Can I add graphic and text descriptions in TECH STORE? I didn’t see it in the demo.
For example, http://themes.laborator.co/aurum/tech/product/panasonic-tx-39asw654/. Can I add a detailed description for this product? There are very few parameter introductions now, I don’t think it’s enough to introduce this product to consumers.

You can add extra content from the backend editor, the highlighted areas are used for product description and when you add extra product description a new tab will appear with “Additional Information” and “Description” so there will be enough space for describing the product, just like any other WooCommerce theme.

Hello, I purchased this theme a while ago and I have only had one issue from my initial purchase, which I seem to have to ask for a new fix each time there is an update as the old fixes no longer work.
I am wanting the default hover on the navigation links to be removed, ie “grey square” that appears upon hovering over the navigation. None of the css seems to override it anymore.
www.supreme4sale.com this include the hover as well as when you click on a link. There is a square outline after clicking the link
ok thank you very much. I applied the css and it works aside from the hover on dropdown menu items. What can I add for that?
I believe it is the :active selector that is causing a square to still appear. I am not just talking about hovering. I would like all styling removed from any aspect of css for links. That being said, when hovering over a nav item with a dropdown, there is still a “square” around that link. As well as when you click a link, a “square” appears again just before the new page appears. I hope that makes sense.

Can you try removing the CSS I gave you and replacing it with this:

I have missed a dot so it didn’t apply to all the items.

1— We don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
If not, please just write a ticket on our dedicated support center and our team will assist you.
2— We always write this information on our theme changelog. “If you can’t update any premium plugin that comes with our theme (such as Layer Slider), go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and delete that plugin then install it from Install Plugins page again.”

I strongly recommend for future release adding Revolution Slider plugin. I find this slider much more versatile than Layer Slider, specially for mobile options.

In the time that we created Aurum, Layer Slider was a much better and fast slider than the Revolution Slider, now things have changed a bit and we plan to include Revolution Slider too on the version 2.0 of Aurum that will come later this year.

On the product page of the Aurum demo, I notice that your ‘Additional information’ tab includes content such as sizes and colors. How is it that you set this up?
On my site, it automatically shows only size and weight, the numbers that are used for calculating shipping. Ideally, I would not like this shown. I would like to achieve what your website shows.

These are product attributes and can be set up easily, for more please read the article on the link I attached here and do not forget to tick the “Visible on the product page” option to show them on the product.

I am trying to post a ticket on your support website but it is not letting me. After selecting ‘[Verified] Aurum’ and clicking ‘Verify purchase with Envato’, it takes me to page which I must either approve or deny. After selecting ‘Approve’, it simply takes me to the previous page with no changes or option to actually write a ticket… Any guesses as to why?
Anyhow, my questions are as follows:
1.) I have recently updated both WordPress, all 3rd party plugins, and Aurum to the latest versions. I noticed that the map for the contact page required a Google Maps API. After pasting in the API code, I noticed that I was not able to select zones for the locations. As soon as I go to type something in the field, it automatically changes from ‘Search for address…’ to ‘undefined’. The search option also serves no value, as it remains saying ‘Searching…’ for an indefinite amount of time. Any guesses why this is happening?

After following the proposed troubleshooting methods of disabling themes and plugins, the error message continues. Any ideas?

1— Please check if you are using the latest version of the theme because we haven’t received any complain for this area by any user.
The latest version of the Aurum is 2.9.8.1 (for the moment), you can read the changelog on this link.
2— This should be a problem on your server so please contact your hosting provider or Layer Slider support.
If you where using an old version of the theme then you need to update this plugin to the latest version that our theme offers.
3— Read the first answer. It looks that you are using an very old theme update (2.5).

These issues are occuring on a dev site I have setup, not my main website, www.voltfuse.com. My dev site has wordpress, woocommerce, Aurum, and all plugins up to date.
The issues seem to lay within Aurum and the Advanced Custom Fields, Advanced Custom Fields: Coordinates, and Advanced Custom Fields: Repeater Field.

I can remember inquiring some time ago about you guys adding a feature that would expand additional details for map pins, showing store locations and their details. Is this a feature you have added yet, or know how we can achieve?

1— This feature is not available on our theme for the moment.
2— This is how Wordpress blog handles the text by default. And this is a customization question but I will try to help you this time. If you want you can apply this fix, that will make your images 100% of the devices that are 720px and below.
Please add the code below to your Custom CSS area:

Also, LayerSlider support said that the theme author is responsible for handling my above question. I suppose I will wait and see if the next theme release fixes it.

I noticed that the same file that is mentioned at the end of that article for Kalium is the same file of that is out of date for Aurum. However, I assume that download that is included in the article would not solve the Aurum issue.
I assume we can soon expect an update for Aurum that will be compatible with 3.0.8?

As we always write this information in Aurum changelog: “Laborator recommends not update WooCommerce to a newer version than 3.0.5 before we release compatible version of latest WooCommerce update”.
