I’d prefer to use the SuperFly Menu and I would like disable standart header (and menu zone). I want to hide the header from all pages.

I intend to use the plugin bookly for this purpose as i couldnt find anything else packed in a theme.

Regretfully we have not tested compatibility with that particular plugin, so we can not guarantee compatibility. Generally speaking if a plugin is well developed and supported you shouldn’t have issues using it with X, there may be some styling modifications you need to make based on the level of integration you’re looking for. If you have any other questions on features in X, we’d be happy to assist.

I already saw that I can build menus that ‘hover’ above and move with the website (for example, here: http://demo.theme.co/auto/)
My questions:
Is it possible to ‘cut’ the menu bar so that – for example – it looks like it’s coming in from the right side and is, let’s say, 2/3 of the screen width?
If so, can I place a logo on the left side of the menu bar so that it looks like the menu bar ‘stops’ at the logo?
If so, can the logo height be bigger than the height of the menu bar?

Thanks for writing in. I’ve checked your image and this is a very specific design. The theme doesn’t have options to achieve something like that, but it could be possible with custom development. You could use a child theme to edit the header template and add custom CSS to apply your changes.
Hi Im confused I purchased it… but how do I actually use it? I dont really want to have to dish out another 50$ to have it installed

we purchased pro. can we install pro on two different sites? if we cannot then this turns out to be rather expensive. we already spent $90 just for pro with support for one site!!!

Yes this is possible by utilising our visibility element.
In WooCommerce, the “Your cart is currently empty” line is being displayed twice, because WooCommerce displays it within the “woocommerce_cart_is_empty” action, but the theme template file also hard-codes it right above that as well. It forces me to create a child theme and copy over the cart-empty.php file and make the edit to delete the hard-coded text, but that should be fixed within the theme core file.
This is most likely caused by WooCommerce 3.1 template file change: cart/cart-empty.php – Added a wc_empty_cart_message function to handle the message displayed in a hookable manner.

WooCommerce product settings icons aren’t loading. The “Font-Family” is set to WooCommerce. If I toggle this off in inspect mode, it reverts to: “font-family: Dashicons;” and then all icons show. Our other themes don’t have a problem with their WooCommerce product settings icons, so I am guessing this is some weird conflict with the X theme?

Hello, I just bought your themes today. When i install woocommerce, it says: Your theme (X) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.

The + Support option shows up when you have a license added to your account, so you must create your Apex account and validate your license then you will see that option.

Unfortunately, the Cornerstone plugin does not work or integrate with the initial theme installation – very surprising. “Edit with Cornerstone” just takes me to the page but fails to load up the plugin. I have an Apex account, and have been able to get no support. Only links to a message board. I really need to help in getting this straightened out asap. Assistance is greatly appreciated (please no links to the apex message board)!

Edit with Cornerstone definitely works as virtually all X customers use Cornerstone with their X site. A member of our team would be happy to take a look at what is going on with your particular install.
We show one email from you and it was replied to about 2 weeks ago less than 24 hours after you sent it in. It shows you opened and read the message but never replied. Regrettably, this has not been my experience. Since downloading the theme over a month ago, I’ve spent the whole time just trying to get Cornerstone to work. I wish it were that simple. It is just a message board. How do I get in contact with a person to coordinate? The ticket system has vanished. No email or phone number to reach anyone at either.

It is not a dead message board – we just launched it yesterday (new support forums) and that post explains specifically how to post a question there so you can get support. Please follow those instructions, report the issue you are having on a support topic, and await a reply from our staff as all questions are answered in the order received.

Hi, i recently used the license for a website domain I was going to build and I have installed the x theme to this domain. I am no longer going to be working on that website and would like to use the theme on a different domain instead and cancel the license on the website i no longer need the theme on. Is it possible to use the license I have on a different domain? I have already applied the license to the current domain I no longer plan to work on. Please confirm if it is possible to transfer the license to a new domain.

Sure! As long as you only have one live site for each license you own, you’re welcome to change the domain. It’s understandable that sometimes websites are retired, and the theme is no longer in use there. As for automatic updates, you can remove the existing domain from your “Licenses” page in your Apex account.
you know I could have built my site on another theme days ago! This theme is just complicated and when you try and upload demo content it fails to import. I checked the documentation and it says that it is a memory issue which its not, as my settings are all set to max size on my host environment. I sent a support ticket but now I have to wait for that again! I am so sick on spending money on themes that doesn’t work! I need to have this site up this evening and now I spent the whole day just trying to get it to work!!!

Our demo content definitely works as we have thousands of customers using it on a monthly basis. If it is not, there is a problem with your hosting timing out the connection. Hi there, I want to update the X theme on my site. I currently have 4.0.6 version. I see you no longer use API key. What would be the best way to update my theme? I download the latest theme files and update them via FTP?
