Hi
I bought 7 Avada licenses and now I need to relate each one to the site in wich I have installed it.
In other words I need to find a link between the license code and a code that I can actually find in the Avada info pages on my sites.

I am afraid i do not understand your query properly, each of our license comes with its own purchase code and you can generate a new token for each of your installation. Can you please explain your query in further details?

yes, I have 7 licenses and 7 different installations of Avada (each one with its token registered) , but I don’t know which licence corresponds to its installation.
Is there a way to link (join, interrelate…) each installation to its license code, finding a reference in the installed Avada?

The Themeforest downloads section does not have facilities that allow you to add corresponding tokens to purchase codes. We suggest you use a note pad file, spreadsheet to organize and track your info. The Avada Support help desk does have the option to add multiple purchase codes for record but not the token either. I am in the process of discussing this with our team so that we can formulate a secure and manageable option for Avada customers

Any option to mark or identify the license/token couple (or the license/some specific code in Avada installation couple) would be a good idea.

This is constantly showing up in my wordpress: Failed to load plugin: colorpicker from url https://www.dutchquest.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/colorpicker/plugin.min.js
It is a clean wordpress install, everything updated included the theme. Does the theme need a patch for this?

Hi,
I followed this link https://avada.theme-fusion.com/popover/ to know there is a popover shortcodes available. However,I didnt find any element called popover from Fusion Builder >> Element

Popover is actually a content based element so you can not add it directly inside any column, this needs to be placed between content so if you want to use it simply try adding a text box and then when you open the Fusion Element Generator inside your text box element you will be able to see the element there => http://prntscr.com/gfres1

Is the text box you mentioned named as Text Block ? I didn’t find a element called text box.
In case i have wrong step, below is my step.
I clicked Use Fusion Builder — Add Container (selected 1 column) — Click + element - According your instructions, i should add a text box in this step,however, there is no such element options

I am afraid this is not a possibility however your server should be able to tell you this if you get in touch with them please, you can check on system status from which version the update was run to the latest version but not the date or time right now.

However regarding your support query above, we have now removed the portfolio templates from our theme as they are not required anymore and a portfolio element has been introduced which you can use to list your portfolios anywhere you want, you can use them on any template such as 100% width or standard or even on contact page templates.

All of those are not themes actually, they are build on same theme called Avada and those are our demos which you get FREE with our theme, however you can only install 1 demo at a time since each demo has its own theme options and content so yes you get all of them FREE to install and use.

I use a custom WooCommerce plugin and want to use your shortcodes for an image carousel. However, because the tab hides the image carousels behind the tab at loading and since the image carousels have no forced height and width, they won’t show up. Is there some small bit of CSS or functions code that can force a height/width for carousels that are hidden on page load? Thanks!

Hi. Before purchasing the theme I need a simple info. I want to build the site on a local server (like Wamp) and when it is finished I will move it to the live server. Does Avada have the possibilite to activate the theme on the local server and then to reactivate on the live one ? Thanks.
