At the moment we don’t provide customisation work, you can hire a developer here. There is no need to know a theme, strong coding skills are enough.

Unfortunately, not. But you can try finding some third party plugin which creates menus on the fly, usually, there are plugins almost for everything.

You can submit a feature request on our Support Portal, and we’ll consider implementing it once it received a significant amount of voices from other clients.
For now, you can manually create these menus at Appearance > Menus, and assign them to the desired sidebars at Appearance > Widgets via Custom Menu widgets.

I often build sites for my costomers. And sometimes (when I finished a project) I need transfer the site and all licenses to other web-master.
Can I transfer my Impreza licence to other account? If yes – what I must do for it?
I have no plan to do it now. I just have interesting.

Please deactivate all third party plugins, which aren’t related to Impreza, clear all cache again, and if the page will appear as expected, activate plugins one by one to find the issue.

I deactivated all third party plugins but checkout page still looks the same, so something must be wrong with this update. I didn’t made any custom theme modification.

You can import desired pages manually by transferring shortcodes. At the moment Impreza doesn’t provide native support for importing separate pages, however, you can import all demo pages at Impreza > Demo Import and remove unwanted pages.

Yes, Impreza is compatible with Contact Form 7, you can use different sidebars for pages, posts, portfolio pages etc.
At the moment Impreza provides native support for one main menu only, but we plan to implement this feature in one of the next updates within a month. By the way, you can check all theme features on this test drive server.

anothers questions? is the theme comptabile with the puglins “rock form builder” and “curvyslider”? this two plugins are natives from the theme azoom.curvyslider.com. about languages plugin is the theme compatible with, WPML, qTranslate and Polylang?
We didn’t check compatibility of “rock form builder” and “curvyslider”, but you can check them yourself on the test drive server. Yes, Impreza provides native support for WPML. If I purchased the theme now (installing the impreza child theme, to customize my css and php codes) and then in a few months when an update is ready to implement 2 or more main menus, I have to repurchase the theme again to use more main menus?

For now i can use main menu with aditional menu, but this aditional menu is not responsive!
I need to have logo centerd in middle of my menu items.
I like to make “main menu lef” and “main menu right” menu items and asign them to Menu elemtns, and have them responsive.

But you can create a new ticket as Feature Request, and if it will receive many voices from other clients, we’ll consider implementing this feature in one of the next updates. For now, you can change Slide to Shadow effect at Theme Options > Buttons Options.

Can’t activate the theme. What’s up with that? Attempting to login with my Envato account. Granting permission. Getting this. “There is a problem with synchronizing with your Envato account. Please try again later.” This is VERY frustrating. I would appreciate a prompt resolution.
And for the record, I do not know my username or password to login to your support site, which is why I was attempting to active the theme and license by logging in using my Envato account. I purchased this theme back in 2015. Haven’t used it until now.

It’s the Portfolio element, you can use it without portfolio in URLs, go to Impreza > Theme Options > Portfolio Options and remove Portfolio Page Slug value there, you can also set custom links for each item via Portfolio Tile Options, take a look at this article to find out more. Almost bought this theme and then realized it’s almost exactly like 2 of the other themes I already purchased on here…
And of course this has visual composer…
At this point they shouldn’t even be considered themes anymore they should just call them Visual Composer grids.
It seems like every single new theme on this site is a header and a footer with everything else built by using Visual Composer and Revolution Slider.
The grid builders (I don’t consider them developers anymore) are basically just selling the same layout over and over again; only with new images and different content in each row/grid section of visual composer.
For most of these themes if you remove visual composer it’s just a blank layout with a header and a footer.
A theme shouldn’t require 5 plugins to function! That is just nuts! I could see 1 max 2 plugins that are tied to the colors of the site (header, footer, font style, etc) but 5+ plugins, that’s just lazy.
And I am sorry, I don’t mean to single this theme out but I have reached my limit with this site. The prices keep going up and the effort keeps going down.
I can’t be alone on this…

Every theme has its own unique design, demo content (so you could start building your site without any coding knowledge, just replace placeholder images and texts) and settings, you can adjust almost everything via Theme Options, you can find them at Impreza > Theme Options.
It’s not a theme for Visual Composer, our themes work even without it, however, you can call it the grid. You can check it yourself on the test drive server, by deactivating Visual Composer.
We don’t push you to buy our themes, you can check all theme features on this free test drive server and decide whether it fits or not.
Hey, great theme, is now my favorite to use. I had one small problem I’m trying to remedy. The only way to get any of the Ultimate addons for VC to work in the footer is if you have one of them loaded/being used on the page or post above. As a quick fix, I ended up loading and then hiding an advanced button at the bottom of any pages that I don’t already use one of the Ultimate addons elements in the content some where. Then the footer works, but I’d rather not have to do that. Any ideas?

Actually I replicated the bug on your Impreza demo (enter email, get sent a link/login for a working demo of the theme in action). So you can just test it there using these steps:
1) Install Ultimate Addons for VC from the Imprezza > Addons page (UA isn’t active in the default demo) 2) Edit footer & Add a button or creative link (I suspect it will be any of the UA elements) to the footer 3) Reload page and see the button/link without the working roll-over effects etc 4) Edit the home page and add an Advanced Button (again I think any UA element will work) 5) Reload the page again and then the footer Advanced Button/Creative Link are now working.
Ultimate Addons doesn’t work well in footers, please create a ticket as we recommended above so our developers could take a look.

You can use IconBox elements to add your contacts. Or go to Appearance > Widgets, and create new widget area there (for example My Contacts, take a look at this screenshot), once it’s done assign Impreza Contacts widget to this widget area, then add this widget to footer via Widgetized Sidebar element of Visual Composer.

Found the option and it works perfectly.
Just one suggestion: it would be awesome to have different options for the category and single product pages: the layout of the single product page is perfect as it is, the category page instead gets really improved with the title bar.
Is there a way I can hardcode some changes in order to get it working like that for now?

How is possible to translate the elements of the header with WPML? I need to have a different logo for each language, redirect the logo to different url in each language and have different custom text in each language. I couldn’t find this option in the header builder, and I have also searched WPML string translation with no success.
