It cant be a bug, i just tried on my end using same version and Fusion Options are loading all fine and good for me, however it looks like a low memory issue to me so can you please try the troubleshooting steps i mentioned above and see if they help? Try to disabled all the plugins except Fusion Core and Fusion Builder and then save your theme options again.
You are always welcome to open a support ticket with us and let us further troubleshoot and solve this issue for you as its hard to say what might be causing this from here.

Hi can you help i have updated the theme to the latest as it wouldnt allow me to save any settings, came up with an error! no its not allowing me to update the builder – ity just keeps spinning! Any ideas

What error are you getting exactly when trying to save the settings? if the builder is not loading for you there can only be 2 reasons for it, either your code on the page is broke that is not letting the Fusion builder load or some other 3rd party plugin is conflicting with the builder so i want you to try these troubleshooting steps please.
1. Disable all your 3rd party plugins and check with the Fusion Builder again.
2. Create a new page and see if the Fusion Builder is loading there or not, if its loading there the issue is definitely related to the particular page where it won’t load.
3. Make sure your system status limits are set properly as mentioned in our documentation post here => http://bit.ly/29P6ivL

Those pages that you see are actually our promo pages and not a part of our demos, however whatever you see on the demos can be created using Avada as to include all of those promo and featured pages in demo makes the demo size larger.

Another update, another mess. Some CSS doesn’t seem to be loading. Some fonts are weird. I had ‘Open Sans’ pretty much everywhere. Now I get some serif font in some places, that don’t even appear in Inspector. Inspector shows ‘Open Sans’ but I have to uncheck it or choose ‘inherit’ to get a sans-serif font at all. ‘PTSans’ seems to get loaded for the body from style.min.css, though I don’t have it in Options or custom css. I am really tired of Avada updates….
I have Open Sans everywhere in the options, but it doesn’t seem to get loaded anymore.
Adding < link href=’http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans' rel=’stylesheet’ type=’text/css’ > to the head seems to load Open Sans, but now my font weights are partially wrong… Tiring.

Have you cleared your cache after the update? A change was added to the theme related to how the font resources are loaded on your page, so it’s possible cache would be interfering with updated method.
Try clearing all forms of cache and checking again. (Browser, any plugin caches you may be using and check through an incognito browser to confirm no browser cache is loaded).

Thank you very much Weston. Yes, I cleared Fusion cache, WP-rocket cache, Cloudflare cache and browser cache several times. Importing Open Sans manually to the Head, achieves a sans-serif font across the site. I think it might even be Open Sans. But font-weight is then ignored, and cannot be even changed in Firefox/Edge Inspector, I tried many selectors, they don’t seem to respond to font-weight changes properly. 600,700,800,900 all look the same, like 600. It looks like only two weights are possible: 400 and 600. Anything below 400 looks like 400 and anything above 600 like 600. And I am talking about Inspector view.
When I don’t import Open Sans manually, the weights are OK, but the fonts are wrong. Breadcrumbs and some widgets get a serif font, I think body gets PT Sans from style.min.css. In Typography Settings I have Open Sans everywhere. Cheers

I checked this locally on Avada 5.2 and I wasn’t able to replicate any issues with the theme adding the correct resource for Open Sans. Note, the font weight will have to actually be selected and added in the font resource for it to be properly supported. Changing it through the browser tools won’t actually do anything unless the resource has been added. You will notice a change in the font-weight if you select the weight in the Theme Options though, because it will load the correct font weight resource and needed CSS automatically.

Is it possible to have the option of two columns for specific elements on mobile instead of everything collapsing to a single column? For example, the Content Boxes shortcode could be a 2×2 instead of 1×4 on mobile. If not, please consider this a suggestion for future versions.

Avada columns will always go to a single, stacked layout for mobile mode. However, you can adjust when that mobile breakpoint will be for your site specifically.

Thanks, I know we could do it with other sliders; just wondered if there was a way to do it in the Fusion Slider since I like how easy it is to use. What I meant in the question was you have to elements to the slider; the “Slider” and the “Slides,” and right now you add the “Video” to a “Slides” so if you wanted to have three slides you would need to break up the video into three parts; I was hoping for more of an “overall” background up at the “Slider” level that applies to all the slides unless there is a background set within them.

Unfortunately, that wouldn’t be possible with the current setup of the Fusion Slider. The Fusion Slider is meant to be a light slider so users that don’t need or want a complicated slider, can quickly add a professional looking slider to their site without having to learn one of the more complex sliders included in Avada.
If I understand your goal correctly, you should be able to achieve that through the Revolution Slider feature mentioned in my earlier comment.

This is not a question but rather a post I hope others who are interested in Avada see. I have a few sites with Avada and it has become the only theme I need. The support team is first rate and the theme is rather easy to use. Any question I have they answer right away and of the 3 main themes Avada has the best controls and it is the easiest to accomplish what you want. So anyone on the fence… Avada is definitely the way to go.

Hi ThemeFusion, Love what you guys are doing with Avada. Keep up the great work! One thing though, since I updated to 5.2 my site doesn’t look right on Internet Explorer 11. (chrome and edge are fine). it doesn’t seem to load the fonts and the footer is out of place. Please have a look at unidence.com/home. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello! I have a problem the new update, the 5.2 version, because in the woocommerce normal (3 steps) checkout when i fill any billing information and click continue (I and all of my customers) get the “Not all fields have been filled in correctly.” message. All fields are filled. I tested, when i set the default wp theme i dont’t get this message…The previous Avada version had no problem. I deactivate all 3rd party plugins, reset the fusion caches, remove and reinstall avada theme. I try parent and child theme…same. (The one page checkout doesn’t work either.), Maybe a bug, i don’t know.

This should never happen at all and all your theme options should always be carried forward for you, we have tested 5.2 several times and this never happened so perhaps the server must have crashed during the update however if this happens again please do not hesitate to open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist you with it.

The excerpts are not from your content so the only place where they can be from is your manual “custom excerpts” which are hand written and you can access them by enabling the option from “Screen Options” area at the top of the screen of each post editor.

Removing the text from there will load the post original excerpts, however if that doesn’t happen for you please open a support ticket for further troubleshooting and assistance.
