Hi – with the calendars – is it possible to have more than one calendar set up? We would like to use different calendars set up for different meeting rooms in our building. For example, one calendar for Meeting Room 1, one calendar for Meeting Room 2, 1 calendar for Meeting Room 3… etc

Yes, Woffice comes with Dp Pro Event Calendar and you can create as many calendar as you want 
And restrict access of course. There are a lot of unique option for every calendar.

It shouldn’t “auto pagniate”, that’s very likely from a plugin. As there isn’t such feature with Woffice. Do you mind opening a ticket at https://alkaweb.ticksy.com/ so we can have a closer look on that please.

You have several ways to do it, it depends on what you want to do exactly.
Everything is explained in FIle Away > Manager Mode and Tutorial tab. But you can also use WOffice page role restriction to make it better

You’d need a specific plugin for that, there are many available. Or what company usually do is to install the wp-content/ folder on an other server.
Both are possible but would require you a plugin and some pretty good WordPress skills to achieve this.

I dont want to use file away but i have stored in another server on same network. prsently i have the intranet site on a webserver and I have my file stored in a file server. How can i link the web server to the file server in other to load the files as hyperlink on the intranet site

Well this is not related to Woffice nor File Away and it’s a global WordPress question. I’m afraid we can help much on that as it’s just out of our scope. If you don’t see any plugin nor article about it, it’s very likely not possible without custom development.
This being said, the good point is that any plugin would work out of the box as it’s just not related at all to Woffice actions.

Good evening. I am trying to configure woffice to be an extranet. I want my customers to be able to upload files that ONLY I and my ADMINS can see but noone else. What do I need to do to make that happen?

2. You can use Paid Membership Pro which has a free version otherwise, it’s not bundled.
3. We can send you the HTML if that helps but we do not provide support for it.

7. Using paid Rtmedia yes, you can use a gallery for each profile.

How can I use membership levels to work with user roles and feature limitations. Ie: level 1 can only have a profile with no access to posting / accessing groups or sharing files. Level 2 (paid) has more features .

You can do that by using WordPress roles. But this might require customizations if you’re looking for really specific restrictions. I’d recommend you Paid Membership pro, it’s compatible with Woffice and does an excellent job when it comes to user roles and access trough the site. Woffice already comes with exclusive features regarding role permissions.

There are several ways to achieve this. But basically you can take any page out of the redirection process to make it public.
Can a user’s “files” and “docs” be set to private/public (visibility and access)?
Can those items still be set to private / public to specific users on “friends list”? Like an invite only to specific files ?
- Yes, using either Rtmedia or BuddyDrive.
- As far as I know no. The only option I see would be to share them within a BuddyPress group so you can decide who can access them or not.
