Hello, I have purchased the theme, great theme by the way!! But for Visual Composer, I tried to activate License (because I’m trying to use their template), but when I click the link it sends me to a page saying “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” Is there a fix for this. Thank you so much for whomever replying!!

Thank you for choosing Shopkeeper. It’s really good to hear you’re happy with it. Since Visual Composer comes free, as a bonus with the theme, users don’t get to have their own purchase codes for the plugin. You would have to purchase a plugin license to have one.
The theme’s license will provide updates for the plugin however, but regretfully no access to the library you’re mentioning. They limited this feature to force more users into purchasing their own license.

Your theme create 6 difference image size instead of 3 image like other theme, is it normal or a bug ?

WooCommerce creates 3 sizes for products, they’re required for the pages related to the shop. The theme doesn’t force WP to create additional sizes.

Q1. Do you mean 3 image size for blog only and another 3 image size for shop only ? Q2. If so, how can i disable the 3 image size for blog only, i use woocommerce only, don’t need the blog.
WordPress + WooCommerce will generate all the requires sizes, for both, for each image you’re uploading, no matter if you’re using it as part of the shop pages or the blog pages.

We haven’t tested Shopkeeper with Elementor recently, I guess it should work but you should know Shopkeeper comes with Visual Composer as the page builder. If you really need to use Elementor and you figure it’s not a good fit, we’re happy to confirm a refund if you won’t be able to use it for your project.

– Can you tell me if it supports a side-bar navigation layout. Couldnt find it in the demo so just asking in case i’m missing something.
Have a store with quite a bit of categories so prefer a left navigation bar instead of top
1.) Ive seen a number of people here mention this but when adding custom CSS to my Child theme it does not override the Parent theme. All i’m trying to do is override the CSS from the parent theme into the Child Theme. When I do this it does not take effect. Rather it stays with the original from Parent. If I use Custom Css in the theme options it works. How can I override CSS in child theme with your theme? It appears you are missing the wp_register_style & wp_enqueue_style in your child theme functions.php which I imagine is why the CSS is not overriding the parent as it is not defined. Can you please share these with me and also update this in your theme downloads?
2.) After your last update the portfolio function pushes all of the portfolio items underneath one image and also causing it to overlap with the elements below instead of showing in a grid as it should. The images will realign if I choose a specific category and then go back to show all. Very odd.

WooCommerce doesn’t have that as a built-in option and I am not aware about any plugin that does that specifically. We’re currently working on a plugin that will could help in this matter, but it’s still under heavy development.
I’ve been searching for a solution that would suit your need and I found this tutorial: WooCommerce: Adding the Product Short Description to Archive Pages.

Hi Adrian, nice idea. But yes, my text sounds like i want to add text below each product. But I look for a longer description below all products (like the text below the title. Another Text below all products would be possible? Because the header Text (below the titel) will to long and destroy the layout.

After your last update infinite pagination doesnt work as it should.
In case you scroll down the page for the first time it works ok. If you go to another page and return again to the same page as before, it only loads first and second section, after that only “loading” appears.
When we change po page 1,2,3 or next, the problem stays the same.
Nothing else changed except your update…
Please check and solve the problem.

I’d like to get this theme for my shop. Is there a way to open quick view when a product image is clicked instead of clicking on Quick View button? I want to hide the button and when the product image is clicked, it opens in quick view instead of full page.

The Quick view button is the only built in option, but you can always use custom code if you want to hide it and instead use this functionality on the product image. I can see the need for such a feature and I will submit a request to our developers to bear in mind this option for a future update.

Hi Team,
I installed a badge plugin on site. It was doing fine but then i tried to fix some stuff on my functions.php file but things didnt go fine. after i restored everything the badge has been a mess on my products. I’ve uninstalled and installed both theme and plugin but no success. I contacted the badge’s support and was told “You cannot see the badge in single product badge, because your theme probably doesn’t use the standard WordPress and WooCommerce hooks and functions to print the images”

1. At the moment you can only have two products per row on mobile but we do consider having 1 product per row as well. I can see this feature being integrated in a new theme update.
2. The theme is built to work with RTL and it is often update to be fully compatible. No additional customizations are required, but you can built your own as well if you have specific needs.

The dropdown in the toolbar that typically allows you to choose “paragraph, Heading 1, and so on” doesn’t do anything when I click it and therefore I can’t set formatting styles for my text. Very frustrated… please send help soon.

I was wondering if it’s possible to apply a particular template from the demo site to a new pages? Or do we have to download the full demo and keep the templates in draft and duplicate each time?
If so, I was wondering if the import will delete the pages that I already created?
I looked at the theme and I do not see any templates in the visual composer. It would be very convenient for everyone to have page templates available at all times there or somewhere else. (Other themes offers this possibility and it is very convenient for customers who know little about it and a time-saver too!)
Another thing, I did an update to the theme, and it erased my settings: logos, custom code, colors, header, footer. Is this normal? Am I the only one to whom this has happened?
By the way, the theme is nice and good looking!

It would be best to import the demo content so you’ll get all the demo pages. Then you can create copies of each page and change it the way you want. To do so, you simply need to open an imported page and copy all the code in the Text editor. Paste the code in the Text tab of a new page: https://www.screencast.com/t/ZyRi6DZxiCUf
Visual Composer templates are only available for users who own a license of the plugin.
You shouldn’t loose any customizations you did to your website. Please make sure this is the correct way you did the theme update: https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help/hc/en-us/articles/207365285-How-to-update-the-theme Also make sure to use ca child theme for custom code.

More exactly I have fullwidth layout and it looks bad in larger screen widths so i would like to restrict it to some specific max width (eg 1200px)

You change the pages width built with VC elements by working with row width options or you can select from different page layouts. When it comes to Shop pages, you’ll need to use custom code to get a specific width.

Regretfully that’s not something we ca provide you with. Custom coding it that way would require more that just a few lines to be pasted in the Customizer, which we can usually provide. There’s no quick way to built a flexible custom version without effort.
We will consider your request for future updates. I know this you need help right now, but that’s the best we can do for you on this one.

The Typekit plugin should work just fine. Before we move further please make sure you’ve updated the plugin to V1.2 and also you should follow the Troubleshooting Guide and see if something is messing your font options.
