Hey Team-Fusion. Theres Bug in the typographie-section: .”fusionredux-main .fusionredux-typography-container .picker-wrapper” needs a float:left. Otherwise the picker-wrapper spans over all form-elements making them unclickable.Thats why I wasnt able to change any font till I found that ;-)

Hello @nmverlag1999

Can you please tell me which particular typography theme option is this so i can first double check this on my own site and then forward this to our developers?

Thanks

-Ammar

Hello, after the last update there is a problem with shape of polish national fonts. The problem was not appear in the previous edition of Avada. Being exactly, polish characters appear (for example when using Dosis font) but they definitely do not look good. As someone said: fonts intermittently keep changing they shape to another font (presumably the back up fonts). This happens randomly at different times. Please, fix it.

Hello @Chiefbromden

Just to add further here, please make sure that you are adding your extension for the “Latin” fonts from Avada > Theme Options > Typography

Without all “special” latin letters will fallback to default font and will look different to you so please make sure you do select the subsets.

Screenshot => http://prntscr.com/g1ckli

Thanks

-Ammar

Yep:) I did it before your replay. First I have used “Latin” and it was not a solution. Then I used “Latin extended” and it works like a charm :) Thanks a lot for your help!

Awesome to hear that!

Cheers

Hi guys, i’ve been using your theme for over 4 years now. Great work as always, however i was wondering if you guys are ever going to consider adding something like a visitor counter built in into the theme itself with customizable options.

I’m just looking for some plug ins right now to purchase on codecanyon and i cant find anything that will come close to what im looking.

If you know of any plug in that will have a visit counter that is able to display one image (usually gif or png) with the correspoding number (for example, there will be 9 pictures, each representing the numbers from 0-9, the code will just call out the right picture for the number) just like a booru board, im including a picture so you can get an idea of what i’m talking about.

http://i3.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/original/000/505/408/819.png

Anyways, love to hear back from you guys, great work as always and keep it up!

Hello @pollosxe

We are happy to hear that you are a loyal customer to our Theme and we really appreciate your feedback, right now there is no visit counter element as we only have counter box and counter cirlces but we are continuously listening to our customers and do appreciate you sending us a feature request to support@theme-fusion.com please.

We have not officially testing any particular counter box plugin yet so can’t really provide you with a solid recommendation however i found these ones by a quick google search so you can try any of them.

Hello,

Is there anything new about accessibility? From what I’ve read it is in the development list for a few years now.

the demo gives 35 errors: http://wave.webaim.org/report#/https://avada.theme-fusion.com/

Thanks sir I appreciate that

You’re most welcome!

Hi there

Just to add here, Avada is officially WCAG 2.0 complaint, you can check that in our changelog here -> http://bit.ly/1EK5mAg

As there are so many different accessibility standards, what particular standard is your tool using to evaluate Avada?

Thank you, MB

I still haven’t received any response to my support request. The ticket number is 173749.

1. Fonts intermittently keep changing from Josefin Sans to another font (presumably the back up fonts) especially when I click on the Home link in the main menu. This happens randomly at different times.

2. Google maps on Contact Page is not displaying. Is there a way in which I can get rid of the Google Maps section on the Contact Page?

Please help soon! On a deadline. Thanks and much appreciated.

Hello,

Hello ,

After installing the theme, receive and error saying ” Plugin not activated. A higher version of Fusion Builder is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin. ” could you assist me in resolving this error.

Thank You

Hello,

It sounds like there’s an issue with the server installing the plugin automatically. You can install the plugin manually through FTP as a workaround.

You’ll find details on getting the plugin files for this at the bottom of our post as fallback method #5 here > http://bit.ly/2mNPb8I

How do I design this page: https://theme-fusion.com/support/documentation/avada-documentation/

I am more interested in content menu which is placed. Can you please help.

Hello,

That’s actually our documentation site and not an Avada demo. Currently it’s using an older custom theme and hasn’t been upgraded to Avada yet.

To get something close to that, you can use header version 4 or 5, which has the main menu below the header in a separate menu bar. You can independently change the color of the menu bar from the rest of the header background as well. A demo of that header type can be found here > https://avada.theme-fusion.com/church/

If you need any further assistance with your Avada site, please create a support ticket using the link below and our support team will gladly assist and guide you.

Hola ya tengo una tienda en linea, pero quiero cambiar por este tema, no afecta la demostración del tema, sera que no borra mis productos en woocomerce,

Hello,

I used Google Translate to read your message, so it’s possible some points weren’t 100% accurate. However, it seems the main questions you have are:

1) Will changing the theme from what you have now, to Avada affect the appearance of your theme.

The answer to that is yes. Changing your theme will always affect the appearance of your site because the WordPress theme is what handles the visuals of the site. Though, you could use Avada’s advanced theme options to mimic your site as closely as possible if you’re trying to keep the same appearance. In this case, I would recommend using a dev site with Avada installed and leaving your current site life until the Avada site is complete, then migrate it to the live site.

2. Will changing to Avada delete my current online store’s products.

The answer to that is no. Avada doesn’t handling the products as they’re associated with the WooCommerce plugin. As long as WooCommerce is on your Avada site, the products will remain.

I hope this helps!

Muchas gracias por la información

Hi, I’ve been trying to customize the “custom link” nav-menu-item in the theme to have a target attribute of _blank. Would you point me to the PHP to set this setting? I’ve combed through “nav-menu-item-control”, “nav-menu-item-setting”, and “nav-menus.php” I’d just need to get the target set to “_blank” when creating “custom link” menu items only. I appreciate your help with this- thanks! :-)

Hello,

Actually, there’s no need for custom code here. You can do this through WordPress default settings. It’s likely the option is hidden for you, so you’ll want to enable it through WP’s Screen Options in the top right of your Menu editor page > http://prntscr.com/g1207q

I hope this helps!

-Weston

Thanks Wes- you’re the best!! :-D

You’re most welcome! :)

Hi I´m thinking about Avada, specially the demo part is fantastic. But I miss a demo for a Theatre… want to use it for a small theatre club… ;)

Hello,

Yes Avada does have a fantastic group of professionally designed demos to import on your site for getting a quick start creating your site in Avada. Though we don’t currently have a demo for a theater, we do take requests of that nature here > support@theme-fusion.com

We would be delighted to see you in the amazing Avada community!

Hi, I am a longstanding user of Avada over at sustainergies.se. Now I am thinking of some new uses for the theme, but I have a question about the menu functionality. I know it is possible to create a custom menu for a page, but can I also make sure that the same custom menu is displayed for that page in mobile view?

Best regards,

Hello,

Thank you for your question! You can indeed select a dedicated menu for a page. If you have a menu selected as your global mobile menu, however, it will be used when viewing on mobile devices. Referring to this setting the Appearance > Menus > http://prntscr.com/g11x15

Let us know if you have any further questions!

-Weston

Thanks for clearing that up! I am sure I can make a work-around, and maybe this is something that could be implemented in the future? It is a great thing for featuring for example a partner-section as a one-page on the same site as the rest of your content.

Stay awesome!

Hello @sustainergies

You’re most welcome and we are always listening to our customers, please do send us your feature request to support@theme-fusion.com and we will definitely add it to our list of the ideas :)

Thanks for being an Awesome customer!

Hello, the Avada Facebook Widget appears and desappears on mobile. Can you please help me fix that? I think the problem causing the error it doesn’t allow me to publish facebook comment either. Thank you.

I forgot to say I tried everything, it’s not a plugin problem. Also it works with other theme. It just doesn’t work with Avada. I asked some days before (when I had support) and your answer was you couldn’t help me with facebook plugins. But I kept trying things and I found out it just doesn’t work with Avada. I don’t know what else to try. Thanks!

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. I checked back on your ticket and sent a reply there with more details. Kindly reply back to that email and we’ll continue working on this through your older ticket.

Thank you!

Hi, a want to know if a buy the theme a can install the wp in a Domain to make all the development and them change to another domain to install there for ever.

Hello @Fanasma2040

Yes, you can definitely do that as far as the first domain is used for development purpose only, once its transferred you have to remove the theme from the other domain and only use it on 1 single domain at a time unless you purchase a new license for the other domain :)

Cheers

Hi guys, thank you for the template, it’s awesome. I need a simple information. Where to insert api key for google map? Thank you

Hello @Bardinidavide

You can put the API key inside Avada > Theme Options > Contact Form > Google Map Tab

Thanks

I want to create the second menu as shown in the picture. Is this possible? If I can, I will buy.

Hello @Leventkaramanoglu

Right now the sliding bar is only available for the top section, the sliding bar you see on ThemeForest website is not an option in Avada at the moment but our developers are working on this and it will be a part of Avada soon :)

Thanks

-Ammar

Thanks. Expect update soon.

You’re most welome :)

There is problem with the bottom padding of the new update. After i updated the theme, page bottom padding settings is at the default 40px however the padding appear under the footer instead of being above. anyone encountered this?

Hello @Squalhajime.

There should be no padding under the footer by default, if you are seeing this on every page there is a chance that some of your code (if put) inside Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Code fields is breaking this for you or some other HTML inside the footer area is causing this, however if its none of that please do open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist you with the issues.

Seriously… you guys just keeps asking us to pay for support. Really ridiculous. I dont need help in coding or customising the website at all and I have been using your template for many years now on my own. I wont be paying 42bucks for support just to ask 1 question and never use it again. It’s not even worth it. Furthermore, this is a problem on your update. I had no problems with my site till i update to your latest version. and just so you know, my previous version is just one version behind this new update. Its not even a very old version.

And the part where you mention “a code in Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Code fields” There is nothing there except my GA tracking code. I have checked my functions.php and custom css too theres nothing out of the ordinary.. I know you are going to tell me its some policy from themeforest etc. So you cant help me and i have got to use your support. But seriously, if you guys are really living up to your name and willing to go the extra mile for a customer like you used to, that poilcy or wadever guidelines wouldnt stop you from helping us.

Hi there

There is important information provided below, so please make sure to read through this carefully.

- We hear you loud and clear, however allows us to clarify that Envato introduced paid item support back in September 2015 and we theme authors had zero control or influence over this. In fact, we (ThemeFusion) in response to the Envato initiative decided to Grandfather in for support any of our customers that had purchased a copy of Avada prior to the 1st of September 2015, as explained here -> http://bit.ly/1SwDKpe

- Extending Envato item support (after the included free 6 months support provided at the point of purchase) applies to every theme on the marketplace, this is not exclusive to the Avada theme. Envato makes the rules

- Updating from Avada 5.2 to 5.2.1 has not created any issues specific to the footer with a 40px margin/padding below it. It is not being reported within our support centre right now.

There are some diagnostic checks to make:

- Clear your browser cache and any cache related plugins

- Check for errant code snippets in the Theme Options and elsewhere

- Disable 3rd party plugins one by one to rule out plugin conflicts

No problem if you do not want to renew/extend your support. We can also suggest that you make use of the following resources:

Join the Avada Facebook users group, over 14 000 active members -> http://bit.ly/2aXUcFf

The community forum for user interaction -> http://bit.ly/1Uzbbgx

Avada documentation -> http://bit.ly/1La5xgv

Fusion Builder documentation -> http://bit.ly/2dm8GLU

Video Tutorials -> http://bit.ly/1G7dsDU

Avada Guide -> http://bit.ly/1N505Om

You can also send an email to support@theme-fusion.com and we can check your installation for you and provide some guidance

Thank you, MB
