Regarding 360 degrees, sorry – we have not received any reports, neither tested such plugins on our own.

What the hell you guys of the7 think of your self…. My problem with the theme is not resolved since 7 days. constantly arguing with me on support portal. What do you think of your self tell me.. is you are only expert and we are duffers… the7 theme has huge display problem with cross browser.. layout, display, space have huge difference between IE and Chrome I shared the screen shot hell lot of time at support still no resolution.. your support team is asking me that check zoom level… and matter of fact is I have already clarified this zoom level point while creating ticket then why you guys asking me same thing again and agian.. and more over I am getting reply after 3 4 days for my ticket.. Now forget about my website installatin.. just I checked your demo site and this demo site has a huge difference on display between chrome and IE.

Your support person Safeer is just arguing unnecessarily with out any point. Ask that duffer to talk with sense.

To all people here do not buy the7 theme it is useless and their support people are all duffers.

Till now I have checked with the three systems all have same issues. I don’t know now do the7 team really want to help me or not. but this is a fact I am facing a problem. Also, can you tell me what is the function of option “Header below slideshow:” in page create.

Also, Can you share me the setting of IE and chrome of your system from which u are checking?

Hi, in the new dashboard I no longer see the theme version number, and the list where it states what was updated in which version,. I am right now utterly confused about the legacy features that were removed, and was wondering if there is any documentation about the new changes,

Hello, please advise ASAP. Went to update the visual composer plugin and now it won’t let me install. Site is down until a fix!!!....

So I went into the ftp and deleted the js_composer folder. After that I wend to install the plugin again and it said it failed, but looks like it installed this time.

So the site is working fine now, but you definitely have some issues when updating plugins via THE 7… Plugins…

I get the following error when I try to activate your theme, this is crashing my backend! Really really not good! Please advise how I can fix this. I see from the comments I am not the only one with this issue recently.

Please I can´t install the theme “The7”

It is required for child theme to use styles of parent theme. The7 stores all its files in “CSS” folder (most of them in “css/main.css”) while ”style.css” is empty. So there’s no need to import it.

Since the last update is the day of the snail with the 7. I’m fed up with spending time with every shot to try to understand where it comes from, to tap on my web host, to disable All the plugins, themes because at the end there are people who fill their pockets by not doing the minimum necessary. My web host has checked my web space and I have ample hardware resources for this site. It is as soon as I activate THE7 that everything brakes. So guys move you because you’re wasting me time, money and reputation with your let go …

How can I import the slider Revolution for the one page demo here? http://the7.io/main/home/one-page-website-home/. I imported the dummy site, but the slider would not import. Where can I find the slider imports, separately.

Please make sure your theme version is up to date. Then go to The7 -> Premade Web-site, select appropriate demo and select “Import slider(s)” checkbox only.

Hi guys, I already use the 7 since a long time. Now a new customer of mine like to use the template too. I like to buy another copy. The question is: the customer runs some subdomains and like to use the template in different wp installations on his server. Is this allowed with a normal copy or do I have to buy a copy for any subdomain of the same customer? thanks

It is a bit hard question. Envato says that theme can be used for one domain. If you have a WordPress in multisite mode and configure it to work in subfolders or subdomains – it is still fine because technically it is single WordPress instance. Whether you can use it in multiple separate WP instances on subdomains – I do not know. You may want to contact Envato directly for a clarification.

All I can say is that The7 CAN work on multiple subdomains. You’ll need to provide the main domain address to us in order to enable this feature.

Here is a heads up for those who are contemplating buying the theme and who may be wondering about the quality of the support they will get.

Here is a scenario based on a true story.

  • Customer: I have an issue with my website. The icon box doesn’t show up properly. The size is not the same in all boxes. Please see www.example.com
  • Support (after 24 hours): Hi. I can’t see where the issue is on your website. Can you please share a screenshot?
  • Customer (after 1 hour): Hi. See the screenshot attached. The icon shouldn’t be like this based on the settings I have chosen. Help please.
  • Support (after 24 hours): I can’t see the issue on the link. Which browser are you using?
  • Customer (after 30 minutes): please refresh or empty the cache. The issue is definitely there on all browsers.
  • Customer (after 6 hours): come on you are going to make me wait for another 24 hours for this?
  • Support (after 24 hours): Oh yes I can see the issue now. Can you please share your login and FTP details with us please? And please bear in mind, everytime you comment you push the ticket down the list.
  • Customer (after 1 hour): details provided.
  • Support (after 24 hours): I have checked and you forgot to tick the box “bla bla”. It’s fixed now.

That’s literally more than 4 days to tell you to tick a box or add a line to fix the issue. In the meantime, your website can be broken, inaccessible or looking weird. Nobody cares. You have to wait for the 4 days.

And as a bonus, if Safeer is assigned to your ticket, add another 24 hours in the list, as he rarely understands the issue from the first message. You need to rephrase the issue and wait for 24 hours for his reply. :)

And if you are asking why I posting this, well it’s because I am going through this now for the Nth time.

I have 2 licenses actually, and was planning to buy additional support. But I wasn’t aware of this fair use policy (whatever that means. Everyone can interpret it as they wish). Also, I am usually patient with normal requests. I only get annoyed when the issue is most likely related to a theme update and my site has some broken functionality because of that.
