Hello, is it possible to choose only a homepage from one demo website and an about us page from other demo website and so on, because some demo websites have a very nice landing pages but not the same with “product or about us page” I want which is available in the other demos, if you please guide me thru this process or if there is a video or any tutorial regarding this matter please do share it, am not yet able to use WordPress fully I still find it confusing sometimes I hope you can share something with me, thank you.

fixed it by myself :) with 5.2 version in changelog Fix: remove obsolete function designOptions now editing VC pages works :)

this theme is hell lot slow in VC editor.. it hangs.. cant even change one row.. front end website works fine.. but editor is sucking mind..

Are you sure the problem is with a theme??

VC front-end editing mode if well known to be unreliable and slow with any theme. Therefore many authors are simply disabling front-end editing mode in their themes. We do not do so, however recommend to use VC back-end editor.

I will restore the chronology of events for people reading your review:
1. You’ve purchased theme 2 days ago.
2. 3 hours after purchasing, you’ve posted a 1 star-review claiming that theme does not work and support takes forever.
3. 5 minutes after posting 1-star rating you’ve requested a refund (and, naturally got it rejected).
4. Now you post slightly different 1-star review and request a refund again. I guess you try to blackmail us this way. But it does not impress us much.
Now everyone can judge for themselves whether this review valid and adequate.

Clearly you dont know what blackmailing is with this statement.

What happened and what you should have done: 1. I buy your product 2. It doesnt work. 3. Ask for refund. 4. Help customer Done.

Next step for you should be a totaly different respons. “Sure, you are the customer. Of corse we will help you.” Starting a offensive behaviour towards a customer isnt exactly a wise thing to do!

Learn some basic customer service! “Take care of the customer and the business takes care of it self”

The7 is partly compatible with Ubermenu. However we do not recommend using it this way. If you’re not really happy with The7 menu appearance – It will be wiser to go for a theme that explicitly states support of your preferred mega-menu plugin.

Just a quick one. I’m going through the process of upgrading from v.2 to v.5 and making all the tiny adjustments to get the look and feel exactly like my previous version. One thing I’m trying to do is remove the top microwidgets when the site is viewed on mobile. I seem to remember an option for this in the old version of the7, but cannot find an option for this in v.5. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks.

You can ignore me. I’ve found it. The default settings for the Second header switch point was 40px – I’ve increased that to 400px and all is well.

There is a conflict with external TGM_Plugin_Activation class wp-content/plugins/sportspress-pro/includes/sportspress/includes/libraries/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php. Please turn off plugin that uses TGM_Plugin_Activation or contact our support.

The Sportspress plugin is essential to my site, please can you advise on a workaround?

Hi – I did that, and the other plugins are now enabled. The only issue is that the theme appears to overwrite the buddypress profiles – so my users can’t see their sportspress elements or their normal profile, its just woo commerce account info. Is there a way of having both/just displaying the normal buddypress profile system?

The7 is not officially compatible with BP (there’s a dedicated themes category for such themes on ThemeForest).
