Hi, i`m added add property custom meta fields by your instructions, meta info is only visible on the properties page, on main not available. If it is not difficult for you to write how to add custom fields so that they are displayed as well as bedrooms, baths, etc. on the main page of the site?
Or if it is difficult, then how can enter in the bath and bedroom fields not only numbers, but also letters?

Custom meta fields are not allowed on the listing pages to avoid layout issues.
Unfortunately, those fields can’t use letters in them due to search functionality based on the beds and baths along with listing properties based on those fields.

I need to add an apartment in the newly built apartment buildings. In this case, two parameters of the property are important: the year of commissioning and the cost per square meter, for example: the date of the 3rd quarter of 2018, the cost is 100-150 dollars per square meter. The presence of a number of rooms and bathrooms does not matter, since all this will be painted inside the property page (floor plans and different apartments). On the property page description of the whole house, not individual apartments

Hi, I’m very interested in this theme for a holiday homes sale site I’m building, but had a couple of questions:
1) We want to offer a premium service level with one off listing (such as special photos or drone video). Is it possible to add a premium service option to a one off listing?
2) Does the membership package option give someone the ability to list x number of properties each month and then when the month passes and they pay for the next month the existing listings remain until removed and they get another x number of listing that they can add in the second month?

2) No. The recurring membership does not allow to do that. Recurring membership package allows x number of properties in a package. And the user pays for that specific package for a certain amount of time.

On 1) all I’m asking is whether it is possible for a user paying for a listing to select a premium listing option (such as featured listing). If that is possible then I should be able to adjust the wording of that to what I’m looking to offer (in this case additional estate agency services). Thanks, Matthew

There are two types of listings available in a listing package. One is simple property listing. And the other is featured property listing. Single property listing can either be a simple or featured. But there is no additional fee option for the packages.

This might be a bug for the modern theme.
How to translate the feature texts on the home page? I can find these under string translations, not in po/mo file and when I translate on the home page, where it normally should be, (under pages) it changes back to the default language after saving.

HI, I would like to change the two main theme colors: #EA723D and #1EA69A into my company colors: #045184 and #D61043
I was able to change some of them in the « appearance > personalize » section, but I still see a lot of #EA723D and #1EA69A in many different places.
I read a lot of stuff the whole evening and especially that I should modify the CSS, but I actually dont really know how to do that and I’m sure that you already have a process to follow in order to replace your colors with my colors on the entire theme without having to create a child theme.

I need your theme but I have some questions: • I would like to use the login function for salespeople who sell apartments. The identifiers of these salespersons will therefore be entered in the database before, and no one will have the right to register on the site if they do not have an identifier. Is it possible ? • Once logged, the salespeople arrive on the list of products (by clicking on My properties) but can only see the descriptions without modifying anything. In these descriptions, the essential information for them is whether the property in question is sold, available or optioned. Is it possible ? • Is it possible to create a redirection on a specific page for the sales people ?

1) Yes, you can disable the login/register feature and add users by yourself with the appropriate role. What a user can do and can’t do depends on the user role. You can control user roles completely being an admin.

Hi. I am testing modern style and observed that garages meta box are not been displayed. Also, in the search result page the list of properties are displayed in the right half of the page. The left side is blank. In the demo site of the theme, the same problems occur. Another thing: the Advanced Search label cannot be translated because it’s an image not a text label. Thanks!

Hello, Your theme is really worth the money, my client is very happy. However, there are a few issues. after the upgrade, the mobile menu stopped working, nothing happens when clicked and i contacted you guys for the support. I got a quick response which was pretty amazing but the tech guy who replied requested for my ftp login details and wordpress password. This is not what I meant.
We have multiple Real estates Branches. Each branch has it’s own leads. So we created a submit pages for each of them. The problem is that all submissions go to the same emails.
Does the theme support multiple submission forms, sending to different emails?

This theme is fully functional without an IDX plugin and it only supports dsIDXpress plugin as an extra feature.

dsIDXpress plugin is not very well reviewed so I will not use it. So please answer the above question for me: if the client needs to register an account from https://www.idxbroker.com/compare-idx. I just want a confirm so the client can set the budget. Thanks.

Hello, when we first set up our site with your theme, our custom role (much like an author) was able to see his own posts in the edit.php admin screen. Now with updated versions, this role cannot see his own posts in the edit.php screen, and instead is only seeing his ‘property’ custom posts (even in the post listing). Is there a restriction built in somewhere now that disallows non-admins from seeing listings of posts on the back end?

5) small spacing between the tabs for the advanced search form
6) a tab to an external link?
7) Insert search by country?
8 ) filter by area?
9 ) If you visit the website iproperty.com.my, click on the “All Residential”, you’ll see a list of categorized property type, can your theme do the same?
