Hi! I have Amazon Pay as payment gateway in my online shop. Unfortunately the “Log into my Amazon Account”-button is not aligned on the checkout page and is so far to the right that it is nearly not visible on the checkout page on desktops. Can you help me?

Hello Getbowtied Team, i am looking for a plugin that helps with the product detail page. At this moment the product page is just not good enough for me. I tried woocomposer from Ninja Team but this plugin is not working properly with your theme. Is there a plugin for this that works with Merchandiser? I hope yoy can help me with this.

Thank’s for your answer. I would like to do more with the product detail page. I mean that you can use more elements and different possibilities for a product page. I tried to use woocomposer for product detailpage but it was not working at all. Does visual composer has a better detail product builder plugin? Hope you can give me some answers.

You can use Visual Composer for the product page, you can make use of the description tab to create more visually appealing page layout.

Yes, i know i can use visual composer for descriptiontab and additional information. What i would like to know is how to change the part above like images, price, short description and more. Is there an extension for visual composer to change the total layout. Or is there maybe an update coming that you can do more with the product detailpage?

I’d like the logo and account info above the menu, and (if possible) a mega menu with 1 image per menu. I know this is possible with Shopkeeper. Can it be done with Merchandiser? Thanks.

Merchandiser doesn’t come with image options for the mega menu, as Shopkeeper does. By reading you latest comments I can only think Shopkeeper may be a better fit for your project.

Beautiful theme. Can the mobile menu be set to open like Shopkeeper?
On mobiles, the demo menu opens to the right, each sub-category takes up the whole space. Getting around is clunky if you have 3 levels of sub-categories! Shopkeeper’s mobile menu is much better. Sub-categories pop down below the parent parent. Can Merchandiser do this? (with settings or CSS)
Also, two columns of products side by side appear when viewing categories on mobiles. Images are too small. Can this be changed to one column? (with settings or CSS)

It would require more than a simple bit of CSS to get there with it. Such customization would require advanced template changes and we won’t be able to help with it. Custom coding falls outside the support policy.

We are paid customer for Merchandiser theme. Unfortunately this purchase is not done with my account (I’m web developer) but customers. I can provide info later if needed for support.
Anyway. We are using shop sidebar. But we would like to make it work also on desktop same way as in mobile – so that sidebar is hidden and pops out when you click icon.
I tried to achieve this by forcing mobile sidebar switch icon to show on desktop: .woocommerce .shop-page-header .shop-page-title-wrapper .mobile-sidebar-toggle { display: block; }
Then I tried to disable shop sidebar from customizer, so that there is now duplicate sidebar. However, when you switch off sidebar from settings, mobile menu is also empty when you click it open.
How could I have this done? So I want sidebar to behave on desktop same as mobile – hidden and popping out visible with click of icon.

Regretfully there’s no easy way to get that done, it would require more than just a few lines of code we can usually provide. That would require more template changes that something that can be done via CSS. We won’t be able to help you with this customization as custom coding falls outside the support policy.

I use Merchandiser theme, and I am extremely pleased with it. Today I started getting 504 timeout issue, Base on my prior experience with Wordpress, I started disabling plugins one at a time. It looks like GetBowtied plugin is the culprit and soon as I disabled it timeout issue went away. What could be the reason? Do you have a fix for it?

I am not sure what are you trying to achieve? Change product images? It that’s the case, you can only edit each product to remove existing images and upload new ones. I am not aware about any other routing to mass-change images for products.

Hi, I bought Merchandiser, and agreed previously with your team that I could switch to Shopkeeper if it didn’t work out for my webshop (because I didn’t know if Shopkeeper or Merchandiser would be the right fit – wanted the performance of Merhcandiser, but Shopkeeper seems to have more features). Have tried to build the webshop with Merchandiser but have had too many issues due to limitations, and the component in the Visual Editor seem very limited, so would really like to exchange that license to Shopkeeper as discussed earlier. How can we do that?

I found our conversation we had in January and it is true that I said we’re happy to do that, but now your support plan for Merchandiser expired, it was more than 6 month ago and it is no longer legible for a refund. It is not longer possible for you to request a refund or for us to approve it. This should have been done somewhere in the first month after the purchase.
I really wish there could be a way to help you.

The icons on that page are based on the social profile links you input under Appearance > Customize > Social Media so that’s what you should be looking into.

Hi, I’ve recently purchased Merchandiser theme. After going through all the steps of installing the theme and the plugins, I’ve clicked on “Import Demo Content” and then “View Website”, my website is just a blank page. So I can’t edit anything and can’t clic on “Edit with visual composer”. What can I do to solve this problem? Thanks
