The theme is RTL ready, but will need to be set to a language which is RTL. For example, if you’re using WPML and you have Hebrew in use, Avada’s RTL styling will be active for that language on your site.

Hi there. Enjoy pushing this theme’s capability. Question – can i direct people with a link to a page that has a toggle element on it… and have a specific toggle open when that link is selected? Is it as easy as putting an anchor in the toggle element?

Yes when you use the toggle element, you can select if a specific toggle is open or not on page load within the toggle options itself.

Thank you for your question. This is an item on our list, but isn’t possible with the current Toggle setup in Avada. You can have a toggle default to being open and navigate to it through an anchor link as you suggested, but to have the toggle open from a link is on our list for future features.

Hello. I use a child of avada theme. Can I change the name of the template? from “Child Avada” to the name of the website… maybe it requires to change also the main Avada template name. Is that legal? (copyrights issue). Of course I use one copy of your template in ONE website.

Thank you for your question. There are no legal issues with you changing the name of Avada on your own WordPress site to the name of your business. Just keep in mind that WordPress stores some data by theme name (menus and widgets for example), so you may need to set up these areas again after you change the name.

Thank you for your question. Have you translated these phrases in each translation file of Avada? For example, the language files for the Fusion Core, Fusion Builder and Avada itself. That will ensure you’re covering the correct text.
If that is already the case, then try updating your .po file with the .pot file. Check near the bottom of the translation help files for information on updating existing files with the .pot > http://prntscr.com/eyrey3

After updating the .pot, confirm that your desired translation is still translated correctly, save the file and upload your .po and newly generated .mo files to your server, clear your cache and check again.

Thank you for your question. Currently the modal popups for Avada require user interaction to launch the content. For example, clicking a button trigger or a text trigger.
For this specific use case, it would be best to add a plugin which is specifically designed to work as an exit intent popup.

Going here from smartphone https://avada.theme-fusion.com/header-below-slider/ both the logo and the mobile menu are disappearing and I can watch them onlu scrolling the page.. the problem is that people surfing to this home will find only a slider and normally they find a logo and a mobile menu instead. Maybe I found a bug?

Our theme is 100% multi language supported and we support 2 of the very best multi language plugin namely WPML and Polylang and we also have complete documentation about both of them here.

Hello! I have question about setting of portfolio. I want to off option “shutter” when it close photo while chose photo in portfolio. Or make it opacity like a 10%. I believe you mean featured Image rollover here, you can simply set its opacity or change the color from Avada > Theme Options > Extras > Featured Image Rollover .

Hi, We have been trying to do a 1 column, 2row layout for 2 weeks now but that doesn’t seem possible in avada..
Could you please help. We tried nested column but that didn’t do what we wanted..

I am afraid that is not possible because each demo uses its own set of Theme Options and will require a multisite setup with number of licenses in this case, you can only import one demo at a time however you can use our live demo links from here in this case

It is possible but you will have to use custom CSS as its aligned to left, you need to set the align to none please and then set the text align to center, also disable the alignright div too as there is one other div in secondary header as well.

You can put your own custom text there by using the “Custom Excerpts” and that will show up instead of the excerpt of your text.
