Hello, I have made a mistake and deleted an entire row with content. I tried to restore previous states but I could not reach as far back as when I deleted the section. I installed wordpress locally on my computer in an attempt to install Jupiter 5 and the template I used so that I could see how that row was built and replicate it but it asks me for the KPI Key which I’ve already used on my live site. I do not want to buy another license just to see how that row of content was built in the dummy template content. Would it be possible to get support so I can see how that row was built so I can replicate it? It’s in the Carius template. Thanks

Each Purchase license just able to Register for one site (domain) only, if you want to use it for 2 domains > you will have to buy 2 and so on.

I’m kind of annoyed about my logo. Whatever I try it seems like I can’t change the size of my logo. I need my logo too be a lot smaller. It looks ridiculous this big. Could you please let me know what I have to do.

Likely a stupid question but I am trying to use the edge slider and only want 1 image to stay static. The slider keeps transitioning to blank slides and I don’t know how to make it only 1. www.xdigital.ca is my url.

You can edit the Edge Slider > Pagination > Set it to None.
Then create a Child theme first (if you didn’t have it yet), you can follow this document to create it:

Pre Sale Question: Can tags be created in different tag categories?
Let’s I want to create some blog post that belong to different groups of tags. Say there is tag group for related country so, I’d have US, UK, France, and so on. I assume tags would be a way to implement that.
But if there should be other types of tag, e.g. a group of tags for technology – PHP, Python, Java, etc.
And there could be more groups for e.g. project size (small, medium, large), status (planned, in progress, finished) just to name a few things.
Obviously these different groups of tags should not be mixed up. Is there a way to do that, in the description it only states that tags are supported?

It’s a default function of the Wordpress, and it works in the same way with Jupiter theme, please try to make it right on your Wordpress site, if it works fine, Jupiter theme will able to make it too.

The synchronized tabbing is a great idea however it shouldn’t be effecting theme options from totally separate websites also open in your browser. Did you not anticipate that a user might have one of your demos installed locally to use as a quick reference while applying styles to their working project?
