Thanks for the reply but, has i sayd, my support has expired. By the way, I was abble to fix the bug by myself with a css hack. I that you can provide a fix for this on further upgrades. I recomend that you try to reproduce this bug by setting up the configurations on the previous post.
But you can use above form not matter if your support is valid or not. Anyway, we are glad that you have sorted it out.

for the Be, we use default WP search function and it does not display featured images by default. When you switch to any default WP theme, you will see that it does not work as well.

1) If I install any pre-built theme then after that is there any option which allows me to add my custom design (HTML/CSS format) for inner pages or even homepage. If yes then how can I implement it?
2) Can I deploy my complete custom design (homepage + multiple inner pages) like your pre-built themes. It means that I want to use my design but on backend I want to use your framework of Betheme?

1) Yes, it is possible. You can use plain html inside Column item but custom css under BeTheme Options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section or inside Custom CSS field under Page Options for each page.
2) Pre-built websites are only examples of what can be accomplished with the BeTheme. However, you don’t need to import any and instead you can create any design you want.

There is 3 different methods to build the content. Or you can use plain/raw shortcodes, Muffin Builder or Visual Composer. It depends on you, which way you choose. However, we realised now that maybe we misunderstood. You have some pages already made in html/css format and you just want to paste its code into BeTheme to make those pages live?

Ok, got it now. So if you have already pre-built pages, made with HTML/CSS, then we can not guarantee that such pages would work with the theme because like we said above, you need to split html into Column items but the css, need to be used in a different section. You can not just copy code and paste into theme because this won’t work the way you expect.
oh it will be a problem for me then. But if it is not possible then how you will release pre-built themes after each update?

I have some titles with words which are too big for this layout, but I can’t change words to say what I want to say through those titles. if you mean Be|Architect2 demo, then yes, we have an option for side padding but it is available for Boxed layout only and if you want to make it possible for a Full Width, it is necessary to use custom css. However, because you changed your mind, we guess you don’t need it anymore.

I deleted the instance of WP on my site to start fresh, however I didn’t deregister the product key first and now I can’t use it at all. That instance of WP no longer exists for me “delete” or “deregister” the code. It’s also for the same domain name so I’m not quite sure why it’s not allowing its use. Please help!

Hello, I installed the pre-made template “Digital”, and on your demo page the white border goes around the slider AND the header below (showing that little arrow as to what page you are on), but on my installation the bottom of the screen cuts of mid-header, not showing the border below, or the arrow. How do I get the right proportions on this? Is it in slider revolution, page options or maybe some padding settings somewhere?
