Hi, related to the translation, I assume that you’ve placed the files in the correct location and set the language for your WordPress. Also, you correctly named the files before placing them to the web server. Please send me all these details by email to support@smartwpress.com. To avoid a missing menu i switched to the “normal menu”. At least a desktop user would see the menu. How to change when to switch to the mobile menu, so that the menu won’t appear behind the logo (i’m using a wider one than in the demo)?
By the way the mobile menu isn’t visible at all.

Hi, I have been looking at the Documentation for the theme but I can only see an option for a sidebar on the contact page. My client would like sidebars on a bio page and on the Events / Gigs page amoung others. Is this possible and if so can it be done when creating a page, e.g. Selecting a sidebar as an option in the page settings. I can probably do this with some coding but it would be easier if I could do it from the admin. Thanks.
Hi, for the contact page, there are two templates, with and without sidebar. Also, the default template for page has a sidebar. But you can also use the full width page template. Unfortunately, the template for event custom post types does not offer a sidebar, it is only available as a full width layout.
I am trying to add a new discography page but instead of all my albums displaying in rows underneath each other, the template displays just 1 row and gives a “next” button to see another page of albums.
How do I get all my albums to display underneath each other?

Hi! I need to move the menu items from left to right (text-align: right ?!?). I’ve done this: @media only screen and (max-width: 979px) {#main_menu, .menu {text-align: right !important;}} This css moves the items to the right, but only in the browser on my laptop and changes nothing on my mobile phone. That is because the mobile phone falls under another media query. You need to add the code for all media queries. Please send a mail to support if you need more details. You can check the style.css file to see all the media queries used in theme styling.

Hello SmartWPress, I’ve sent a email couple weeks ago and still haven’t heard back.
(Client’s website is www.thepuppinisisters.com) I’ve got a problem with the “Open link in a new tab” link for a custom menu link. The link doesn’t actually opens on a different tap, our developer checked the code and it seems fine, but still the function isn’t being executed the right way.
Opening the link on a different tab is crucial for our client’s business, so the user doesn’t have to navigate away from the website.

It looks like the issue is being caused by the Rev Slider – using either the VC module or shortcode result in the blank page, however if I take it out all is well with the world again. Odd. Thanks for your swift reply – this happened last thing on a Friday – I’m just gonna do some investigating now I have a little time. BTW, Rev Slider still works on the home page

I got it to work fortunately but do I have an outdated theme? I cannot upload images to my photo albums. Once I choose the images they just do not generate. Also, woocommerce was not on my theme documentation and or plugins.
