking sending emails via the wp_mail function. You should get in touch with them to remove this restriction.
You can also try and install the free plugin Contact Form 7 that has alternative ways to send emails.

Hi, just updated the theme to 3.0 and now its stuck in the preloading animation?! Any ideas why this has happened?

2) Edit the contact form: if you want to translate the text you can head to the translations tab of the theme options. If you need to add or remove fields you should install a plugin. We recommend Contact Form 7 (free and easy to use).
