Register the theme on “senztipmall.com” first. In this case you’ll be able to register it on “senztipmall.com/conf-reg” simultaneously with the main domain.
Hello, I’ve installed and activated latest version of the7. Now trying to install the plugins. The following message shows up for all plugins: “Plugin not activated. I have some custom options on my products and with your theme it does not show on the cart or on the details page after the purchase of the product. Using WC with a simple theme it shows the options. Is there a way to show this options they are really important

Hi, maybe I did not explain myself well.
It is not about having the browser window more or less large, I really have 2560×1440 pixels so there is enough space.
The problem is the sidebar is displayed at the bottom of the page (regardless of the width of the window) in the FireFox and Mac Safari browsers and the right margin where it should appear is left blank.

Please note that the issue was solved in v.5.2.0.1 of Visual Composer. Please navigate to The7 > Plugins and update the plugin (you may need to refresh the “Plugins” page couple of times in order to hard-check for updates).
After update in some cases you will need to clear the browser cache (if aggressive caching strategy is implemented on your server).

I am posting this to help others who may have experienced the same problem.
2 days ago, I ran into a problem where the text style (heading 1, heading 2,etc) and text color drop menus were not appearing when I clicked the down arrow open them. I was using Visual Composer. This happened in both the Front End Editor and the Back End Editor. I tested this with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. The problem occurred in both browsers. I deactivated plug-ins to test conflicts, but none removed the problems. So it is an inherent problem with Visual Composer.
Today I discovered the solution. The solution is that the drop down menus do open correctly. However the menus open hidden behind the Visual Composer editor pop-up window. Drag the VC editor window to the side and you’ll see the text style menu or text color menu.
