Hello! How can I disable visibility of employer dashboard for candidate. And conversely: I do not want the employer to see candidate dashboard

I’ll take a check for half of that upfront if you want it faster :D

Hello, how about my question? Please let me know when you can send a solution?

Sorry it took this long. Try this:

add_filter( 'create_job_application_notification_recipient', 'custom_create_job_application_notification_recipient', 10, 3 );

function custom_create_job_application_notification_recipient( $send_to, $job_id, $application_id ) {
    // change $send_to here
    return 'biuro@careerhouse.pl';
}

I’m trying to edit the text “We Have x Job Offers For You” with the say what plugin but it’s not changing anything. I’ve tried it in different ways but still no succes. What must I put in the fields?

Those are two texts:
 'We have <em class="count_jobs">%s</em> <em class="job_text">job offer</em> for you'
 'We have <em class="count_jobs">%s</em> <em class="job_text">job offers</em> for you'

Awesome support!

I am having problems with the maps. I get a blank screen and when Inspect the javascript, I see this error..Uncaught RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded at Ay (map.js:17) at zy._.k.zoom_changed (map.js:43) at Db (js?key=AIzaSyCHAeIQ-gU3b0XQZ10rO5rQlvRHun5dZLs&libraries=places&ver=4.8.1:37) at zy._.k.set (js?key=AIzaSyCHAeIQ-gU3b0XQZ10rO5rQlvRHun5dZLs&libraries=places&ver=4.8.1:101)

Please send me access to your wp-admin via Support Tab, I’ll check what’s wrong

Ok, I have sent you access through support tab.

Hi Guys thank you so much for your support.

I have some more questions please.

1) How can a user delete his account after he sign up, what do i have to set up in the theme for that?

2) At “Candidate Dashboard” how to I delete the the buttons on the right side “Job alerts” & “Bookmarks”? Because we don’t use them in our website.

3) Is it possible that the user can just choose “one categorie” in the job form, but be able to see them all when he is filling out the job form?

4)When i visit the website theme via my Iphone and I go to “Blog” and klick at the shopping cart it shows me the cart menu really weird look at attached link please. https://picload.org/view/rwlcwwcw/img_4075.png.html

5) I already updated the theme but the header home picture still dont display at the Ipad.

Thank you so much for your support!

Hi

ad1) There’s no option to delete your own account, only admin can do it

ad2) Do you have those add-ons installed? it shouldn’t be displayed if there are no add-ons for it

ad3) You can disable multi categories in Job Listings -> Settings

ad4) Your website is password protected so I’m not able to check what’s wrong there. Which iPad do you check it on?

ad2) No I dont have them installed. They are still in my dashboard, is there any other way to delete it?

Try to add this to your functions.php

update_option( ‘job_manager_alerts_page_id’,false );

And in Appearance -> Theme Options, make sure the Bookmarks Page option is empty

Hello, is it possible to translate this theme? What plugin works better for translation ? Does it work to translate even plugins? Looking forward hearing from you

Hi

yes of course it is. I recommend LocoTranslate plugin, but you can use PoEdit as well. http://www.docs.purethemes.net/workscout/knowledge-base/theme-translation/

Hi, Quick question please, In which plugin i can translate the word: show

In my employer my listing page, please see here: https://snag.gy/zvGMr4.jpg

Thank you :)

Hi

It’s in WorkScout translation, not via plugin

On homepage, on “job search” I use the “categories” field and the “job regions” field. The problem is that the categories does not show in alphabetical order. How can I make the categories to appear on the drop down in alphabetical order?

Thank you

Which “type” do you use their to show the categories? We’re talking about this http://www.docs.purethemes.net/workscout/knowledge-base/jobs-categories/ right?

This is my shortcode: [jobs_categories full_width=”yes” hide_empty=”0” type=”all” number=”999” orderby=”name” from_vs=”yes” title=”Επιλέξτε κατηγορία”]

I want to list ALL categories by alphabetical order and child under parent.

There’s simply no option for that, if you order them by name and their are set to all, the hierarchy will be ignored and all categories will be displayed

I want to use the theme for a classifieds website. Is it easy to modify the phrases and words to suit my purpose?

Hi, it should be possible with just translating anything (use LocoTranslate) so both WorkScout theme and all WP Job Manager plugins. If you change the slug of jobs post type, don’t forget to visit Settings-> Permalinks page as that refreshes permalinks table and fixes any 404 error

i have a fatal error and not sure wha to do

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 139975562306376 bytes) in /home/busitech/public_html/worldcareservices.com/wp-admin/menu.php on line 42

Hi

this should help http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/

Try also switching theme to default one (with the same menu) and check if that error is still there, if not please enable debugging https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress and let me know

Could you please tell me how I update the “We have 23 job offers for you!” text to be worded slightly different? It is on the home page.

Hi, In the Single Blog Post layout, the sidebar has button ‘Drop us a line’, which when clicked, directs towards workscout website, which obviously, we need to change. Is there an option to customize or REMOVE this sidebar altogether?

Hi

That’s just a default sidebar (from demo) and you can edit those widgets in Appearance -> Widgets. The “Drop us a line” is just example text widget to show you how to use a buttons in widgets. You can of course remove it or edit that as you wish. There’s no option for full-width posts currently so no option to remove sidebar (unless your ok with just removing widgets and having empty space there)

It is possible to modify page where companies look for candidates and can only see only a minimum part of the CV. To see the complete Cv company should pay for each cv? If so, I will buy right away Thank you

Hi,

Is there a way to disable ‘Filter by Skills’ option (Predefined Skills) on the Resume listing Page? Also, is there a way to include Skill Tags of Manually entered Skills by Users, as these are visible on their Resumes?

The only way to disable it is to disable the Skills option in Resume -> Settings

How do I edit the widgets on the contact page? I can’t seem to find them in the widgets section.

Hi

are you sure? If it’s not there it’s not possible it would display anything https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/2733669/8e1a7759da88671c61101fa849a100bc

Hello, yes there is no contact section. I have uploaded a screenshot https://www.file-upload.com/qk0orln133x3

That is pretty weird. I’d need to have access to your WordPress to check that, please send it via email using contact form on Support Tab

Hi!

Is there a way to add the company logo to the rss feed?

Hi

Technically there is.

Hi guys unfortunately it still not work, how do i organize the sequence of the pricing table?

https://picload.org/view/rwoawrai/bildschirmfoto2017-08-12um14.0.png.html

And how do i insert the pricing table for the resume package? It only display me the job packages for employees.

We need to go online ASAP and I dont know how to fix this problem?

Thank you

Hi

please just reply to emails I’ve sent you, replying in this section just make it more complicated and harder for me to later find what was the issue about. Looking at your website https://localcoach.de/woo-job-packages/ I’ve see you’ve already managed to solve it

Yes thank you i did.

There are just to other things.

1. How to I organize the sequence of the job packages, to start with the lowest price and to end with the highest from left to right?

2. As you can see the website is in german, but how do I edit the first two keyfacts in the package description? (-Unlimited number of jobs -Jobs are posted for 30 days)? I can’t change this to german

Thank you so much for your help

Hi

WorkScout was just updated and has new Visual Composer element for Pricing Tables from WooCommerce, which lets you set order, type and number of items to display

ad2) This can be translated using LocoTranslate, but those are separate strings, look for ‘This plan includes’, ‘%d job’,Jobs are posted’ and ‘for %s day’

Hi, I just wanted to check if the theme has been tested with the latest version of WP Job Manager released a couple of days ago (1.28.0). Is it safe to upgrade or should we wait for a theme update?

Hi

There is an issue with JSON-LD but I’ll update theme after weekend.

One question, is the theme update tested with latest release of WooCommerce (3.1.1)? Thanks for following up on this.

Yes, it is, haven’t see any issues

Featured Resumes carousel Settings – this works really nice.

But can this be extended to show in settings an option to display a candidate’s picture? and categories he is looking for work?

Similarly, in Featured Jobs carousel, an option to show/hide employers logo?

I know that you are using only 1/3 of the column to display the carousel and space is tight, but the carousel looks really good full width too, and the candidate picture on the left would be a great feature. Like it is displayed in resume search results.

Could this please be considered/added in your future updates?

Sure, request noted ;)

Thank you!!!

Hi, is there any way to for a candidate to see who’s viewed his profile? LinkedIn has this great feature allowing “premium” members to see who is interested in them. I was hoping to add this as well. So, for example, a candidate has applied to 10 job listings, he could see that 3 of the companies viewed his offer / visited his profile, and might be interested in hiring him. A candidate can then after few days send a follow-up message to the prospected employers.

On LinkedIn this is called “Discover who’s interested in you” / “Who’s viewed your profile”.

https://premium.linkedin.com/jobsearch/features?trk=pre_jss_home_b_lmor-notice#get-noticed

I know that there is a column called “STATUS” in the ‘My Job Applications’ sections, that allows a candidate to see a status of his applications, but this will only change if an employer will do so on his side.

But is “who’s viewed my profile” technically possible with WorkScout?

Hi

Technically it is possible and it is good idea for a plugin.

Great! Would you be interested in taking it further?

If few clients got together to fund the project would you consider developing it?

We could combine certain extra features for job applicants under WP Job Manager Premium Profiles.

Yes but I don’t know when I’ll have time for this. I’m currently finishing WordPress version of Findeo template and it’s our top priority. After that I’ll make bigger update to Workscout and see about that plugin idea

This page doesn’t seem to work for me: http://drewkirkproductions.com/agricola/browse-categories/ why is it not displaying?

I’ve noticed the resumes page doesn’t show as well?

Regarding that page, check you job categories structure and maybe this will clear it up http://www.docs.purethemes.net/workscout/knowledge-base/jobs-categories/ – by default that page shows “parents-children’ structure of categories, so you might need to edit that element and change it’s type

As for resumes, have you added Resume Manager after importing Setup Wizard? It looks like that and you didn’t set the Pages in Resumes -> Settings -> Pages
