All issues fixed turns out I missed a step in the documentation .having problems signing up to the support forum, it says evanto server down.. I need help with the vertical menu , it requires a scroll before it shows, can I disable that and let it show all the time?

Hi when this theme will be updated. Theme page loading speed matter isn’t solve till now. On your support forum i have generated a ticket also. Latest update did not update the following: kutetheme/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php version 3.0.2 is out of date. The core version is 3.1.0, kutetheme/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php version 3.0.2 is out of date. The core version is 3.1.0
And after updating, thumbnails are missing

Lol, you guys seriously are impossible sometimes. Your updates are breaking everyone’s site, product-image.php and product-thumbnails.php need to be fixed in your recent update! You are telling the guy below to update his child theme yet these two pages are not part of the child theme you supply. Anyone reading this, DO NOT UPDATE, you will lose your product thumbnails.

My theme supports your language. You can use the loco translate or WPML. My theme does not support multi-vendors at this time but it will support it in the future when I release a new version with new source code. Thanks!
New Woocommerce update, some of the template files now need updating. When will this be completed please. By the way, developers have access to Woocommerce updates long before customers do so, would be nice if you guys were on top of this. Please do not forget all of the typos in your theme as I pointed out in a ticket to you a while back.

I was checking your theme demo 1 on mobile. I checked product page and theme is showing only one tab “Description” and other tabs “Additional Info” and “Reviews” are not showing in mobile view but working perfect in desktop view. Hi, I’m checking your demo 1, I added product into cart, ajax add to cart is not working and when I checked cart, the cart was empty, I think there is a bug or something. I see a fellow codshoppingpk already mentioned the issue 2 days ago but you just denied him. There is a bug or something in your demo 1 and you’d look into it.

Since the update to WC 3.0, the lightbox function on product pages is not working any more. I’ve updated Kuteshop to version 1.7.4, disabled every plugin except woocommerce itself and kutetheme toolkit. Now not even the single image is showing. Using Firebug, I can see that everything is loaded properly, but they’re not displayed (the main image, and the thumbs). I cannot find any cause in CSS. WordPress is at 4.8. Seems like there is still a problem in the theme?

Hello i have purchased your theme kuteshop but it’s page loading speed is worse. page loading time is 31 seconds in option 1 while page loading speed in demo is about 7 to 8 seconds only. You people told me that you are launching lighter version of the theme in few days but half of the june also passed but no launching news till now. why?
