Hello, every single time I log in to my site to work on it, the theme makes me re-activate it. But when I re-activate it, it says it’s already activated. Just now it did the same thing, except after I re-activated it and it said it’s already active, when I went to change the font settings, a popup comes up that says, “Purchase validation! Please activate your theme,” so I can’t change any settings. I’m only using this on one single site and it’s happened every single time I’ve tried to use it. It’s extremely frustrating. PLEASE HELP.
Also, how do I change the font color from light grey to black? There’s no area for that in the ‘fonts’ area.

I have 3 assets: image, video, and image. I have it set to autoplay but it’s not looping to the next image after the video plays. What need to happen?
So the challenge is it shows the image, shows the video, and then pauses on the last frame of the video and doesn’t go to the next image. However, if I remove the video, it shows image after image continuously without a user needing to click next. Is there a way to get the latter behavior but with video?
Hello! Unfortunately, there isn’t way to slide images automatically after video because of the tech reasons.
The theme installs with a simple blog page and I can’t find any way to convert it to the video front page, even through the Customization tab. HELP!!
Hello! You can set any page you want as the the front one in Settings=> Reading=> Front Page displays. Please read the theme documentation to obtain more info. You can find it in Main zip package at Downloads section in your account.
Thank you – I found that info. Unfortunately I’ve run into a couple of other problems, but the main one is that the demo content isn’t loading. The Upload folder installed properly with the correct permissions, but the image areas in the blog section are blank and there’s no other demo content loaded.
Btw, I clicked the “Import sample data” button a couple of times and it looked like it was importing, but no images, menus or settings changed.
1. The images are not included in the pack, instead, you import grey image placeholders. Simply replace them with your own images. 2. The menu should be activated, please read the documentation that comes in the main pack. Thanks

I create a new page, choose “Fullscreen Blog” as template, but there’s no selection on which category to display there.
Hello! How did you create Fullscreen Blog Page? You need to go to Pages=> Add New=> select Fullscreen Blog template in Page Attributes=> Publish page. That’s all. Note, you don’t need to add any modules on the page.You will see categories selector after page publishing http://prntscr.com/gq76gc

Hello, I purchased soho theme. I’ve deploy on temporary testing folder. However have to activate theme for further edit. And now ready to deploy on live site. The problem is cannot edit image directory on soho_option where it keep asking to activate theme. Tried to enter same purchase code but error because purchase code already activated.Can you help me on this issue?
Hello! You need to decativate the theme on your test installation. The license code can’t be used sevaral times. If you want to activate the live version please disable the test one. Also please register your profile in Product activation area in your theme. You will get access to your account in GT3 end. There you will be able to manage your orders, codes and ask for support.
how to deactivate the license on testing site?from backend i didn’t see any option button to deactivate.
It’s available in Product activation section where you activated the theme. Is the theme activation reset?
there is no activation reset button..and now i notice that testing site also asking for activation code.both site cannot be edited right now since both asking for purchase code.

Note, after I will reset the code you need to activate the theme and register your profile in the same area in your theme. You will get access to your account in GT3 end. MailChimp is a recommended plugin, not a required one – how do I disable the huge notification across the top of my Wordpress dashboard? I’ve clicked the X so many times, and it keeps coming back. Same for the notification that my support has expired. Great! I get it! Support has expired. Why doesn’t clicking “dismiss this notice” or pressing the X permanently close these notifications?

Hello! There are a lot 3rd-party plugins that help to hide notifications, updates and warnings. Many ones are free.
Why should I have to install yet another plugin to hide something that your coding should make go away correctly the first time?
The info should display after the page refreshes. This is not the issue. Even default WordPress updates work this way. That’s why exist plugins that hide these notifications.
Nonsense. I’ve used Wordpress since 2005 and the Wordpress notifications disappear after you dismiss them. Yours don’t. Fix it.
I’m guessing you intentionally choose not to fix it, because it’s a constant advertisement for your support, and you probably get some kind of kickback every time someone installs MailChimp.
