Can you please tell me how to remove the large white space that appears below the mobile menu and above the background image? it only appears during mobile view. i have tried removing padding from the containers and change settings but it is till there.

We have made several websites for various clients and they all have issues with the latest updates! Its either this or that…but the new updates are messing with many areas and plugins. What’s the plan for releasing yet another update? hopefully one with out issues? especially since we’re looking to buy more licenses…

Hi I got an error when I’m installing the Slider Revolution Plugin:

Plugin not activated. A higher version of Slider Revolution is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.
I need this so I can download the demo. please let me know what I can do.

It looks like that your server is dropping the connection for some reason and the complete files for slider are not being transferred causing this issue for you, in this case we suggest you to please use our alternate plugin installation method that can be viewed here in our doc post => http://bit.ly/2eahzvS

Is it possible to turn off the Lightbox image popup for Woocommerce only? I want product images to use the image zoom, but not open the image large (in an effort to keep them from being downloaded etc.
I’ve added the custom CSS to hide the icon to open the image:
.woocommerce-product-gallery__trigger {display:none;}
But it would be easier for most if it was an option I think

This is not an option yet right now and the custom CSS you are using is the way right now since lightbox is controlled globally across the theme, however we are always listening to our customers and appreciate if you can send us a feature request to support@theme-fusion.com please.

I’m Really Disappointed,
I have Purchased 20 Themes of Avada and I’m using Hosting Of Siteground & Hostgator, I have Updated Theme in All my websites
Now If I try To change Theme options it’s not reflecting at front end, If i add custom css in Theme Options it’s not reflecting at front end, It takes hours to show my changes which i have made in theme options
I have cleared my browser cache and i have done every possible things to get my work done but still i didn’t get result.
even i commented before also, 1 of your employee said the problem is at our end but after checking all my websites in different PC’s, Operating systems, Hostings i came to conclusion that the problem is at your end.
I think i should give 1 star to all 20 Avada themes which i have purchased

This is actually strange that you are seeing the issue on all 20 installations while this is clearly not an issue with our theme as we have a lot of customers on both the hosting without any issues at all.
What you have described above definitely seems like a cache issue to me since the results on front end are delayed for you that means some kind of cache is in play here and we will love to debug this for you.
Have you tried clearing all the caches if you have a plugin installed as well as mentioned here => http://bit.ly/2p2G4l1
However in this case we will need you to please open a support ticket with us as you have a Grandfathered Support so that means you can simply open a support ticket anytime you want, once you open a support ticket let me know and i will grab it and test your issue.

Is posible to show galerys images in random?

Hi. We have 3 columns with a image in top. And the image have the hover effect lift. But in each row with 3 columns, the column two’s image has a 1px white line at the right of the image when the hover effect is on. Is this a known error and what is the solution?

The only limit there is (if any) if its assigned from your WP settings and that can always be changed by editing the WP files or your server can do this for you, however from our own end we do not have any limit of such nature

I have checked this issue with Poedit. Please see the following answer from Poedit:
the theme shows this message using the following code in class-avada-admin.php: <?php printf( __( ‘Avada is now installed and ready to use! Get ready to build something beautiful. We hope you enjoy it!’, ‘fusion-builder’ ), esc_url_raw( admin_url( ‘admin.php?page=avada-registration’ ) ), ‘_blank’, esc_url_raw( admin_url( ‘admin.php?page=avada-support’ ) ) ); // WPCS: XSS ok. ?>Do notice the part in bold that says ‘fusion-builder’ — that’s the text domain. But this theme uses a different domain, ‘Avada’ and so it cannot find the string.
This is a bug in the theme that the developer must fix. You can also fix it yourself by changing “fusion-builder” in the above piece of code to “Avada”.

I changed “fusion-builder” to “Avada” and now it works fine. Could you pls also check the issue with “Fusion Builder Elements”? (I checked the theme source file and found the text domain is “Avada”... I don’t know why it still appears in English.)

Hi~ I just purchased Avada theme and starting edit my website.
I hv got the problem that how to apply another theme feature i.e. “Avada Resume” for my “About Us” page, while I imported “Modern Shop” theme mainly for my e-commerce shop?
I tried to load “Avada Resume” for my ‘About Us” page, but the feature of the side menu couldn’t shown. After I imported the whole Demo of “Resume”. The previous setting of the “Modern Shop” theme has been replaced. Please advise.

Basically you can not use 2 set of theme options together since 1 installation can only have 1 set of theme options unless you are using a multisite environment, however if you are looking to get the content of pages only you can do that by either importing our partial demo (pages) for any demo or using the Fusion Builder page importer that you can read all about here => http://bit.ly/2lLRowS
However importing a complete demo on another demo is definitely going to be messy and it will overwrite the previous demo theme options and other content such as menus and widgets.

Yesterday (10-AUG-2017), After Installing new update of Avada, and Fusion Patch from the Dashboard, I am having an issue with the “Person” element in my About-us page, Image looks magnified but the Original Size of Image is (200×200 pixels). I can see the issue on your end, this shouldn’t be how it is for sure but i can’t replicate this on my own site, can you please check if you are using the JetPack plugin and if yes please make sure the “Photon” is disabled for you.
