Hello, I have bought avada from the username ankurkhamesra. I am using your construction layout. Need one help, In the service section there is tab section. How do I make that Tab section sticky? So that when the user scrolls the info should be visible?

Hi, after the last update when i want to modify and update one of my post or portfolio post, after i click on the button UPDATE the screen become completely white and the page don’t refresh. The only way to return to edit mode is go back whit the browser.
All my changes is saved but on the screen i don’t see nothing, only a white screen.
This happen on the post (article) and on portfolio post. If i want modify the pages, all work fine.
I have reset all caches: fusion caches, browser, and site.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble here!
This isn’t something that’s being reported, so may be specific to your setup.
Have you checked for a plugin conflict? As a standard troubleshooting step, try disabling all non-Avada plugins to see if this is caused by any plugins you’re using. If so, enable your plugins one by one and refresh the issue page. When the problem returns you’ll know what plugin is causing this and can remove/replace as needed.
If that doesn’t resolve this, be sure you’re on at least PHP 5.6, however, PHP 7+ is recommended for WordPress and Avada. More details on that can be found here > http://bit.ly/1SyarGK

This is actually not related to Avada and is coming from the Endurance Page Cache on your site. This is most commonly in the “Must Use” or “Drop Ins” tab in the WP Admin > Plugins, page. If you didn’t add the plugin, it may be something standard with your host.
I would recommend checking with your hosting company on this as it may be something they’re aware of.

Definitely one of my favorite themes ever!!! Quick question, when I activate header content 2, navigation menu shifts up for some reason. I tried using custom code to stop it, but it still happens. How can keep navigation in same place once i add header content?

You can adjust the menu’s height to change its position in the header. This setting can be found in Theme Options > Menu > Main Menu.

I have one question regarding single product layout if you can help me. I know that this is not supported and that this is custom change in code to achieve what i want. What I would like to do is to change the layout order/view of single product and I already looked in woocommerce scripts all i found was hooks and also in avada folder where you also use some of the woocommerce scripts for your theme. Can some just let me know where do i have to change this hooks in avada or woocommerce plugin ?

Great new toggle options, however when many toggles are present on a page, it takes the toggle height from the total page height and it can’t be scrolled all the way down anymore. That should probably be looked at.

I have purchased several licenses but all support periods have expired. Since this is clearly a bug and not a support request, I would prefer not topurchase another subscription. Here’s a more detailed description: The Toggle/Accordian builder element caps the height of the open element off the bottom of the page. Just try it, create a page that needs scrolling down and add a few toggles (set to toggle mode to stay open when clicked). The space is immediately missing at the bottom of the page as soon as a toggle opens. I hope this clarifies the issue.

Thank you for those details. Are you by chance using the theme’s smooth scroll feature? That may be the key issue here. Our devs are aware of the content issue related to smooth scrolling and are looking into it now.
To confirm this on your site, you can check the setting in Theme Options > Advanced > Theme Features, Smooth Scrolling. If it’s active, disable the setting, then check your site again.

Hi, we have the same problem (Fatal error: Call to a member function get_cart_contents_count()
But we found that i works without error if we set the AVADA “parent” theme
The error message we have only with Avada child theme.

Hi, I have a website with Avada v. 5.2.1 with patch #415726 working properly, but after patching:
415728, #415729, #415731, #415732
my embedded content into a Fusion Builder Code Block has crashed, I mean the parent page is via https, the embedded content is via http, it worked till this time (for months), but it doesn’t work now.
Pls also note I have some embedded content which is displayed correctly: when I check its content in Fusion Builder while editing Code Block’s content, the Code Block content looks coded like:

If I check similarly the content of a non-working embed, the content of a Code Block is NOT coded, it is readable, like:

I checked the description of these patches, they doesn’t seem relevant, but all I did this 4 patch uupdate wich crashed my embedded content.

That shouldn’t be related to the patch as there aren’t any changes related to protocol in these patches.
This isn’t something that has been coming up, so it’s hard to say what specifically is going on with your site. However, you may try adding the embed again and use https. Another option would be to use a plugin which forces the loading of your resources over https.

Hi, Just wondering if the Fusion front end editor will be available soon (next release)? Just saw an advert on Youtube for Divi 3.0 Front End Editor which is available for all themes. Nice to be able to edit live.

I know this is a repeated question, but I am using Buddypress with multisite so people can create their own subsites using the subdirectory method. Is the Avada theme ok with this? Will people be able to use the Avada theme on their subsite if I network enable it?

Thank you for your question. One Avada license is good for one “end product”. Meaning it will cover one site that’s for a specific purpose, but a separate site in the network will need a separate license if it’s not the same “end product” (e.g. If there’s a realtor site on the network and a tech forum, both will need a license).

That is odd, your current badge says active. Are you possibly using an old purchase code?
Go to your downloads tab and download the purchase code from your latest Avada purchase. You should be able to login and go to “My Account” and then enter your purchase code.

Yes, it will definitely require you to edit your theme files actually, unless you plan on using our header-v4 and use the header-content-3 area (banner) and put your own code inside it though that will come up on the right of the header and not the left side of header area.

I counted about 500 lines with this data and growing every minute. People with a small database will have problems. I had one and in 1 day grow from 60mb to 152mb and I could not get into my webpage.

This shouldn’t happen at all specially when applying patches as none of our patch was related to the database at all, however what i want you to do here is to please install a transient cleaner such as this one => http://bit.ly/2vFcelI
Clear your all transients one and then go to Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS & JS Tab and then set the CSS compiling method to File please and clear your Fusion Cache once.
