For some reason my browser “back” button isn’t working on multiple browsers (chrome, safari, firefox). I disabled all of our plugins to see if it might have been a conflict, and it is still doing it. Its very odd because it works sometimes, but not all the time.
Is this a common issue, or something that you have come across before?

Hi I just updated the theme to the latest version (really regretting it!) and now my Edge Slider isn’t working on the homepage AND the WooCommerce carousels aren’t working. Can you have a look at the homepage at www.freediving.life and let me know how to fix as soon as possible?
I’ve tried absolutely everything and can’t get the Edge Slider or WooCommerce carousels to work. The Woocommerce carousel doesn’t appear at all whatsoever, it’s just an empty space. And the Edge Slider shows the picture but not any of the text and does not go to the next slide. Can you please help as soon as possible? My site is live and it really needs to show at least the slider!
Hey somehow, by some miracle, everything seems to be working now (!!) It doesn’t display the Edge Slider when I’m logged in and looking at the page, but it displays it when I’m logged out, which is fine. Carousel is actually much better than before. Thanks.

Pre-sale question: If I purchase this theme, and edit and customize it at a local host (because the current website has to stay live until the new website customization is done), is it possible to transfer it to the Wordpress server without getting in trouble with the API key?

I know this is a repeated question, but I am using Buddypress with multisite so people can create their own subsites using the subdirectory method. Is the Jupitor theme ok with this? Will people be able to use the Jupitor theme on their subsite if I network enable it?

I’m so frustrated NOW! I have bought your theme not realising that your modified version of Visual Composer can not be upgrade to a real version after I purchased a licence for it. This means it is not compatible with VC add ons, that I have also purchased, making it’s functionality and value greatly diminished. Why is there a noticed display in the backend of WP telling you to buy a licence when it not possible to use with this theme. Completely unacceptable. I need an accordion that can have additional nested accordions in it. Something I would be able to do if I was able to create my own add ons for VC use an add on called “Add on Creator” This is not possible with your theme or version of Visual Composer. Can I get a refund?

Sorry for the inconvenience, actually, we can implement the VC plugin latest version to the Jupiter theme anytime but due to many reports from the customers that the VC 5.2 doesn’t work stable and cause crashing issue, so we need to wait until it totally stable before implement it to the theme.

I can not implement add ons with your version of visual composer. If I was able to do that I wouldn’t need the latest version. This is something you should make people aware of before they buy your theme that Visual Composers functionality is greatly diminished because of your implementation/modified version. Can you tell me how I can use VC add ons with your version of VC?

Hello amazing team! So I’m looking to buy a new theme and I saw yours. Speed is very important for me and I see you actually show speed tests.
