I am using WordPress 4.8.1 personally and i see no issues at all as stated above, please see this screenshot from my own WP admin panel where Fusion Builder is loading all fine and good => http://prntscr.com/g3ypun
Theme Options are also behaving all fine for me so it must be something else that is in play here, i want you to please double check your console for any possible error and also disable your 3rd party plugins once, however if the issue persist you can always open a ticket with our support and we will gladly assist you with it.

The fix needed is a CSS change, but the CSS requires to be added to a core Avada Admin CSS file. The following patch has been released to resolve this:

In that case what i can suggest you to do is to install fresh version of theme using FTP method please by downloading the fresh files of Avada from your ThemeForest account using this method => http://bit.ly/1R1ik6V
Also disable all your 3rd party plugins and only keep Fusion Builder and Fusion Core active and check again once, if the issue persist i will have to suggest you to renew your support and create a ticket so we can assist you with the issues.

If you are still having issues after applying the patch, please try and clear your browser cache as well as Fusion Cache from Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS & JS however if it still remains same do open a support ticket and our team will assist you with this issue.

Hi! Thanks! I have used and liked this excellent theme 4 months, without any problems.
It seems something got wrong after WP update 4.8.1. I can’t change the title sizes (text editor, title editor) visually when using Fusion builder, only coding (
etc) with text editor or default editor is possible.

Morning guys, I’ve noticed that any containers with a background image selected stopped displaying these images in chrome yesterday. Seems to work fine on other browsers. The background image loads briefly before going white. This was before the site was updated to 4.8.1 but the issue is still happening after updating as well. Is this something you have seen before?

1. On the latest version of theme. 2. You have no 3rd party plugin that is causing this issue. 3. Your child theme is not causing this issue (if applied)

This is simply due to the reason that you have Transparent Header enabled for your site while there is no slider or image assigned to the page, all you need to do is disable the transparent header and you can do that by following the directions here in our documentation => http://bit.ly/1DSsLpG

How come when I import the Fashion demo, it doesn’t give me the option to click “all” but it clicks all the boxes besides “all”? When I import the demo, even though the different options have been selected, it keeps saying “partial import.”

I just bought a new domain, so I want to purchase a new license. I decided to make my blog and my store separate websites. I am looking at the $16/month option where you host, customize, and provide support to me for my website. Does this customization include designing the site the way I want where you also upload pics, sliders, create pages, woo commerce, etc. or does it just include importing the demo and telling me how to design the site after that? Also, since I have bought the domain name I want with Namecheap, can you transfer that domain to your own hosting?
I wanted to know about this before I buy a new license and submit the support ticket.

The $16/month option is only for hosting and theme license and it does not include site setup as you mentioned above and also the hosted purchase is from ENVATO itself and not our own team (theme developers) so you need to contact them in this regard as well, i see you have a purchased and supported badge now so it means you have our license already and can submit a ticket easily.

UPDATES are free for lifetime and does not require purchase of support license even if its expired, you should be able to get Avada updates as far as we are developing our product so please make sure you have your product registered or else Auto Update will not show updates for you, however you can always download the latest version of Avada from your ThemeForest downloads section

I would like to create our theme to have the same nav bar and header area as this demo theme:
https://avada.theme-fusion.com/health/What settings do I change on the default theme (in other words not the demo theme) so that my homepage slider appears behind my nav bar menu at the top. Making a transparent menu basically. Then when they begin to scroll the sticky menu changes from the transparent background to the solid color nav bar.

What you see there is actually our feature called “Transparent Header” and you can simply enable this by following the instructions here => http://bit.ly/1DSsLpG
As for the header turning solid when you scroll down, that is because when you scroll down it then turns into the sticky header and you can simply set your sticky header as solid (opaque) in this case by going to Avada > Theme Options > Header > Sticky Header > Sticky Header BG color and setting the transparency value to 0.

This shouldn’t happen at all and the menu should come up no matter which header you are using as far as you are assigning a menu to your main menu location, however if that is not working for you please check your menu item color from Avada > Theme Options > Menu > Main Menu > Main Menu Typography

Hi,
I recently starting managing a client site that uses Avada. After updating to the latest WordPress I noticed that Variable Products -> Variations failed to load (shows grayed out options with a spinning ball that never goes away).
I’ve found a lot of posts over the past couple of years regarding a similar issue. I’ve disabled all of the plugins except woocommerce and issue remains.
I changed themes to “twenty-sixteen” and the issue goes away.
The site is running Avada version 5.0.6. I am seeing an warning that “outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.”

The issue you mention might simply be due to the older version of theme being used with latest version of WooCommerce, our latest version of theme is 5.2.1 and we will suggest you to please update to that version and your issue should be resolved.

Hi Guys, One rather strange question: could I buy one license and have it installed on different projects/domains? The idea is to license the theme only when the client has given their final ok and have paid their fees. Otherwise, I purchase the theme and I may not know if a client eventually will pay for the project or make the final payment, which would create a small loss for me. Would that work? License the theme new/fresh AFTER the installation of the files from a previous old licensed project? Thanks for the information. I just trying to work more economically, but still want to do the right thing in terms of possible legal repercussions.

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.
