I am trying to import the demo data. When i goto Import, next to import options, none of the demo options come up. When i click on the drop down it only shows me “Kendall” I would like to install the Hairstylist demo

Regarding the demo import, once you import “Kendall” it will import all the pages from demo, including the Single Page we named “Hairstylist”

I just purchased your theme. I think it is fantastic. However, I was wondering, should I update the Visual Composer to the newest update or will that give me issues with the theme? Wondering if I should purchase the license for that.

The theme works with latest version of Visual Composer. There is no need to update it, there is no extended functionality regarding our theme.
We are constantly working on updating all our themes. And with the new theme updates you’ll get new versions of all plugins. But if you need an immediate update of any of the plugins, please submit a ticket on our support forum at https://elated.ticksy.com/ and one of our support agents will provide you a newest version.

All demos are contained within single demo import, so after importing KENDAL you just need to set home page to Manicure from WordPress back end > Settings > Reading.

We have not included such functionality since Call to Action is big element and it would limit spacing for menu items. But you can get similar effect by adding a Button shortcode in Header Widget area and get such layout https://www.screencast.com/t/unSKrXKSOe .

Hi, Your ticket system is broken, am not sure if the one I filled out was sent.. Therefore am asking here too.
I am trying to get the side bar from http://www.wkdhair.com/shop to appear on the category and archive pages (http://www.wkdhair.com/?product_cat=brushes) but am having no luck with everything I am trying. There are some issues with ticksy recently, we are sorry for inconvenience.
Since Category and Archive pages are using archive template you need to set that sidebar to appear on archive pages. To do so, please go to Elated Options > Blog and there for the Sidebar To Display choose that sidebar https://www.screencast.com/t/rbgOIZSGd , also make sure that you choose desired Layout in Archive and Category Sidebar.

Unfortunately this is default WordPress functionality, and it can not be changed within theme options. However you may try to change that using some third party plugin for managing permalinks.

Your Ticksy is not working 504 Gateway Time-out. How do I prevent the very bottom footer widget (copyright area) from triple spacing issue when small resolution. When viewed via mobile or small screen the tet content has huge spacing issue problem.

We are sorry because of issues with Ticksy. It is 3rd party app and we don’t have control over it, so all theme authors are experiencing same issue. Team behind this app is informed and they are working on resolving this so we hope that it will be back online soon. Some default elements from Visual Composer plugin have been intentionally disabled, because we have created and included plenty of our elements in Visual Composer to compensate their functionality. So, as a workaround you can use Elements Holder element included in Visual Composer.
