Hello, the theme is fantastic, I have set up my online store very well, although it has given me some problems. Right now I have the store up and running, with some problems. One of these problems is that the products are configured with their images activated but when you buy it, the image does not appear in the shopping cart !!! This image must also be important and basic because I have the facebook pixel that configures all my products in my online store facebook and also catch them without a picture !! My site isn’t showing up well on mobile. It’s basically showing as a tiny version of the site on desktop – the menu is tiny, and everything has to be zoomed into for legibility. Is there something I’m missing in the layout options or theme options?

1. You can change black color of blog by add custom css in JanStudio > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

change 0,0,0 with your R,G,B color and 0.9 as opacity from 0 – 1.0
2. On your blog single page have comment, it enabled

- For product categories you can change by upload thumbnail for this category.

How we add images at the gallery slide show? I can add the feature image for the specific gallery theme, but I cannot add images at the frames appeared. I have for example 6 new gallery portfollios created, I have the image I want, e.t.c so when I choose one of the portfolios should appear images below that will be shown as a slideshow when i press on any image as your demo is. Just shows the Yith Woocommerce popup under the main text area. At top right of text area are the tabs – visual/text – and the buttons Add media and Add Slider on the top left of the text area.

Hello, we are currently trying to optimize our mobile friendly version of our website. We have a question regarding the columns. In our website we have two columns for the pictures shown, but in our mobile version the pictures are shown in just one row. how can we just make two columns for our home website (mobile version)? regarding the menu bar, did i understand it correctly that we cannot edit the mobile version so that the menu bar shows there as in the desktop version? For our normal website, we have the menu bar just on top in the center, but for the mobile version there is a list on the left corner which we first have to open to see the menu structure.

Okay, so full menu means the whole menu with all its sub categories? Because we just wanted to show the main categories (Home, Shop, Our Story,etc.) as it is in the desktop version. But if you say, that then it does not look good, we will stick to the current one.
Yes, The width of screen of the smallest mobile device is 320px, it may be include 2-3 menu items, so I recommend you use the current version on mobile, it’s better for your customer behavior.

FYI Did not work as expected that plugin for related products, does nothing more than already the woocommerce have. But I found the solution , is already into the tabs of each product.
Go to products, choose a product – edit – under Product data is a tab called linked products – with three options, upcells, cros-sells and related ( this one ! ) .
At related, you can choose any product you need to be shown at the related ones under the product you are viewing.

By default in linked products tab have only cross-sells and up-sells, the tab related products display after you activate the plugin i suggested. You still have to manual input specific product for related products section.

Im running into an issue where the meta slider stretches the image on mobile in portrait orientation. I see the behavior is the same on your demo sites as well. Is there any way to change the settings to make sure the slider doesnt distort along the y axis ? The result on mobile is the slider is stretched too tall

Can you tell me please if the YIth Wishlist is working or not ? What a waste of time !!!!!! I have the YITH WooCommerce Wishlist 2.1.2 installed and activated.
I have the latest wordpress 4.8.1 installed. The wishlist is not working ! Never worked ! Even at older versions.
There is a heart (button) on the product that should link to the wishlist page when pressed but at the wishlist page it just shows this : [ti_wishlistsview]
Is anyway to fix this wishlist or not?
I had the TI Wishlist also installed before ( Yith wishlist deactivated at the same time ) and that one was working almost perfectly, except that it was not sending the product to the wishlist when the products on the page were at the thumbnail mode. From the product page directly was working ok. I also let them running both wishlists, maybe one to fix the other problem , but nothing better. Since I got the latest version of this useless Yith Wishlist, I erased completely the TI Wishlist from my wordpress.
Now, I have nothing to work at least close to perfect as before. This useless Yith is just to waste time. This actually was the reason that I installed the other one, the TI Wishlist , in order to have one wishlist functioning. I tried many times at the past too, with older versions of both the Yith Wishlist and the worpress. It was exactly the same problem as is now.
Is there any help on this, without to pass you any access , or not?
If not, should I contact Yith to ask them why they are cheating ( as I think ) the people and wasting our time with useless software? If I find out that they are indeed cheating people as I suspect, I will announce this to every forum and anywhere else. Our time is very precious to waste it with the useless products of any one. I have enough with them !!

I think this issue because the page you use short code [ti_wishlistsview] so it conflict between Yith Wishlist with TI Wishlist Could you go to Pages > Wishlist > Edit this page and change [ti_wishlistsview] to [yith_wcwl_wishlist].
If it not work you can switch to [ti_wishlistsview] because yith wishlist not required plugin.

The problem started with the older version of Yith which indeed did not work.
After that, since I needed a working wishlist, I installed the TI wishlist, which was working almost perfectly. So, with the new version of the Yith Wishlist that I installed yesterday ( in order to fix the small remaining problem of the TI wishlist ) , the old code of Ti wishlist remained , even after the complete erase of the TI plugin.

For my first question about the wishlist, if I press the heart ( add to wishlist) that is on the product – at the thumbnail view the wish list is not working ( does not add the product ) If I press the ’’ add to wishlist’’ for the same product when I enter into the products page, then it works. All updates are done..no plugin update is pending. As said, the wishlist works perfectly when you are at the product page, does not work when you are at the thumbnails ( all products together ) only.
Maybe this plugin conflict with another plugin. Could you create a temporary admin account and send to our email. We checked this function on our demo http://janstudio.net/gecko/fashion/shop/ and our dev site it still work well so we need to check your site to know the issue.

- By default the “New” badge will display on product 5 days after you create. You can control the time to display “New” badge when edit this product scroll to Product Detail Layout Option > New Arrival and set the day http://take.ms/jYhUb
- The “Sale” badge will display if you set sale price for your product.

You can change order of product by go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display to recent products show first http://take.ms/s3xDB. If you want manual you have to use element “Products” of Visual Composer and manual type name of product.

I have two questions
Question 1. How to activate the Yith Wishlist in order when I press the ’’ add to wishlist ’’ heart/button that is on the product, to put this product at the wish list? I cannot do it now. When I press the button it pops up the text ( as I chose from the settings ) ’’ Product added to wish list ’’ but nothing happens. The product does not go to wish list. Also, when I click the wishlist heart/button at the top right to check what is inside the wishlist, has nothing inside, and says – your wish list is currently empty.
Question 2. At the bottom down of the page there is a line that says ’’ this is a note from – site name – Dismiss. How I can erase this line completely, or maybe to modify it somehow? is any menu for this except that we can change the site name that shows at this line??

Could you try remove woocommerce folder in your site root folder > wp-content > plugins and try reinstall woocommerce again. Maybe it crashed in your install progress
