The website I am working on has subdomains. It has 3 subdomains. I am using portions of the template in 3 subdomains. But it is not allowing me to install the template as it showing it is already used for the domain. pls do the needful.

I have another question. Maybe a silly one.. I want to define the Browser Title Tag. Now it’s always Showing the Name of the Page and then the Title I set in the customizer row. Is it possible to remove the Page Title and only Display the Title Tag? I thought I found the settings for the Browser Title one day, but not today..

Hi Pirenko,

Just made a fresh install with the 2.2 version, and I’ve ran into a problem installing the Visual Composer plugin, that says:

“Unable to copy file. js_composer/locale/js_composer-zh_TW.po

Plugin not activated. A higher version of WPBakery Visual Composer is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”

Tried to copy the raw files from earlier VC plugins, but similar happens. I don’t really understand why it won’t work. How do I get the plugin installed?

I’m using the accordion feature over a dark background, but can’t seem to change the Section Titles to a lighter text to make them legible. I may be overlooking something obvious here, but any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible to move license to another domain? I was testing it under a different domain on my multisite and it doesn’t seem to let me uninstall and use demo content on the domain I want to use it on.

Please consider increasing the height of the custom css/script panel in theme options (backend) by at least 3 times (It’s not like it’s in the way or something). I also seem to have lost the ability to control the height of the input panel and the bottom scrollbar sometimes conceals the last line of the code.

Personally, I write a lot of code in there and it would be useful to have a clear, large screen, where I can code w/o distraction.

I saw that there is no visual composer for the portfolio page? It says “custom layout” but this is not really the case. To be able to customise that portfolio item one needs to know coding.

How can I have visual composer for “custom layout” option?

Hey before I purchased this theme, you made changes to it so when I put image maps within tabs they would work within all the tabs. Is there anyway you can share what you did. I am trying to get the maps to work on another theme and I am not sure what to do.

Hello, I updated the Hook theme to ver 2.0 and I have some issues. First of all in Appearance menu it says Demo Import instead of One-click install, (I reactivated theme with the purchace key but the menu didn’t change although the generate content appeared. Second I’m not sure though if it’s problem of the new version but after the installation of ver 2.0 the back button (X mark on upper right corner) when you open a portfolio item disappeared. (I checked the settings and looks ok)

Hello Pirenko! I just updated the hook theme (I had installed hook_14 and installed the 19 version), and suddenly I found that latest portfolio I have in my homepage is not reproducing anymore the video-loop I have, also the numbers / buttons on the right side (like in the home “agency – dark colors” theme) have disappeared… I’m checking out if I have to edit the layout, but I can not find where to activate the video loop again, neither the numbers / buttons. Please, let me know how to fix that. Thanks!
