Are you on siteground hosting? if your site is hosted on SiteGround please ask them to increase your OPACHE limits to 16 and this issue should be resolved, however if you are not on SG hosting please do a clean install of Avada using the FTP installation method as mentioned here please => http://bit.ly/1R1ik6V

You have to create specific sliders (individual) for each of your page when it comes to translations as its a post type of its own and then you should be able to see the sliders on the Fusion Options, if that is not the case for you please open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist you.

You are actually on a very older version of PHP and we recommend PHP version above 5.6 so we will strongly recommend to use a newer PHP version, because other than Avada theme some plugins will also have issues with a lower PHP version.

Hello,
I have been having a very frustrating issue with the Resume Demo that I had imported. I have the latest WP version update and latest updates for Avada installed as well.
The issue is with the menu for single post pages for Portfolio, Posts, etc. I am unable to find a way to connect single post pages with the secondary menu (Resume Main Menu) that is provided that has the proper URLs to navigate the main left side menu. The portfolio pages still want to use the Resume Homepage Menu option which will not work as it only uses ”#home” or ”#work” (which are not found on those pages). Hello. I recently encountered a bug of some sort where the page title goes 100% width. http://www.pixsoul.co/modern-movies-redesigned-vintage-vhs-covers/
I have both settings for the 100% turned off, in the Avada global theme options and the post itself.
The strange thing is that my older posts aren’t doing that, http://www.pixsoul.co/game-of-thrones-colorful-psychedlic-photo-shoot/ The first link post’s settings are the same as the second one, so i’m not sure why it’s different. Again the global settings for the 100% have been turned off so I’m not sure why it’s still doing that.

There’s not a PSD available. However, you can import the Creative demo through Avada’s importer tool and see how this is configured. You’ll also see the image sizes used for any images of interest in the demo.

Regarding logo sizes, that’s purely up to user preference. Avada will add the logo to the frontend at whatever size the image actually is. So however large you want your image to be is the size you should use.

In the shop page, with clean product design,:the view-cart button is not working in my site. First the actual clickable area for the cart page link is very small; so it’s very easy to click and go to the single product page instead. But even if you are able to click on the view cart link (as shown by the url displayed in the browser status bar), it doesn’t take you anywhere, you stay in the shop.
Any help would be appreciated

I don’t have access to support right now. But I can see the same problem in your own demos e.g. https://avada.theme-fusion.com/modern-shop/full-shop/ so I think an answer would be of general interest to the community. There might be a bug lurking around here.

Hmm which browser are you using, can you possibly make a video or show screenshots of the issue? We are not able to reproduce this, or we are not fully understanding where the issue lies.
Please email them to support@theme-fusion.com and we can check it out and try to debug. We’re just not able to reproduce it on our demos so it’s hard to figure out what is going on.

I do believe I see what you mean now. I’ making a video and getting it over to our dev. It will be fixed either via a patch through the Fusion Patcher tool, or through our next theme update.

Here https://avada.theme-fusion.com/header-below-slider/ the dropdown menu of the mheader menu is positioned below the slider, ok, but the submenus should not open in drpdown direction , the menu should open in dropup/upward direction instead. I found a bug maybe?

What you see is the default behaviour and layout of how our header works if parallax along with the full slider is enabled, you can simply disable this behaviour by disabling the parallax on your slider and the menu will go down below the beginning of next fold.

From my point of view, the menu should open UP and not down. I try to explain myself better: With a desktop computer I go to https://avada.theme-fusion.com/header-below-slider/ and I don’t scroll down the page, but I go directly to the menu that is positioned on the bottom of the page, but the menu is opening outside the scren and I can’t watch it. Thsi is why I suggest to add the function to open the menu in up direction instead of down, when the menu is positioned on the bottom.

Please make sure that you have no errors or Red values inside your Avada > System Status Tab

Also check your Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Code Fields and make sure that no JS code (if placed there) is causing this issue by removing the code.

I just have a quick question. I want to install this theme on a test environment domain name, test things out with the demos provided and play around with the theme for the client first. After I understand it better, I want to transfer it to their domain name. Am I able to do this after the product registration? No one will be seeing the test environment website but me.

Yes, you are allowed to use the same license if your second domain is just for the sake of testing and troubleshooting and is limited to developers or client only, however if you plan on going live with that other domain then you have to purchase a separate license please.
Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hi,
These toggles are a nightmare. Some jump to the bottom of the screen as you can see here when you go from the 1st toggle to the 2nd. Very inconsistent. They definitely need more options for how popular this theme is. Toggles are the single most used element in any site with responsive design.
Any clue as to why this may be happening?

I have just checked your toggles on your page -> http://d.pr/i/AGBTZm – and unless I am totally misunderstanding you, which I don’t think I am, the behavior of the toggles are correct for me. I do not see any erratic behavior, jumping etc. I also double checked this in various browsers.
I can suggest that you create a support ticket and provide our team will all possible info and we can try and replicate the issue as you see it, and get to the bottom of why it is erratic for you

Thanks for your response. Its happening in every browser. If you click on the first accordion “Program Outline & Description” ... then scroll to the second accordion and click “Clinicals” ... it then jumps to the bottom of the screen.

In order to set up correctly you need to register your purchase via token key -> http://bit.ly/1GrzAgY – thereby, you cannot run 3 separate installs with one license. What you can do is:
- Set up the install on your localhost/Staging site, to develop and sign the site.
- Register the localhost/staging site install via token key as explained here -> http://bit.ly/1GrzAgY
- Once you are done you can then migrate over to the live domain
- Then de-register the localhost/staging copy and delete it outright
- Then re-register the love site via token key -> http://bit.ly/1GrzAgY

Hello, is this theme compatible with the ‘Popup Maker’ & ‘Variation Swatches for WooCommerce’ plugins?
Also, is it possible to require an authentication code when customers try to login (just like envato)? Is this already supported? If it is (or if not), how can it be done?
Finally, i was testing the calendar in the hotel resort demo in the live preview. I was able to select a check out date that’s before my check in date. Is it possible to do input validation checks to prevent this sort of thing?

We have not tested both of these plugins officially with our theme so can not provide you with a solid response in this case, however we suggest you to get in touch with the plugin authors and check plugin’s documentation once.
This kind of feature will definitely require you to sign up for some kind of API actually, this i not a part of our theme yet and will require custom coding, same goes for your last request however you can use any advanced form plugin for this and see if they have any option like that such as Gravity Forms.
