Hi, We bought this theme and customize both, design and configuration. Now we need to transform it to a multisite, with 7 sites with the same design and configuration but we need to share specific information such as slider, rooms, photos, section, etc. Is it possible? if it is, how can I configure that? Hello, thanks for asking. Our demo actually runs on Multisite (aka a Network) and yes, as far as I know you can turn a single site into a multisite. Please reference https://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network – You can share the theme and any modifications you have made to it our to a child theme. The theme options won’t be shared across all sites so you’ll need to set them on each separate site. You can use a clone tool to clone one site into a new one, we use NS Cloner V3 and it works pretty well. Thanks!
We tried testing with a Plugin called NS Cloner V3 without any solution, so I think what we need is to create only one Multi-language and Multi-region site, how can I do that using Bellevue Theme?
Hello, so what happened when you ran the NS Cloner? It should be working well. Did you create a network first? The first thing you’ll need to do is turn the single install into a Multi, then use the Cloner Plugin. This is a WordPress question and not a theme question but I can help you with helpful guides and links.
Hello, could you tell me if it is possible when selecting the number of people in the form “wp booking system” of your Bellevue theme to get a variable price when booking? For example: 2 people 90 $ – 3 people 120 $, or add the “breakfast” option to 20 $, etc … I bought your theme and it’s been a while since I was looking for a sollution without success. Thank you

Sorry no, the dropdown form fields are not linked to the price, there is a work around for seasonal rates. https://themovation.ticksy.com/article/6780/ although not perfect several people have used this with variable products to provide multiple pricing levels. The WP Booking System is also optional and can be switched out with any other plugin you like.

Hi, we actually didn’t develop the plugin, we’ve asked the developer if we can bundle their plugin and so we would need to ask them if they are including this feature in the future. They have created a new version of the plugin and we are testing it now, it’s still in beta mode but should provide daily pricing, but I don’t think that includes a hook up with the dropdown lists. right now the drop down list is for collecting information, such as number of guests, extra service etc.
You can use any plugin with this theme, you aren’t required to use the WPBS.
I noticed that you left a negative review on our or theme page. I’m sorry that this did not work out for you. We do not state anywhere that the drop down list is tied in with the pricing, we also do not say that this theme works with VC. The demo is there for you to test and see what features are included. If this project is not going to work for your project, please contact us so that we can issue a refund.

We are a company that provide translation for WordPress themes & plugins beside doing WordPress websites Management.
One of our customers purchased your theme, and when I uploaded the translation files ’.po’ & ’.mo’ to the ‘lang’ folder, the translation doesn’t show up. After investigating the issue deeply, the translation appears partially after recreating the whole ‘.pot’ theme file using Poedit. The reason why we could show a partial translation, is that you use two different textdomain ‘BELLEVUE’ and ‘option-tree.’ Could you please investigate the language file of your theme and tell me how to fix that so that the translation will show correctly.

Yes we translate both front-end and back-end strings of the theme since most of our customers are not fluent in English (We translate mainly into German, French, Spanish and Arabic). They need to have the theme/plugin fully translated.

Thank you. Are you using POEDIT? That should only translate to 1 language. If you are looking for multiple you will want to use WPML or Polylang.
Yes we use Poedit to translate the theme/plugin files, and we use Polylang, Qtranslate or Wmpl depending on the client choice, to translate the Website pages.
Polylang should allow you to translate all the option tree items but I can certainly run the /.pot creation again to try and include all option-tree locaiizations
Sorry for the delay, I was on vacation.
I did recreate the .pot again, gave the translation files it the ‘bellevue_fr.po’ ‘bellevue_fr.mo’ names but it didn’t work at all. I renamed language files to ‘bellevue_fr-FR.po’ ‘bellevue_fr-FR.mo’, same thing. Moved the files into ’/wp-content/languages/themes’, nothing happened. Finally, I did rename the files to simply ‘fr_FR.po’ and ‘fr_FR.mo’, and put them within the ‘lang’ folder and it works.
The problem was partially fixed. Instead of recognizing and viewing about 270 strings from 823, I have actually 825 strings with the new recreated .pot, and less than 300 translated strings can’t be viewed since they are using different textdomains, either ‘option-tree’ or ‘theme-text-domain.’ I will open a ticket now and grant you access to the website to check that.

Hello, thanks for your interest. You can use any plugin you wish to setup a coming soon page. We’ve used WP Maintenance Mode and it’s worked very well. You can use the booking system but it only does full days, not by hour or appointment. Of that I recommend the Booked Plugin which we’ve made support for (Styling etc). It works great. You can purchase on Code Canyon. It’s perfect for that. It includes payment module for online payments. So yes, we’ve got you covered. Happy to help.

The booked plugin makes use of time slots, so you can have 1 hour of canoeing available and they can book it for a specific time. You can setup the cost to include up to 4 people or if it’s per person, then you can add 4 timeslots to one booking event. I believe they have all day booking as well. Just to be clear, you would be using Booked for the canoeing reservations and WP Booking System for the Accommodations. We bundle WP Booking with the theme. Booked is a separate purchase. Hi there! Is it possible to seperate the calendar from the order form? I’m currently having a row with an image on the left side and the calendar with the form below on the right, but I would want the form to have full-width so there’s no space on the left hand side of the row.
So what I imagine that could work is the first row with image/cal and another row with the form only, where the calendar should not be displayed again of course. Is this possible?

Ah, thank you for clarifying. Sorry, at this time I don’t know of a way to do that except adding code directly to the file: bellevue/templates/header-top-navbar.php – The best way to do that is to install the bundled child theme, then make a /templates folder inside your child theme and copy over the file bellevue/templates/header-top-navbar.php then you can edit from there. Not sure how what do add but that is the most direct access. I hope that helps.

Hi, when you say that your theme on previous comments, offers one way sync via iCal, which way is it? From my site to an external calendar or the other way around? With booking.com is it possible to have synchronization?
Just another pre-sales question? Is it possible to have offline card payment? Meaning if customer won’t appear, to change an amount on his debit as penalty, for not showing up (probably through stripe). Assuming that he (customer) is aware of that as part of Terms and Conditions.
Third one, would it be any option (external or internal, paid or free) to link theme’s booking plugin with an sms notification for a reservation request? I take for granted that admin will be notified via an automated email for a reservation request.
Also wasn’t clear to the previous comments for me. When an unpaid reservation is made and still I want to show those dates as available (no pending, no booked) till is paid or confirmed with admin, I have to set auto-pending to NO and do it manually as an admin on my call?

1 – The sync is an export to any calendar system that uses the ical format.
2 – You would need to contact Stripe your merchant system to see if they have a virtual terminal service. The payment system is completed through WooCommerce as an order and I don’t believe Woo has a virtual terminal service however your merchant service should.
3 – SMS notifications are not built-in but there are many services out there that offer something like this. I’m sure you could hook it up easily. Check out https://www.twilio.com/
4 – You can set up auto-pending or booked or available, so when someone books one of those statuses is marked automatically. When the customer has paid the admin needs to manually go in and make the updates to booked (unless you are already using the booked auto status).

Am finding this really complicated. I have used other themes but this has me stumped. I click edit page at top and cannot see parts i need to edit. For instance, see this page, where do i edit the blue text heading? And also where is the 360 tour i added? I cant find it to edit anywhere!! Sems really hard. It looks like the text at the top is part of an HTML block, so check “WYSIWYG / Rich Text Editor” inside the mete box builder, save changes and you should see the HTML block show up. Hmm, you can sort under the meta box builder. https://cl.ly/402i1Z252a3W, save changes and it should be first. If you have using slider or page header, those will always show above everything else.
No. What I mean by first place, is the meta boxes not showing. You said the title etc was wysiwyg, it was. But that box not on screen as list of boxes. I’m having to go onto each page and check meta box to make them show. If they are being used on a page they should already show shouldnt they? Thanks

Thank you for contacting us. Are you looking to reset the whole site? Do you have any content that you wish to keep or do you want a clean install? If so, you can use a reset plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/ – “Resets the WordPress database back to it’s defaults. Deletes all customizations and content. Does not modify files only resets the database.”
Just make sure you have a backup, unless you are absolutely sure you don’t need any content or customization from current install. It will reset your database and give you a clean start.
Hi, I am using your theme on one of my websites. I am using a single page layout for the website and have a menu pointing to different sections on the home page. The problem is that all the anchor navigation tags are active when the home page is opened. How do I correct that? Also how to make the respective anchor tags active when I scroll over them?

In Bellevue, you have the option to setup your site as a traditional multi page site, or as a one-page site. In the one-page style, you can still include links to other sections as well, such as the blog.
If you’d like your site to be One Page style, when building your site just add all of your meta boxes and content onto one page. In each meta box, on the Display tab you’ll see a field in which to add an Anchor. You can put in any text you like, without spaces. For example: aboutus
Once you have that in place, you can create your navigation Menu under Appearance > Menus
On the left side, click Links, and input the URL to your page, including you anchor with a hashtag before it, ie: http://www.yourdomain.com/home/#aboutus The Link Text field is for the text you’d like to show up as the link, ie: About Us
Once all your links are added, go to the top and click Screen Options. Ensure the box is checked for CSS Classes.
In each of your one-page links, click the down arrow next to Custom and insert the class ‘th-anchor’
For the first link only (likely Home) insert a second class ‘th-anchor-top’ so the field should read ‘th-anchor th-anchor-top’

I found the new DEMO of “Scrolling / One Page” very exciting. I’m asking myself how to realize the scrolling effect. Whenever i add a Menu Point it’s just opening pages but not scrolling

Hello, yes, you should be able to deactivate the email notification that is connected through WPBS and enabled a notification through WooCommerce which is where the payment will be made. If you run into any issues, just let us know.
