WHMCS is actually hosting content management system and has nothing to do with the theme itself, however if you are asking about any specific integration of this in our theme that is not available right now, tho you will find some plugins online available for this that you can check and read if they provide some sort of integration. We have not tested any particular plugin regarding this so can not provide you with a solid compatibility response here.

there is an example blog shown on the screenshot of a blog post, it has a black semi-transparent background with text that looks like an excerpt from the blog. I dont see how to achieve this with any of the options listed there. Does it have to be done with ccs?

It does not matter, support comes free for 6 months with each license however support or no support a stand alone license will will be required for each of your new domain / site using Avada or any other theme from ThemeForest.

Unfortunately there is no option to allow for that. Trying to implement that would create issues because the image is intended for the background, a link would then conflict with other header items that need to be clicked, like the main menu etc

How do I set up a page name and a description instead of a logo?

If I buy your theme, is the license lifettime or do i need to renew it after some time?

Your license is valid for life, there are no restrictions on that. The licensing cost is a one off and is not recurring. Alongside that you also receive updates for your theme for life and we releases updates regularly. Lastly, all demos are included and that includes all future demos we release

Hi, I’m looking at your demo websites and all of them look really great except for the lightboxes. From what I’ve seen it shows the images on the native resolution, it doesn’t scale the pictures to make them full screen, just like the “main” pages does. Was it a mistake to leave just the native resolution always on, or does it not have the option to scale the images to the screen width? The code is there, because you can clearly see beautiful full screen images on the main pages.

If you click on this image and view it in the lightbox -> https://d.pr/i/pQJ8BR – you will see this -> https://d.pr/i/4yjaa7 – the image is correctly and proportionately scaled to match the viewport. This is expected behavior. If for example an image is smaller than the viewport, the intention is not to scale the image to blow it up fullscreen; Doing that would cause the image to be skewed
What I am not clear on is what you mean by ‘main page’, can you please elaborate on that?

What I was asking was, is it possible with your theme to get the lightbox to make the images full screen like that, stretched to the window size, or at least close enough. As you can clearly see, it’s just not compelling to look at. It’s just too small, there’s no point on clicking as it’s the same size. Even on a smaller screen (I’m on a 4k monitor) the image is really small when you really want a FULLSCREEN image to immerse the viewer on that image, just like the “main” pages do. The main pages show a full screen image that immerses the viewer. Lightboxes should have the same effect, or even better as it blacks everything out. Between the giant arrows and the thumbnails, you cut a LOT of space that could be used to make the images bigger. That what my question, can your lightbox make the images full screen?

Hi, a pre-sales question, probably already answered sopmewhere (but I couldn’t find it): as we live in Europe, does the theme include a cookie-warning? Or what’s the best plugin for that? My client got a warning for that some years ago, so we want to be 100% sure Avada has this feature or a good plugin for that.

To double check, are you referring to these product carousel slider arrows? -> https://d.pr/i/9s4Hot – If yes, I inspected the code on that page and you are using a 3rd party plugin and/or customization for that. It does not originate from Avada
The default behavior for Woocommerce product carousel sliders, if you do not want any back/forth navigation is to only upload one single product images and not multiple. Or as a work around, use some custom CSS to hide them

TinyMCE Advanced Version 4.6.3 will not work at all installed with ThemeFusion Page Builder Plugin Version 1.1.6 under Avada 5.1.6. Disable ThemeFusion and TinyMCE functions. Please coordinate with TinyMCE to fix!!!!

Thank you.. that indeed solved the problem. I receive email notices for all the other themes and plugins purchased through Themeforest, yet I am never notified of Avada updates? I do have the box checked to received notifications, but never do receive a email notice. That would be of great help.

I purchased your theme a few months back, i had setup a contact form using contact form 7 and enabled the recaptcha. Just the other day for some reason it has stopped working. The recaptcha is causing the send button to disappear. When i remove the recapcha the send button shows. I’ve read in some forums that the theme css can cause this. I’ve had to remove the recaptcha so our contact form will work, and we’re currently sending traffic, i want to be able to add the recaptcha back so we dont get spam, or invalid form fills.
I’m happy to add it back temporarily to see if you can help me figure out whats causing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We do not have any issue with the CF7 in our latest version of theme so it must be something else causing this issue, can you please make sure that you are on the latest version of theme and none of other 3rd party plugin is causing this however if the issue persist please do open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist you.

Hi, i use the visual composer gallery element. The gallery works but Looks quite different to your gallery example. When i turn off the lighbox for the gallery than the Images are not linked to a greater Version. When i chosse lightbox, than there is a link, which Show the lightbox. The lightbox Shows only the big Picture Version without any back and for navigation. How can i gain the same behavior as the Gallery in your examples? Best regards, wp-teo
