Hello and thanks for this excellent theme. Is there a way to remove supersized gallery slideshow and replace it with another fullscreen slider? With supersized I’ve customized it as much as I could but I’m getting a gap at the bottom when in portrait mode on some devices. I adjusted padding so that the top of the image is flush with the top of the viewport but there is still a gap at the bottom. Also supersized gallery project is ended so I’d like a slider that’s more future proof.

Hello, Thanks for your reply. Is there a way I can fix the supersized gallery so that slides are truly fullscreen and stay glued to the top and bottom of the viewport. Most fullscreen siders I’ve previewed do not have the issue of becoming detached from the bottom of the screen when in portrait view. Is this a bug or expected behavior? I was testing my site at the Apple store on an Ipad in portrait view and this is when I noticed the issue. The header bar and footer bar are translucent and I could clearly see a black gap at the bottom where the image was pulled up. As it is I have the very top edge of each slide anchored to the top of the viewport. It’s the bottom edge that does not seem to stick and ends up leaving a gap when it should stay attached to the bottom correct?

As you can see from the image the Slideshow is fullscreen when in Landscape mode but the bottom pulls up when in portrait mode to a greater or lesser degree depending on the device. I would like to add a photo to my existing gallery. I have 7 photos in an existing gallery and want to add a new photo … as the 8th photo. But the when I upload a new photos, all the old photos are removed from the gallery.
Here are my steps:
1. Open Gallery
2. Scroll down to Gallery Images
3. Click on “Upload or Attach Images”
4. Click on “Add to Gallery”
5. Select photos from Media Library
6. Click “Add to Gallery”
7. Click “Update Gallery”
8. All of the old 7 photos are removed and I can only see the 1 new photos in the gallery.
I am running PPTitan 2.6 and Wordpress 4.9.2

Hello, I’m currently trying to upload a logo image to take the place of the Titan logo on the template. I have tried 8 different times.
Go to the upload tab choose my logo image Brings up page with alignment and all this other stuff Hit save all changes Then it just keeps adding to my media library. It never says successfully uploaded.
Am I doing something wrong?

There is hug space at the top and bottom of your main logo text. Please try to remove that space.

Also the galleries in the portfolio tab, how could I get the wall_thumbnails from 228×147 pixel to show at 340×280 pixel and to be displayed from edge to edge of the screen rather than in the center leaving space on both sides. I would like to have the photos spanning from the left edge to the right edge of the screen, and depending on the size of the screen, having more or fewer photos to fit in it. Thank you
Sorry it doesn’t that because normally main web content wrapper will have fixed width and it’s not expanded to screen width.

I’m trying to figure out how to change the product image gallery settings on my shop, which is via WooCommerce. I contacted them for this first, they said to contact the theme developer.
When uploading multiple images for a single product, the default display is 3 images in each row, when there’s a lot of blank space left on 75% of the screen (see attached). It also creates a much lengthier page which I’m trying to minimize. How can I change the settings so that I’m able to have more than 3 images per row (at least 5-6, possibly more)?
The portfolio’s galleries are also 3 pics per row, but this I’d like to keep.

Is the current version fully compatible with WordPress 4.7.5? (And is it ready for 4.8 which is releasing soon?) Our site just automatically updated to WP 4.7.5, and all of our theme settings, theme CSS, theme custom sidebars, etc. somehow got erased in the process. That has never happened before, and when I asked some developers they suggested it could be a compatibility issue.
We were able to input all of our theme settings again (as best we could from memory), but that is concerning moving forward for future updates.
The theme is the only part of the site that this happened to.

If you still have the issue after configured all SMTP settings. Could you check with your hosting provider, is there any required setting for PHP mail function.

Just installed 2.5 version of the Titan theme, which should solve php 7 issues. After installing, clearing cache and switching to php 7 I can see most of my site being rendered ok, but it seems custom-css.php does not get processed when running under php 7. This shows in the menu-bar on top of the screen. Does that sound familiar?
Never mind, I found the answer by checking the server logs.
custom-css.php relies heavily on custom function HexToRGB which is defined in custom.lib.php This function uses ereg_replace() which is NOT available in PHP7.
Make the following mods to custom.lib.php and all works fine.

Please check. There are javascript conflicts between theme’s script and plugin’s script. Try to disable all plugins.
Also did you edit any theme code?
