Actually those 2 side buttons are not the part of theme package as those are for demo purpose only, so visitors can use those buttons from any of the theme demo page. 2. If you have installed any import related plugin like WordPress Importer or any others then please deactivate it and then try the import.

If there are none of the data imported then it may be related to #2 above otherwise you will need to check your server settings as per #1.

Yes custom post type will auto take settings of WP default post type and we have masonry layout in default post type but if you want to customise styling and layout something different than theme default then you will need to customise template and css code as per your need.

Thanks for your quick response. I have one more question – the layout templates in your promo material, are they actual templates that you can select from within say an individual page or post i.e. Page Attributes > Template or is that done through the demo installation stuff? i.e. install demo pages and alter to suit? I have gone through all the documentation but cannot find how you would set a template e.g. how would you use/apply a contact page template? Thanks again.

Those demo pages are not different WordPress templates but those are the pages created using VC builder and custom shortcodes we have developed. You can import demo data to have all pages / posts as per our demo site and then use your desired pages to build your website.

Yes H-Code is WooCommerce ready, so you can sell tickets as a virtual product using WC. BBPress is not tested and listed in theme compatibility list but you can install plugin and you may need to implement custom css to style that plugin pages as per your need.

We have that fixed ready style for product page and unfortunately you cannot change product image size or remove it completely within WP admin as that option is not there by default in WooCommerce as well as in our theme also. So you will need to customise WC product page template code and CSS to achieve it as per your need.

So if I understand correctly (and I’m not a developer, only a shop owner who tries to administrate her website on her own), I would need to install your theme and ideally the child theme, then have a custom css file and define the image size there, right? Is finding the right css code something your support would help me with once I buy your theme? Or does this fall into the category of “support does not include customization”?
