Can I use this theme to make a consignment shop, where anyone can upload products to sell, and where a buyer can search the whole site for products by any metadata or taxonomy I create, and where the purchases happen on the site and I keep a percentage of each sale?

Commission system is not ready yet but we will consider it in our future updates. Right now you can set a membership plan, With that you can charge ad posting on your site. Also you can make it online shop with the help of woocommerce which is integrated already. Pre sale questions: If I buy this theme, am I paying $49/year? If so, how do I renew it? Or is it a 1 time fee of $49? I’m confused how buying ANY theme works. Like what does license mean for this? What does extending support do and why should I do it?

$49 is a one time cost for single website licence which is six month fee included, there is no further fee. You have to renew support after every six months if you want support from us. This is Envato’s policy for support thing.

1. Is it possible to show a contact form in the sidebar of the ads and the information of this form goes to the ad owner?
2. Is it possible to add and edit the fields of this contact form?
3. Is there a designed admin panel to the user or is it a standard wordpress admin?
4. Is there a place in the admin to edit some translatable words or I need use .po files?

1. If you mean a contact form in the ad details yes there is a contact form where you can contact to the author of the posted ad. Also in their profile page you can get the information provided by Admin.
2. Right now we haven’t this option but in our future updates we will consider it to make it this flexible.
3. We used Standard WordPress admin panel and redux framwork. Build this theme with visual composer drag and drop page builder.
4. In the Classiads option you can edit some words but mostly you have to use .po file.

I would like to say that your new update seems to look very good and new options you added are very useful.
But sadly to say I have problem with PAGE SETTING panel on my Home page after update. The panel doesn’t work and I can’t turn off a sidebar on my home page and page title. The same reason is with the page layout.

How do I get the location to view in the product list mode next to the category? I’m using option 2 in this image:

For anyone that wants to echo the locations do this. I used the file located in templates/loop/list-ad-loop-2.php
Step 1: Paste this php in Global at the top $location = get_the_term_list( $post->ID, ‘location’);
Step 2: Paste where you desire: <?php echo $location; ?>
How do I set the entire website to default to List View? For example when I visit location/canada/ by default it shows up as Grib. I even adjusted the setting in the back-end to list view here wp-admin/admin.php?page=redux_options

To: classiads_grid_loop($post->ID,’list_view’);

It’s a great idea to have a buggy registration system and force people to renew their support…I was without support since you had interupt your partnership with themeforest, so my six months expired.You should have a guide since so many people have the same problem. Very bad.

Does Classiads have reviews and rating system ? Does it support bank transfer as payment gateway ? How your pricing plan works ? like if a user paid for a standard plan when time or limit ended, Does ad will remove automatically or have to do manually by admin ?

Yes we added some new payment gateways one of them is bank transfer.
For the pricing plan it is automatic you don’t have to do it manually.

Sorry right now we are offering only paypal payment method but in our next update that is coming within few days we are offering three payment method. 1st: Paypal 2nd: Direct Bank 3rd: Authorized
Yes plan will be auto and admin also have a right to enable the plan to the buyers.
