Love the theme but the support is very unresponsive from Spyropress. Have several issues but cannot get support for these.

Hi, I am trying to get support for an issue with the theme (The option “Set Header Boxed” doesn’t seem to work), so I have tried registering through your forum, but when I add my “Item Purchase Code” into your form at https://spyropress.com/dashboard/license-keys.html it says “Invalid Code” and won’t let me register… Please fix this, and/or answer my question here… why does the “set header boxed” option on this theme not make a change to the width of the header? The logo still floats fully left, and the menu floats fully right instead of being within the “boxed” width like body and footer content.

I have tried again registering at the forum but continue to get the same error “Invalid code” when I enter my VALID purchase code.
I already looked through the forum to see if anyone had this question and could not find anything… which is why I tried signing up to the forum to ask the question and couldn’t so finally resorted to commenting here.
Why can’t you just see why the layout option “Set Header Boxed” doesn’t seem to work?? I have tried a clean install and it makes no difference to the floating of the logo and menu… logo is floated to the left and menu to the right (not within the widths of the “box” like the body and footer content do)

Guys I’ve wasted 2 days on this theme. If you can’t get this up and running I’m requesting a refund because I certainly can’t. I’m a web dev of 20 years and this is the flakiest theme I’ve ever bought. You also advertise v1.4 but it installs Version 1.0.6!! None of the external plugins work and neither does the demo install. Shocking! I can’t believe Themeforest allow this to be sold.
I DEMAND that someone contact me URGENTLY to resolve this. I have a client waiting and your crappy forum wont allow me to post a new topic!!!

I have made several attempts to change the logo of my site in the theme options panel, however, I STILL SEE THE ELEMENTY LOGO! I cannot imagine I’m doing anything wrong and have attached screenshots to this message. I NEED TO SHOW MY CLIENT and I cannot because of this issue.
