The Speedbooster plugin is an optional plugin used for website optimization. It will deactivate itself if it detects a plugin that is not part of a predefined internal check list. This plugin check can be deactivated, please follow this forum topic

Hi! I’ve just updated the theme, but big grid FULL doesnt’ work. It’s still fixed. I’ve created a new homepage with your TD Composer and check Row stretch and content, but no change. How can I solve?
P.S. I’m using a child theme, maybe this is the problem?

Hi,
There should be no problem using the Full big grids. Simply stretch the row and content containing the grid, and the result should be a full width big grid.
Try to deactivate all your plugins as a test, except theme plugins, and clear any installed caching. Switch to the main theme if you use a child theme. Then place the Full big grid on a row and try again.

I purchased the theme yesterday. After getting the .zip file, I tried to upload the same on my themes section in wordpress. On clicking ‘Install’ it start uploading (74 M) and didn’t complete after reaching 100% . Not sure whats wrong.
So, I unzipped the zip file, and found another zip file named ’ Newspaper’ (13.7 MB) , which I believe is NOT/ doesn’t include latest updates to the theme and installed it, which got installed , but with very basic theme.
I’ve so long playing around with wordpress themes, but this is sth which I faced for first time. Please guide ASAP.

The theme zip file is located in the full package that you downloaded. That is the file containing the theme itself, and which you must install. The latest version of the theme is always provided. hello I just updated to the new wordpress version and the visual composer for pages is not working/executing.
So maybe figured that maybe my newspaper theme was outdated. So tried to update the newspaper theme but it shows this:

Sorry but our theme has no such feature. You could try a plugin like suggested here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/22164244/wordpress-not-allowing-user-to-publish-posts-until-he-is-approved-by-admin-afte but we have not tested these plugins so I cannot say for sure the method will work or not

Hi,
I have a newer online gallery, americanartwork.net. Does Newspaper truly support all features of WooCommerce? (Variable products, etc.) I’d like to use it primarily for that… None of your demo sites has a store! Is the mega menu with images difficult to implement? I’d like to use the whole top menu for product categories with images. Can the ad spaces in article areas link back to my own store?

Yes our theme support all of the features provided by the woocommerce plugin but this does not include any additional plugins though. Just the main plugin is tested and recommended. There are lots of add-ons for woocommerce that have not been tested.

The mega menu is very easy to implement: http://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
Unfortunately the top bar menu will not work with a mega menu. Just the main menu. The top menu has limited functionality as it was not meant to be a complex menu like the main menu.
As for the ads, you can link your ads to whatever you wish if you create custom ads: http://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/

Hello TagDiv. I have a problem which is well known by You. I have 5 websites on Your system, 3 of them are on SSL, one of them has strange Chinese symbols in place of icons. I tried to search this topic, found link You provided to solution but it is now a 404 error. Could You be so nice and give me a proper link or solution?

I currently use the “News Paper” theme. (Apart from the built-in V.C., I installed paid purchase separately. )The other part works normally. But there is only one problem. block does not disappear when i check option ‘hide on device’. Please answer fast.

The option will work but only if you deactivate the tagDiv composer. If you want to use the td plugin, remove the visual composer plugin and vice versa. Do not keep both page builders active as they will create such issues as the one you mention.

yes, it works, but the issue is the layout is default wordpress theme. I love to keep the layout of Newspaper. Like the plugin i said above.
The plugin retains your theme layout but provides AMP support too. So just an expectation from your fan.

Hi, Looks like a Good theme. I am planning to buy this theme.Before that I have a doubt.
I am going to use this Theme for an online magazine. Some will be free content and some will be only for paid / subscribed members.
Anyhow all the contents will be available in the Home / Category pages with some excerpt and Read more Button. If a user clicks on the article, and if it’s free one it can be accessible by any one. But if it’s a Premium one, the login popup box has to appear with signup & Pricing options. The user can either subscribe or login there.
I know your theme doesn’t come with it as default feature. But what plugin could do best for it? Can you suggest that? And will this theme is compatible with those kind of plugins?

The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:

Building pages using TagDiv composer is very difficult than visual composer. I tried building contact page yesterday and it was too tough for me. I wanted to move from VC to tagdiv but it’s not that easy. Now that the theme will develop tagdiv composer in future, could you add more things to tagdiv composer ?. Else create some video tutorial on how to use the tagdiv composer, I have been suggesting this since the release of builder.

Hi. I have tried to get to your support, but I can’t seem to get in – my email address won’t work.
My question was about trying to install V8 – I get this error message when I try to install it automatically through Wordpress:

Do you know why this has occurred? I didn’t have this issue with V7.

Sorry but unfortunately our theme does not support this kind of layout. Our theme was built on a 3 column grid. It does not support 4 columns. The tagdiv composer will only provide the 3 column options max while visual composer should only be used like instructed here: http://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
