Hi! Does the contact form remembers the title of the page? If a client contact us from a specific product from the site, does the mail that we receive tell us from what page the client sent us the request?

The7 built-in form is quite primitive. However theme is compatible with Contact Form 7 and other forms plugins. Please check if they have feature you need.
I’m looking to buy this theme, has this error been fixed that others are having an issue with? Also is the agency demo still pretty new or is it an older demo?
Hi, The7 v.5.4.0 had issue with older versions of PHP. We have fixed it without bumping theme version.
Agency demo was refreshed quite recently.

What is the issue, We are totally screwed until we fix this. Cant access the admin which is harmful to our business.
No time for a ticket, clearly it should be a public fix since others who upgrade have the same issue!

The7 is not officially compatible with RTL writing. However many people are using it for their RTL sites.

Hi there, I am using your pre-made 7 business theme and I am just wondering how to change the main banner image. Slider revolution is just inputting the text but I can’t seem to figure out how to replace the banner image behind the text. Thanks for any help!!

Just updated to 5.4 and it broke my back end, on ALL of my the7 sites. I get an http error 500 when trying to access site.com/wp-admin
I had to go back to 5.31.1. Also, updating to Visual Composer 5.2 breaks some sites. This is not surprising as there was a lot of chatter on the VC site/comments about that. Something about two deprecated function calls.

You can use a “microsite” page template for pages where you need different logos.
I have just updated to 5.4 and update VC to 5.2 and now I see 6 arrows in bottom left of website. Any thoughts? 4 and then 2 below that. I hover over one of them and says Toggle Fullscreen.

i am offeneded to head you say i have an Abusively big amount of tickets i do not have that many tickets raised surely support is there to be used for anything that is needed when this theme was purchased was before themeforest brought in the yearly support packages.

I like your Theme, but there seems to be a fatal flaw that makes it useless to me.
Hundreds of people have asked you to make default settings for sidebars (left/Right/None), and it seems to me that you REFUSE to do so. Over 3 years ago this was on the “development list” and the fact that it hasn’t been done yet is a refusal.
I understand that I can bulk edit and change sidebar settings. I don’t want to. This is especially problematic on dynamically generated pages, like woocommerce product/cart/checkout.
I’ve purchased your theme, but I’m fairly certain I won’t be be using it.

We are releasing v.5.4.0 today. If I’m not mistaking guys were extending archive settings to WooCommerce in it. I need to double check though.
Please update the theme files on THEMEFOREST. The theme states that an update from 5.3.1 is available. The files on themeforest do not reflect the current update to 5.3.1.1, but instead the old version. Currently having issues with the old version as well as it is not allowing me to access the benefits page in the admin panel.

We do not release 0.0.0.x updates on TF because they are really minor bug-fixes. Moreover we will be releasing v.5.4 today in couple of hours.
The fact that you are not able to access the benefits page have nothing to do with current version of theme. There’s either:
A plugin conflict. Sometimes plugins overwrite admin menu items in themes. In this case you can try disabling plugins to see which one is responsible for the issue.
OR you simply have not enabled Benefits post type. To do it please navigate to The7 > Plugins and install “The7 Elements” plugin. Afterwards navigate to The7 > My The7 and enable Benefits under “Settings” section.

Thank you, neither of those was the issue. I’d been using benefits long-term on the site already. For anyone else having the problem, the issue was solved by clearing the browser cache, which then allowed me access to the “benefits” link in the admin panel. Additionally, when you change the category title and slug, you need to go back to the page where the benefits were displayed and re-check the box for your newly named category as the category name change does not automatically adapt on each page. It must be done manually or the displayed benefits will disappear. Thanks.
