i bought the theme and i got a problem the third menu level doesnt show up. no way only second level sub menu…is there a way to fix it?

Why is it that some of my pages have a white nav / logo bar, and others the header image is behind the nav / logo?
I’d prefer it to all be the white colour. I don’t know how to fix this.

As I can see light header is active on that page https://www.screencast.com/t/gOEKQSmxsY so if global option doesn’t work this means that option is set from per page options (when you edit that page) so change it from there. Note that per page options will always overwrite global ones.

Hello, purchased your theme today and so far loving it. I do have a little issue that is actually fairly serious – the images uploaded in bulk to portfolio, can not be reordered by dragging and dropping them in the admin area. Particularly annoying since it loads them last image first. Is it a malfunction or it’s simply not possible to do so, in which case is there a chance of you addressing the issue. Given how this is a theme meant for a luxury brand, little details like that that affect the visual presentation of a page are quite important. I would be grateful for some advice. Thanks!
Couple more things: is there a reason visual composer is not active on portfolio pages? How do I remove set+file name from the Lightbox? And lastly, your help document requires scrolling to get to a particular section, the left hand side navigation does not work on click

Bulk upload of images is working like that, but maybe there is some workaround, and you can contact our support over support forum at https://elated.ticksy.com/ for all support related questions.
Visual Composer is disabled for custom post types by default but you can enable it from Visual Composer settings https://www.screencast.com/t/VmUpqhhPqt . Note that if you want to use VC elements on portfolio items, then you need to choose custom or custom full width portfolio type from per portfolio page options.

insane did open a ticket 7 days ago regarding visual composer NOT working! until today nothing is fixed! I cannot use they theme without the composer and I am stuck with my work. unbelievable. never had such an issue with a wp theme

I`ve been developing a website for my client that purchased the theme (in case you need it – I can ask for a licence code), but I will address an issue that is present in your demo as well as on my development server:

Click on SHOW MORE
Try to click on any newly shown portfolio item -> they all link to the same page you are on at the moment (http://chandelier.elated-themes.com/gallery-space/three-columns-grid/).
Also, if the images are not same size -> when you click SHOW MORE, newly shown images are not squared evenly, they are just scaled down, even if I specified SQUARE in portfolio element in the backend.
Again, I can ask a purchase licence code from my client and open a ticket, but this is a theme core bug, so speed is off the essence 
PS. pls update Visual Composer to 5.2.1, all of us who have latest version of wordpress cant use it right (can`t open any dropdown menu in options for any visual composer element).

We meant to go live soon with the website but this bug with portfolio page is really gonna affect the website speed and user experience (we got 50+ portfolio items and it`s gonna be loading slowww if we have to load them all together). Can you urge the support to give us a quickfix for this? Do you have an ETA on when is this gonna be fixed?

Hello, theme should be compatible with woocommerce 3.0.x but with my 3.0.9 version it is not. Specialy product galery is broken, plz update theme or adjus compatible informations. I’am using 1.7 version of theme which is the newest.

Hello,
The fonts for H1, Blog and menu have changed overnight. It used to be Lateef,cursive however it’s changed to comic and other fonts. Please view your page as well. It has affected websites using the theme. I had to supplement the H1 theme to Playfair for the meantime. Unfortunately we can not reproduce the issue on our demo site since everything is fine with it. However, it might be that something on your end caused the issue. Can you please set up your fonts in Elated Options > Fonts and there for each Heading type choose desired font family https://www.screencast.com/t/p1eYmMwW .

Hi, thank you for the clear instructions and great support. I made changes to files as shown. At first when I entered “Read More” URL in description field, it converted the ”” to html codes and it didn’t work – so I had to write the URL like this Read More (no ””). It worked 2 or 3 times, but now every time I Publish the page – the editor deletes the whole description field (any description field that contains html). Where am I going wrong?

i’m try to move our website in another server, and they setting PHP as your recommended. But, the Chandelier header can’t to change.
My server also already try to change/remove slider header images in WP admin, i give them the WP admin access, i give them this video https://www.screencast.com/t/32NIdXrcD. But, they still can’t change the image. Nothing error message appears when the image can’t be replaced.
They suggest me to contact theme developer for new update script and plugin using in this theme. I’m really2 like this theme, please help me to fix it.

Hi, I have a weird bug, I think it could be server or Wordpress (update) related but I thought I’d ask. When I go to the admin panel/Elated Options the “Select Colour” button doesn’t show, it only shows the color’s code and even if I change it, I click on the Save Changes button but it doesn’t do anything. It looks like the Elated Options function is broken. Even when I tried to add a custom CSS code under the General tab I can’t save it. I am using Google Chrome. The funny thing is that on my other computer it works in Google Chrome! Could it be the PHP memory limit? I am not able to change PHP settings but I can ask my hosting provider to change it for me.

Such issues, when certain changes do not appear or when changes are not saved or not applied on the front-end of your site, are usually related to low server PHP resources. Recommend server PHP resources are:
max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 64M;
post_max_size = 256M;
max_input_vars = 3000;
Can you please try to contact your server to increase it as recommended and check whether it solved the issue.
