I´m using a child theme of Ronneby on pg-guitarstudio.com. How should I update the theme without loosing my styles? I am also having trouble to activate revslider and i´m hoping that your last update solve this issue.

As for the theme update, please get in touch with us via dynamicframeworks@gmail.com and mail us the list of the theme parts you have overridden from the child theme and our support will mail you the best way to update the theme back. As for the Slider Revolution, the bundled plugins should not be activated according with Envato rules, this article can help.

After the most recent update I’ve found that when I try to either change the background color of the menus or footer the theme says it saves but when refreshed or when I check the page nothing changes. Thoughts?

OK you misunderstood what i meant by activation. the plugin loaded. but when i click to install(activate) it nothing happens and the plugin is not showing up in the side bar nav.

Just done the last update from 28 of june… working good so far… juste still waiting for the broken “image share link” to work. Still no luck with that. I speak with you about that for nearly a years now…. oh… and the ipad support for the split screen is still waiting also… Can you give precise feedback about that?

Well, there are no detail to give. This is not an update problem. And I prefer to speak publicly about that. People have to know before to buy. For the “image share link”problem, try to share an image of any of your demo. It will share the entire web site, not the image directly. Unusable!!! For the unsupported splitscreen on ipad, just look at your “vertical scroll demo”, the sixteenth one. The extension you use for the split screen navigation IS supporting “iPad’s like” screen navigation. Seems of an half baked feature. So I’m waiting again (and again and again) for your feedback about that.

The “Slider Revolution” was bundled and paid for with the purchase of this Ronneby template, but it’s now asking for the client to purchase an updated version. Why are we being asked to pay for this twice?

I have a weird problem. I can inactive the button of Stunning header, but I can not activate it back. Even how many times I click or try to move the button, it doesn not work. Any idea how I can have it back to active? It´s same with all the ”slide buttons” in my WP.

Hello there, Theme is operating great, aside from the footer is slowing down the site incredibly as soon as it comes into view. In addition, when you hover over an element in the footer it is extremely laggy. Is this a known problem? If so, what is the fix. It doesn’t matter which of the 3 theme styles i use.

Hello! Since I use Ronneby there where 2 updates available. I always tried to update the theme via the envato update option, but this didn´t work…on the ftp i can see, that the envato plugin produces the backup-zip as expected and downloads the new theme version into the updates folder…but on the wordpress backend a white screen keeps showing…when I reload the backend the theme is still the previous version. in the actual case 2.0.6… Am I doing anything incorrect? Or do you prefer to update via ftp? Thanks for help!

Additiononal question to the previous ticket:
Could you add to the ticket, how do you make things full width? There seems to be a max width restriction on a page. The theme options contain min size settings but no max, and no full width templates or full width page options are there either.

1. Please go to theme options > stunning header options > enable breadcrumbs and set it to ON. If you are using the Yoast SEO plugin, please make sure they are enabled in in SEO plugin settings > Advanced > Breadcrumbs > Enable Breadcrumbs.
2.As for pagination, the two styles are available for you – Fixed and Top. Here you can see the examples:

The pagination style can be selected in theme options > WooCommerce options > Woocommerce Single Options > Pagination position.

I’ve just purchased the Ronneby template and tried to install it into a fresh Wordpress (4.8) installation. Everything was ok until I installed the plugins. which caused the site to lock up. I uninstalled Wordpress and repeated the process, and it still locked up and gave a blank screen.
Which version of Wordpress is compatible with this template?

Hi there! There’s a Google font missing in the list of available fonts. I really need to use the ‘Rubik’ throughout the theme but I can only select ‘Rubik Mono’ and ‘Rubik One’. Is there a way I can add it to the theme via the functions.php or any other way?
