URGENT
I tried submitting a ticket, however, the submit button has no Call to Action for me.
I have built out a section for Media Kits, using the portfolio post type. Each project, or media kit, has three entries. The media kit itself (project), and two portfolio links, that link to a menu anchor within the media kit. For example:
Project1: /Sample-Magazine1 Link 1a: /Sample-Magazine1#linkA Link 1b:/Sample-Magazine1#linkB
Project2: /Sample-Magazine2 LInk2a: /Sample-Magazine2#linkA Link2b: /Sample-Magzine2#linkB
Etc.
This was working prior to updating the latest version of Avada, now, when i Update the Project URL for a portfolio LINK type, it clears the fields before saving. When you click on one of the portfolio LINKs to redirect you to an achor w/in a media kit, it directs you to a URL like this: /Sample-Magzine?portfolioCats=273%2C252%2C253%2C254%2C255%2C256, instead of /Sample-Magazine#LinkA.
Please help, my client’s clients are VERY upset, and we need this fixed immediately – either way we will have to go back and relink all of the portfolio Links once the issue is resolved. So timeline for this fix is URGENT… thanks in advance

I tried to take a look at the site via the URL provided in your previous ticket but it redirects me to a restricted page -> https://d.pr/i/41sqOm
Updating Avada cannot affect your Portfolio link fields, I checked my test installation of Avada 5.2.2 and it works as expected. Something else is at play, we would need to take a closer look at what that is. It could be a plugin conflict

This is a stand alone plugin for Avada and not our own so we can not say for sure if this will be added officially as a bundled plugin, you can however purchase and use it on your Avada site if you want to and get in touch with the plugin author for more info about this

Sure thing, you can use the Buddy press plugin with Avada, we have many that do use it. The only thing it is not design integrated with Avada right now. This is something our developers will be addressing in a future release of Avada

I can definitely see the issue and there are some errors in console as well but none of them seems related to your issue, i want you to please go to WP Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and try to make sure that they are set to “Post Name” and press “Save” button once, if that does not solve the issue try disabling all your 3rd party plugins and check again, however if the issue persist we suggest you to please open a support ticket and our team will precisely check this out for you.

Hi, I want to buy Avada for my upcoming website which will sell bookable venues and services along with physical products.I noticed that Avada supports woocommerce version 2.6.x only and not the latest one. I wanted to understand before the purchase if there is any plan to make it compatible with latest versions of woocommerce. I also want to know, if the theme will work flawlessly with other woocommerce plugins i.e woocommerce product vendors, woocommerce bookings, woocommerce product add on, woocommerce tab manager and so on without disrupting any style element.

I believe there is some misunderstanding here as our Theme is 100% compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce without any issues, we alway stay compatible with the latest version of WC as its a majorly used plugin by our customers, i believe the misunderstanding was caused due to this list you see here in the compatible plugins section => http://prntscr.com/g5qpp7
This list actually does not represent all the plugins or versions of plugins that our theme is compatible with as this is not our own list, we can only select the available items there from ThemeForest author section and you will find the same version of WooCommerce listen as compatible for all other themes, we can assure you that our theme works well and good with the latest version of WooCommerce that is 3.1.1 right now including the famous add ons, however there are a lot of add ons from woocommerce and we have not officially tested all of them but if anything comes up you can always open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist you in this matter.

2 prebyer questions concerning demos:
x) I was asked by customer if i can rebuild a sistersite from here www.astrologie-ausbildung-wien.at and found out its your avada theme, along other frameworks. After studying here around I´m just wondering if this may be a prebuild demo from your repertoire on possible demoinstalls, bc. it would shorten my way to the customer to make fixed price and buy your theme. I would love to make new experiences after lot of other wp-builders and frameworks and ended up so far with divi. This brings me to my next question:

1. The site you provided us with is definitely using Avada, however its not using any of our demo but i have checked the site and its using basic Avada elements that you can use and create your website easily, however if you want to build your site based on any of our demos you can definitely do that and we have 1 click demo import option that you can use for it, after importing the demo you can alter it as per your requirement.
2. Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hello. I’m selling a website to a client that uses the Avada theme. The website theme, is registered to me, the original purchaser. Once my client purchases the Avada theme and gets his own license, can he re-register the theme, with his own product key? His own license key?
Does his new registration, override my previous registration? I need to know this, before I sell the website to my client. Thank you.

Hi there, interested in buying this theme for a new company I am setting up. Is it possible to implement a video background instead of slider background for you modern shop theme? Really like how the image remains static while you scroll and would like to do the same with a short video.

You can definitely have a transparent header like the Modern Shop too, check all our other slider options as well to see the possibilities with Avada.
2. WooCommerce is a FREE plugin, its not our own plugin actually but you can simply download and install it using our plugin area in our theme and we have proper documentation on its setup too, however some advanced extensions of WooCommerce are paid (if only you are required to use them).

I would like to have a feature for hovering over the staff images a bit like the one here: https://www.electricpulp.com/about/ except I want to just flip and show a second image vs a gif (although I appreciate the code is probably the same).
Is it possible to include this feature? You have hover effects included already, Glow etc. Can you add flip and the link for a second image?

Something exactly like that is not possible, however we do have both of the header / menu styles you can see in our demos but mixing both of them will require you to customize theme header files to create a new menu out of it.
