My site is down and I am getting this error?

Hi, please go ahead. First of all, is not mandatory but highly recommended, make a backup of your site just in case something fails. Then start updating all your plugins and theme and then the wordpress core.

Hi, trying to change the position of my sidebar from right to left using the theme panel Layout Settings>Sidebar, but the changes won’t take effect. Same happens when I make changes to the colors as well – usually when this happens I just change it back and forth a few times until it takes. I can’t get that method to work for the sidebar, however. I’ve tried clearing cache and using a different browser after making the change just to be sure. How can i force this change? Any database values I should check to see if the theme panel is passing them on correctly?
Hi, I can see that you are using a caching plugin so please stop caching when you are making changes to the site (unless you want to “purge cache” every time you make a change), and if you use chrome keep the developer tools tab open so the browser cache is not used when you reload the page. Also would be nice that you try after updating the theme as we fixed quite a lot of things after WP4.8 was released.
Please do not mess with the database unless you know what your are doing.

Hi, it seems that my post count has stopped working correctly. I’m using the ST Posts widget to display popular articles, but the count doesn’t advance, and I’m seeing 404 error for ”/wp-content/plugins/stkit/components/postviews/functions/postviews-ajax.php”
Any suggestions as to how I can fix? The site is http://coinsite.com and the widget is titled “Trending Articles” towards the bottom of the sidebar.
Hi, you are using theme version 1.3.4, current version is 1.3.6 so please update your theme and the postcount will start working again, we fixed that in the last update.
About the 404, can you please check that the file is in place?

the “built-in” adsense is working…naturally it links to this site…but thats not going to bring me any money but you.
this is why i bought the theme, to continue to make you money…not.
the adsense element is not working – i have entered the adsense pub code to no avail.
there is so much of you in this theme but little of me.
i am trying to remove every bit of you but then i am always finding you once again.

It can’t be as easy as setting your Ad Client ID and then have 8 ads showing on the same page. There are some rules to follow, those that google tells you to read and follow carefully before getting banned.
We think that it is better to let people choose where do they want their ads to appear so everybody has full control over the ads.

I am using your theme for two of my sites, scuderiafans.com and transfer-centre.com. I am pleased with it but I have a question regarding the ad sense code in the header and footer: my problem is that when I add a responsive code it does not display ads on the site (it is just blank), not even after a few days. So I have to use 970×90 ads, but this type of ads does not look good on the mobile version, so I would like to use the responsive one. Could you please help me with this issue? Thank you!
Hi, I can see that you are using an outdated theme version (1.3.3 and 1.3.4), current version is 1.3.6. Can you please update your themes and wordpress core and see if that fixes the problem?

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately we are beginners when it comes to programming, back-ups ecc and we do not want to do something wrong and lose the customization we have made 
When we add the responsive code in the header and check the browser console we get this error:

This only happens for the responsive adsense ads which we add in the header and footer. On other positions it works ok. Maybe this info helps regarding the problem.

Check that you’ve set your Ad Client ID on “Theme Panel -> Miscelaneous -> AdSense” https://cl.ly/350A3K0x0y0w , enabled it and that there are no whitespaces after your Ad Client ID.
Then go to “Theme Panel -> Post” and add the shortcode with proper ad sizes where you want the Ad to appear https://cl.ly/3a2o2W1o3y03 . You can add the ones that you consider are best for your site/placement.

Note that you don’t have to add any JavaScript as the theme is taking care of it under the hood.

Hello. My site is pallareviews.com I want to do the following on my site.
1. On the left hand sidebar, I want to add my photo in the bio. 2. I want to remove the empty space for 950×90 ads in the header and below content. . 3. Also in the homepage, I want to remove the links to posts, as the title already links to it. 4. Also even when I activated breadcrumbs below post title, they are still not visible. How to enable them.
Also if I want to completely remove the theme with database options, how can I uninstall.

thank you very much for the reply. i just installed it and it is impressive at first sight, even the install process is like something i havent experienced. seems to have quite a potential. on the down side, it does not mesh with buddypress so its all messed up with the present site. i will have to re-install it on a fresh cpanel and start over. also, i did not sign up to advertise for you…unpaid! most companies offer an affiliate program, your theme is laced with so many references back to your company that its going to be a expenditure of time to remove all of them. i dont mind paying for a good theme, yours is that but i dont want to be used and abused as is typical amongst the internet generation of exploiters where its never enough to the amoral. the is very much the case where half the things i have bought have been abandoned by their authors. at least you are keeping with it, so i thank you for that. envato is unapologetic thus my characterization applies to them.
If you don’t want to have any references to our sites you just have to skip the import of demo data. Then the site will only have one attribution that can be easily disabled from Theme Panel.
Like @submitpvc, If I don’t display the number of topic, the style of the tag in the widget seems broken.

Hi, we saw the problem as well and we fixed it. With the latest update tagcloud should be displayed nicely with or without the post count enabled.

Since wordpress 4.8 it’s no longer possible for all firefox and chrome browser users, admin included, to login. The user is contantly redirected to not being logged in. It seems to work with internet explorer however.

The problem I was having turned out to be unrelated but it does look as if the changes in version 4.8 might have broken the tag cloud widget css somewhat…

Hi, the markup for the tagcloud changed in 4.8, you’re right. We just fixed it and pushed an update for all our themes. Please update to the latest version as soon as you see it. All the themes are sent to envato already so expect to see it soon.

How to removed the admin bar on the top ? When I’m not login there is still wordpress admin bar at the top I tried from admin panel but still its not working.

Hi, the admin bar should not be shown for not logged in users by default. Maybe a plugin is forcing to show it. Sometimes W3 Total Cache causes this also.
You can add this code to your functions.php file (better on child theme) to hide it for all the users but the admins:

About the IE problem, maybe an old version? if it works on the rest of the browsers.. I tested IE8 – IE11 and in all cases images inside posts were shown for our demo site.

Hi, for the first question an update is on the way. Woocommerce changed something in v3 but we fixed it.
Second one you can/may use a plugin to display and customise breadcrumbs.
If you don’t want to use a plugin for woocommerce you can add this line in woocommerce.php https://cl.ly/3n1K1e1e223a and you may want to apply some styles https://cl.ly/0A1O3Y0D1S3H
For bbpress you can add this line to your functions.php
remove_filter( 'bbp_get_breadcrumb', '__return_false' );

Hi Denis, have you tried to just upload the theme through an ftp client? before updating the theme check that your wordpress installation and all the plugins are updated to latest versions.
About WooCommerce, truemag is working totally fine with v3 so far.
