WHERE and HOW do I edit the single-portfolio ‘Project Details’ section after you screwed up with the code AGAIN?
For everyone else, who is interested in this, you have to go to wp-content/plugins/fusion-core/single-avada_portfolio.php and you can make a copy and get it to wp-content/themes/your-theme-name/single-avada_portfolio.php

You can do this through the translation files. That’s the best method of changing text because it won’t be lost when you update your theme. If you’re already doing that and your translations aren’t working, then be sure to update the files with the .pot file of the updated theme / plugins.
Also note, the portfolio text will be translated through the Fusion Core’s translation files.

Hi there, I’m having an issue with the Avada Agency theme and Slider Revolution. My slider is showing as 100% width, and ignoring the menu on the left, so the content looks off centre. How can I change this? I’ve changed the settings of the container but it has no effect.

This will be a setting in the Revolution Slider. When using a side header and a full screen Revolution Slider, you’ll want to disable the “Force Full Width” setting in the Slider’s Global settings > http://prntscr.com/g0itz4

We use the featured image rollover in various stylings on our public demos. However, the setting to disable this completely is in the Global Theme Options > Extra > Featured Image Rollover and looks like this > http://prntscr.com/g0m8fm
When that’s disabled, it will look like a normal image on hover and the image itself will be a link to the post.

That being said, have you tried using the header version 6? When using header version 6, you can configure the flyout menu to open from different directions or fade in > http://prntscr.com/g07olt

You didn’t say if I change the header version – it will delete all header custom style. I tried and tried but it’s the time to give you a negative feedback. You are not professional Avada. I have purchased so many templates, and from 1st top seller template – I wouldn’t except this kind of support. Good bye Avada. By the way, I read a bit your code -> very low. I’m sorry you feel that way. There are a few important points to make from what you said above.

By custom styling, do you mean theme option settings for your header? If so, changing Avada settings will never delete other settings. If you mean you had custom code which was applied to your previous header version, that would not be deleted either, but may need to be tweaked to work with the new header version’s HTML layout. Since each header style is different, then there will be different HTML and customizations will need to be adjusted accordingly.

Firstly, it’s important to note, this is our comments section and not our support channel. Hello! Huge fan of the theme. I have a question with regards to the self-hosted videos in Avada. Currently, I have all formats for it and all of the videos display fine on Chrome and Firefox. However, they do not show on Safari. I have disabled all plugins (still it does not work), have the latest version and everything is up to date.
The site is http://strongfitathletic.club/ – this video loads fine like I said on all browsers except Safari. What it is strange is that my development environment version actually loads. You can test that one here – http://strongfit.jrmbranding.com/
Can you please take a look at this and let me know your thoughts or any insights to get this ready and working on Safari too? Is there something I am missing?

I did take a quick look at your site (though we don’t officially offer support through comments) and it seems the issue is with the video file itself. When viewing the video resource directly through the browser, it’s still not loading. So there’s a problem with the video and Safari. That’s the reason the video isn’t loading as the background of the Avada element as well.

Hello! Since the latest theme update many things are broken. In my case, the biggest problem is that the portfolio grid (Portfolio Featured Image Size:auto) didn’t calculate the article position (left position) correctly.

Avada 5.2.1 and WooCommerce 3.1.1
My iPhone always show the top of the cart and checkout when the page loads. I have some important instructions on top.
The desktop browsers show the cart at the top but the checkout loads with the first billing input field (name) in focus. The instructions are not visible.
Is this by design or an error? How can I fix it?

This is actually something that’s default to WooCommerce. If you switch your theme temporarily to the default Twentyseventeen theme, you’ll see the same behavior.
This actually comes from the HTML, so it would require a code modification to change. (see > http://prntscr.com/fzupgc)

Hello, can I buy your theme and use it for third party website (client)? I will buy it becasue of daycare demo. Id like to use it as it is with all your images but I read on your website that images licence is not included. Do you have a list of that paid images? Without such list I cant look for each one image individually. I think the purpose of demo is to install it and use it without additional work. Thank you for answer.

1) You can certainly use the Avada theme for a client. Just keep in mind the license is for a single site, so for each site using Avada, an individual license would need to be bought and registered. Another thing to note, is it’s advised that your client buy the license from their own themeforest account so they can continue to get updates for the theme and maintain their site even after you’ve completed the project.
