Hi meant the loading spinner and image combined. At the moment you can either have image only or spinner only but not the two combined so that you can have image in the background and spinner on top or have like a logo appearing on top of the spinner.

Hi, I just check out your Impreza Theme. I would like to know if a video lightbox is enable on this theme. For exemple this : http://impreza4.us-themes.com/portfolio-illustrations/ When you click on the picture, there’s a photo poping, but I would like to know if it could be a video instead. Portfolio element doesn’t provide support for video in a lightbox. However, you can add any video into a pop-up using Modal Popup element of Codelights addon, we recommend to check all theme features yourself on this test drive server.

We implemented a lot of changes and improvements since then, take a look at the Changelog to be familiar but they can’t break the layout.
This issue can be related to either caching or to overridden templates. You can move a copy of your site to some dev server, perform updating there, adjust all your customizations and move the site back to your live server. Please note that non-standard theme modifications are beyond our support scope.

I got it to work – it was just the header and footer files 
No worries.
But.. i do have a lot of problems loading the page in safari.. our clients too.. have you ever seen that before? It’s “lacking” when scrolling.. realk.dk

There seems to be a conflict between your third party plugins, please deactivate all third party plugins, which aren’t related to Impreza, clear all cache and if the glitch will disappear, activate plugins one by one to find the issue.

Hi again. The menu works when i deactivate a caching plugin (WP Rocket) – but the site still runs slow in safari. Could it just be safari?

Don’t think that it’s a browser issue, most likely, there is a conflict, please try deactivating plugins as we recommended above.

I tried that now, but it didn’t work – also tried to deactivate the plugins related to impreza.
So.. must be some scripts ı’ve included in the header or footer – or the browser i quess?
Activate main Impreza theme and check again, there is a chance that edited files cause that.
It is the edited files, so I think I’ll start again with making a childtheme. Thank you very much!

since the last update my visual composer didn’t show me the backend or the frontend pages. I bought the Bundle with the VC inside. Can you fix that issue instantly because my website have a lot of member and I have to update and add new content or should I buy the VC?
Yesterday I wanted to re-install the VC out of my purchased bundle but there is no VC Plugin to reinstall in my folder. And I’m scared to reinstall the hole Theme. I think if I reinstall impreza I have that issue that I need to redesign my hole website.

Hey my friends that my problem. I see only the VC Ultimate Addon bundle, is there the VC included? I checked in my rar archieve but I couldn’t see the VC tool. I only saw the addons or did I overlooked something?

The widgets are not on the original widgets from Wordpress but under the link to modify the theme options. He’s called “Footer Widget”. It’s editable with Visual Composer like a post.

I know this is a repeated question, but I am using Buddypress with multisite so people can create their own subsites using the subdirectory method. Is the Impreza theme ok with this? Will people be able to use the Impreza theme on their subsite if I network enable it?

Unfortunately, we didn’t perform such tests yet but Impreza doesn’t provide native support for BuddyPress, so most probably it won’t work as expected. Also, you won’t be able to activate these sites with a single license because all licenses are per site. I’m afraid that Impreza won’t suit.
