purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can find out more by visiting the links below:

Something like “Free” version of a plugin does not exist. All bundled plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately. This is standard and according to ThemeForest rules.

Is there any possible way to add a photo’s description (or caption) on the “Hover Box” muffin builder element, so that the description/caption appears on top of the photo, and also changes with the hover effect (to the 2nd photo’s caption)?

Those texts has nothing to with the theme itself and you need to look for a solution inside WordPress itself. We suggest to start checking if it’s possible to translate them with poedit and its .mo/.po files.

I’m trying to help someone who has the Be theme (but who had been bought it by another web agency, not through my own login). I’m looking for whether there is a way to have the portfolio items in the grid open a pop over on the first click, which contains not just an image but a few details from the portfolio item itself, and a “read more” button to then click through to the whole thing. Like a preview pop-over if you like?
I’ve just been asked to find out if this is achievable. If not, I’d appreciate any tips if you know other plugins that could help us do this.

Yeah, I know that I didn’t buy the theme (hence my initial message saying that I’ve just been asked to look at this after another agency has let down a friend) but clearly I’m not going to get any help here. I’d have thought it would have been a simple yes or no answer, rather than a formal support question.

Yes, this one is much better of course. However, we do not have such item/feature included into theme unfortunately.

the images/media you see on pre-built websites works on different licenses so it depends which images you want to use on your site exactly. Some of them operate under a free license, some we made ourselves but for some, we bought licenses. So basically, if you want to use these last images legally, you need to buy their licenses as well.

do you mean that colors does not change in the back-end or maybe they do but does not affect the front-end?

In Appearance > Betheme Options > Colors > Footer or Content. Any color that i changed here is not reflected on the front end. For e.g. footer copyright text color when i changed to black #000000, on the front end it is still white
So if the settings save in the back-end but does not affect front-end, make sure about 2 things:
- you didn’t set any pre-defined skin under BeTheme Options because custom colors works only with Custom skin
- make sure, you don’t have any cache stuff installed
is it possible to have a button when click creates a dropdown menu type of thing?
