As for your question, all the images presented in the Ronneby Theme come together with the theme, but they are for the familiarization only and are not allowed for personal or commercial usage. You may buy them on Shutterstock to use for your purposes.

The CSS files are responsible for all the styles of the elements on your site.
If you’d like to add use the custom CSS field you may add them directly in theme options > main options > custom CSS field or you may use child theme and add them into style.css file.

Thank You. Somewhere I saw, that I can change the behavior, not having this inline css. It was at: Theme Options, Main Options, then active Generate dynamic styles file. Is this so far correct, to get all main inline styles into one file?

Since you have the dynamic styles file generation enabled, you may see the styles directly in the page.
This feature was added instead of compilation and it allows to use the theme on not so powerful servers and thus optimize the loading of both:
back and front ends.
In this case the styles files are not recompiled on server but they are loaded on page directly and thus you may see the css styles of your site.

Visual Composer 5.2 broke my site. Fortunately, I had a copy of the older version and reinstalled it but my client can see on the Wordpress dashboard that there is an update needed; and there will be elements that won’t work in the old version. Please (1) fix the incompatibility and let me know when I can reinstall 5.2 again; and (2) give me detailed instructions on how to prevent Ronneby and VC notifications from appearing on the Wordpress dashboard. I have 5 clients using this theme, so I really need this addressed right away. Thank you.

Two or three weeks ago i saw your demos and one of them contains a wooden light on the slider part. When user click it, the light is on and off, but now i cannot find this demo. Can you send a link to see this slider ?

Are we not able to have five columns? I tried 1/5 + 1/5 + 1/5 + 1/5 + 1/5 but it says it’s not a valid format, although 4 works and 6 works, why not 5? I’d really need a five column row, could you please advise? I tried “1/12 + 2/12 + 2/12 + 2/12 + 2/12 + 2/12 + 1/12” and then checked the option to hide the first and last columns in all devices, but it only hid the first column, and not the last. Not sure how to resolve this.

Since by default the row can be divided into 12 columns, five columns cannot be achieved.
Please try to use the following custom structure :
1/12+1/6+1/6+1/6+1/6+1/6+1/12
So you’ll get 5 columns with the left and right columns serving as a padding.

Hi Kate. Not sure if you read my message in its entirety; I have already tried diving it into twelve columns, but I need to hide the first and last column. If I keep all 7columns and use the left and right as padding, the content in the middle gets all squished together (especially on iPad pro and smaller laptop screens, it already is very very squished). I checked the options to hide both the left and right column, but this seems to be buggy, because the first column is hidden (as it should) but the last column won’t hide even though I checked the options to hide them.
Is there any reason as to why we can’t hide certain columns?

As for hiding the columns, you may try to add the extra custom CSS class for the column you need to hide and hide it with the CSS code.

1. The sticky header seems to be broken. When you scroll down it hides and cant be reached.

3. This website is super slow. I only have a one pager and it loads incredibly slow. For a one pager this should load in two seconds max.

Videos seem to be restricted on iOS devices (I don’t know why, I read that apple now allows video backgrounds if they are muted). I use a Placeholder Image under the “Ultimate Background” tab (not “General Options” tab), however, the place holder image is displayed aligned left in it’s true size (1200px in width). Since mobile screens are only 480px or lower, what we see on mobiles is only a small portion of the corner of the image, rather than a placeholder image that covers the entire screen.
Is there any difference in setting a fallback image via the “Design Options”, as opposed to setting it in “Ultimate Background”?
Also, in terms of tactical choices, would you recommend using a portrait photo or landscape photo as a fallback image (as mobile devices are often those that do not support video backgrounds, and most use their mobiles upright to view websites which would give a greater advantage to using portrait oriented photo as a fallback image).

Hi, I already have sent an email. Just wanted to add; this is not really an “issue” per se because as I said, it can be solved by setting the fallback image via the “Design Options” tab instead of setting it in “Ultimate Background”, I’m just wondering if there are any difference between these two options, as right now, it seems they do the same thing? I have a few questions that I can’t find solutions to through the forums.
1. How do I increase the size of the logo in the sticky header? It’s hadly legible so I need to increase it.
2. How do I align the sticky header menu to the right?
3. How do I add white transparent background behind text – I have testimonials that sit on top of an image so I want to add a white transparent box behind it to make the text stand out more.
4. How do I add in shortcode to my front page? I want to add an instagram feed to the bottom of my front page and have the short code for this (from Instagram Feed plugin), but I can’t work out how to add the shortcode (via visual composer)
5. Mobile menu doesn’t show.
