Hi I’m having some functional issues:
1) I have custom fields in the Listing Item Field section and when I enter text, it doesnt display the saved text on the page.
2) The marker on the map doesnt always work. Some days it works perfectly when I enter an address and the marker will move to the location. Other times like now, the map doesnt want to recognize any address and the pin won’t move. I’ve tried it on Firefox, Chrome & Safari. I also have the Google maps API set up and cleared cache and disabled all 3rd party plugins and still having the issue.
I also have this waiting for response in the support ticket since 8/20.

You can view user dashboard and try creation of a new listing with following credentials (you can sign-in directly from front-end) User: Test Password: Test
On this way you could see all offered options and how it will look like to create new listing.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me; however, both those screenshots are the same and neither show the use of an inline image with text. I had tried the Test/Test login in the demo but that won’t let me upload any images to the site so I couldn’t test out this question myself.

I’m looking for a theme that will offer Auto Location, not sure of the name, this is where the visitors city automatically shows in the search box location when the visitor arrives on the homepage.

I just wanted to know if I’m missing something? I want to only have one package tier but want to be able to offer it for free for certain people either via a discount code or by admin. Is this possible within the framework of the theme or will I have to develop that feature?

Thank you for interest in our theme, we are pleased to hear that you like it.
You can have only one package, but there is no built in functionality to have discount for certain users. However, we can suggest you two workaround. First is to create two Listing Packages, one with discounted price and to have “normal” package. Second workaround is to set all Listing Packages are free and than you arrange another payment method via mail since all Listings need to be approved by admin before it is published.

The user registration option for listing submission doesn’t have any anti-spam measures or double verification process, which is why I’ve noticed a lot of spam sign ups. Does this theme have any measures to protect against this or can captcha be added to the sign up process?

We have not included such functionality within theme but it can be done using some third party plugin what will, for instance, add captcha in sign up process. However, we have not tested any of such plugins so we can not recommend you any of them.

Hi, I think that I didn’t explain well. I have create some categories and I have translated them. But in the bit windows (combo) when I selecte the categories It appair all caategories in English and Spanish together. Its should go out alone in English or Spanish, depending on the language selected. In list List Adavanced Search works correctly, but in List Search, no. Can You help me? please

I have a problem with the translation. I use WPML but i can’t translate Listing Search. All the categories appear (Listent Type) in spanish and english. I don’t know that i can do. If you are referring to the Search Form from the Homepage those strings are translate ready such as there rest of theme labels. But those labels are using another text domain, Elated Listing text domain. So you need to translate Elated Listing plugin as well.

Thank you for interest in our theme.
1) You can create Custom Listing Packages, however, this will not limit feature access.
2) If you are referring to the Listing to be active only for 30 days that can be achieved by setting Listing availability for each Listing Package https://www.screencast.com/t/zZNuU6Xk .
3) There is Feature Listing functionality and site admin can manually set a Listing to be Featured.
4) There is no option for that for now, since all users can register to your site.
5) It can be achieved with a plugin, but we have not tested any of them so we can not guarantee that it will work fine with our theme.
6) We have not tested that plugin, so we can not guarantee it’s compatibility with our theme.
7) You can not change Listing’s Package from the back-end but you can change Listing’s status to be Draft ( unpublished ) at any time.
8 ) Listing can be managed to be advertisement of anything you want, however, than some of the Listing field does not make sense so you will have to leave them blank ( such as if you want Listing to be product than it’s opening hours does not makes sense )
9) Unfortunately no.
10) There are a lot of plugins to achieve so.
11) They can contact via mail, or via reviews or enquire form.
12) Claim listing is option for listing owners. If some user already get published listing, he is able to claim his listing, in order to get ability to edit it. After that, admin has to approve it.
13) There is no option for that, but each Listing needs to be moderated before approval so you can check for spam Listings.
14) Yes, admin can add desired listing from dashboard.
15) You can do that by managing user roles of the users that register. Users will Subscriber role can not add Listing and therefore they can not purchase Listing Packages. On the other hand users with Owner role can submit a Listing and to buy Listing Packages.
16) As in 15) all users are free to register but only users that you set he’s role to be Owner can submit his Listings.

The issue might be related to latest WooCommerce update since our theme is not yet fully compatible with WooCommerce 3+. Our theme is fully compatible with 2.6.14 version of WooCommerce so please install that version until theme compatibility update is released. To change color of marker on the search results page you need to change theme’s First Main Color in Elated Options > General > Design Style https://www.screencast.com/t/KoAs4DN1mg9J . However, same color will be applied to all markers. But you can further differentiate markers by icon displayed in the marker. That icon is actually icon assigned to the Listing category that can be set in Listing Category section https://www.screencast.com/t/YUOMAHoHrhw and by editing certain Listing Category https://www.screencast.com/t/LWiPOtAt .

For multilingual site we recommend usage of WPML plugin which is not included in our theme, but we have tested it and we can confirm that it works fine with our theme. With this plugin, you need to make all content twice, so all posts, pages, menus, etc per language.

I’ve recently purchased this item and have installed the demo content. This is where it gets a little embarrassing – the ONLY thing I did is change the colour in the “Top Bar Right” widget(s) from your #1ab5c1 to #ffced9 and it has messed up the alignment of each of those widgets. We have integrated PayPal functionality for Listing Package purchases in our theme and you get all payment notifications via email. We have not integrate any more invoice functionality since PayPal have it’s own, so there is no point in duplicating it.
