Hi. I purchased your theme and have it up and running. I noticed that on the desktop version in the top right corner you can do an, “account login”, “search feature”, and “view bag or cart”. I do not see that on the mobile version. How does one do a search, account login, or check their cart contents without going to last section of the check out page? I noticed you can check your cart if you add an item, but what if you decide to go back to the home screen? Seems like there is no way to check what you have in your current cart. These three features are a necessity on the mobile version of the site. Am I missing something to get these activated on the mobile version?

We hid widgets on mobile devices by default because there is no much spaces in header on smaller screen. Sure, you can apply additional CSS code to display them. A client of mine bought this and installed it and I am editing it to spruce up some graphics. I have not purchased this myself it was another designer.
The slider. i am having issues with one thing. can i place a background beneath the whole slider. right now its just greyed out and looks plain. There is no background styling options in the edge slider page in the style options. point me in the right direction please. Thank you

Hi, I am just about to purchase but have a question about page load speed. Whenever I open the live preview for this theme via envato it takes several seconds to load the home page. I have assumed this is due to it being the preview tool, but if I do the same on another theme sold via envato there is not this several second delay even with image intensive themes like yours. So my question is ….. it is going to be the case if I purchase this theme and use it, is my home page load going to be this slow? Can you send me the link to a website which does run this theme so I can check this?

We have not optimized our demo website when it comes to speed, because our main focus was to show all of the theme features that we have to offer with our theme. We have also used a lot of high resolution image which we have not optimized for faster loading.

Not sure if there is an issue with your updated theme, but I downloaded the new update and uploaded it to my website (using the easy theme and plugins upgrader). It then said that the theme is broken and is missing a stylesheet. Needless to say, upon upload of the new theme, it then reverted me back to the wordpress default theme and to my horror deleted Walker completely. I tried uploading again, and still no luck. I was waiting with baited breath for the Woocommerce 3.0 support so any assistance would be great. I’ve had to re-upload the previous version of the walker theme just to get my site back up and running.
Please let me know if this is a glitch with the newly released version or when I can expect to have it work properly?

If you just purchased the theme, maybe data isn’t ready yet so try just a bit later. Also, make sure that you are logged in with the Envato account form which you have purchased the theme, and you can also try to clear browser cache and to login again. You should ask your host provider for backup files or downgrade WooCommerce to previous version until we release compatibility update. You can download older version from the following link https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/ – at the bottom of the page..

How do I select the time duration for the Edge Slides? I can’t find this setting when I initally create the slide (from ‘Edge Slider’ in the Dashboard menu). If I go to the Page to try view/edit the slide from there, it doesn’t show up in the Visual Composer in the backend.

Please go to Edge Slider -> Sliders -> Your slider and there you can find an option for time between slide transitions. You need to set your desired value in milliseconds.

Please, note that we didn’t release yet theme update where compatibility for new WooCommerce version is added. As we could see you’ve updated WooCommerce to 3.0.5 version. We are currently working on our new update, where we will add support for WooCommerce 3+ versions. In the meanwhile, please, back up your site to some of previous versions where WooCommerce was 2.6.14 for example. Thank you for your patience.
