The strange thing is that the user and arrow icon are not part of the design in any of the forms in the theme. It look like the placeholder text is pushed down due this. I just have tested the forms on Mac OS and Windows in different browsers and they all look like this.

Can you tell me in which browser you notice this issue. Do you have any browser extensions installed, can you de-activate them?

Thank you for your interest in the theme!

Visual Composer is not fully supported, but will still work partly. All the shortcodes that come as default in Visual Composer will work straight out of the box, but doesn’t have a custom theme styling.

Our custom widgets like the news block, testimonials and some others (mostly on the frontpage of the theme demo) are not available in Visual Composer.

Currently the slider doesn’t have touch control. The slider is made with the carousel function from the Bootstrap Framework and unfortunately touch support is not included. We will add this feature in our following theme update, as it is a request feature by our customers.

For now I recommend to install this plugin which will add the feature straight out of the box.

Is it possible to add a “login icon or shopping cart” to the top menu bar? Thank you for all your answers.

You can use the icon box widget in the topbar to create a login link for WooCommerce by linking it to (example) yourdomain.com/my-account

A shopping cart in the topbar is not possible, unfortunately. For a shopping cart in the navigation I recommend this plugin which will work very easy.

If you want to change the ‘read more’ link of the blog posts on the front page (added with the ‘QT: Latest News’ widget) you can change the text within the widget settings.

For the blog posts on the /blog page you can change it via Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Blog > Read more text.

Hi, The message get delivered if I don’t input the date of appointment but if I input it it doesn’t go showing the validation error. I tried so many format to input the date of appointment and always get “date format seems invalid”. The problem is just from the date format, and every other thing works. You can hide the page header per page. Please navigate to Pages -> Edit a page and scroll to the ‘Header Settings’ metabox and set the ‘Page Header’ select field to ‘Hide’.

Please make sure you have installed the latest version of the theme.

This issue is coming due a older version of the ‘Advanced Custom Fields PRO’ plugin. Please follow the steps below to fix this issue:

- Please navigate to the plugin folder on your server and delete the Advanced Custom Fields folder (path to folder: wordpress/wp-content/plugins/).

- Update the theme to the latest version.

- After updating the theme install the Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin via Appearance > Install Plugins.

That should fix the issue. Please let me know.
